Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce and his girlfriend, Taylor Swift, have a plethora of properties between them—yet the NFL pro has seemingly decided to eschew all of them in favor of renting an entirely new abode in Boca Raton, FL, where he is reportedly hunkering down to get in shape for the upcoming football season.
Kelce, 35, is said to have taken up residence at an extravagant $20 million mansion in an exclusive gated community, where the Daily Mail reports he is focusing on fitness and health in a bid to retake the Super Bowl championship that he and his team lost in a devastating matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles.

According to the outlet, Kelce was seen moving into the six-bedroom waterfront mansion in April, when he arrived at the property with his close friend Ross Travis and private chef Kumar Ferguson, as well as a collection of his luxury cars.
With rumors circulating that the upcoming NFL season could be Kelce's last, an unnamed insider told the publication that he is focusing his time in the Sunshine State on ensuring he's in the best possible physical and mental condition to go out with a bang.
'Travis is keeping the noise out and putting in the work. If this is his final year in the NFL, he's determined to go out on a high,' the source said.

To that end, Kelce and his pals are understood to be spending much of their time at the rented property, which was built in 2020 and last sold for $15 million in June 2023. Estimates suggest it could be worth between $18 million and $20 million today.
The enormous dwelling, which is located in the Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club, certainly provides a luxurious backdrop for Kelce's rigorous health and fitness program, which is said to include extensive workouts and a strict diet prepared for him especially by Ferguson.
According to the Daily Mail, the group heads to the nearby Johnny O's Gym, where Kelce is understood to be training with strength and conditioning coach Andrew Spruill.
The workout facility is described as 'South Florida's largest indoor/outdoor training facility' and offers group classes, personal training sessions, and a cold plunge pool.

Although impressive, those amenities pale in comparison to the ones that Kelce can enjoy inside his rented mansion, which spans 8,341 square feet and boasts six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and one half-bathroom.
'Get cozy in the master suite next to the quartzite Cristallo linear fireplace wall, and start your day off right with drinks at the morning bar,' a previous listing for the home said of its luxurious aesthetic.
'Private access to a covered balcony provides mesmerizing island views. It's unclear whether Swift, 35, has yet paid a visit to the dwelling. However, Kelce recently took a break from his training to reunite with his girlfriend in Philadelphia for a Mother's Day brunch at the exclusive eatery Talula's Garden.
They were joined by Kelce's brother, Jason Kelce, and his wife, Kylie, as well as the Kelce matriarch, Donna.
Before that, the duo are said to have enjoyed an Easter getaway at Swift's Rhode Island mansion, where they spent time with the pop star's family.
It's not known how long Kelce plans to remain in Florida. He will likely be expected to return to Kansas City by mid-July, which is typically when the Chiefs begin their preseason training camp.

During the season, Kelce resides in equal luxury—albeit without the balmy temperatures that can be found in the Sunshine State—courtesy of his $6 million mansion, which he snapped up in 2023, shortly after he went public with his romance with Swift, who has since been a regular visitor to the property.
The house features six bedrooms, six bathrooms, a chef's kitchen, a formal dining room, a media lounge, a wine cellar, and a full bar.
A beautiful pool sits outside alongside manicured lawns. Nearby, there's an outdoor kitchen, tennis and pickleball court, waterfall, hot tub, and miniature golf course.
Located inside a gated community, the grand estate sits on nearly 3.5 acres at the end of a cul-de-sac. The mansion is far more secluded than his other home in Kansas City, a 4,200-square-foot mansion in the Briarcliff West neighborhood that he purchased for $995,000 in 2019.
