Back in March, during the IIFA Digital Awards, Karan was asked to spill his weight loss secret; he simply attributed it to 'eating well, exercising, and doing your best to look good.' When someone prodded him further, he laughed it off, saying, 'If I do that, I'll give my secret away.'
