Rapper Chocolate MC KIDNAPS fan at gunpoint after he innocently asked for a photo
Chocolate MC, whose real name is Yosvanis Sierra-Hernandez, was taken into custody Wednesday after the alleged victim reported a robbery and a kidnapping to police in Opa-locka, an area north of downtown Miami.
The fan entered the parking lot of Chavez Supermarket and when he noticed Sierra-Hernandez, he asked the rapper if he'd take a selfie with him, according to an arrest report obtained by NBC Miami.
Sierra-Hernandez, 34, then approached the fan, jammed a firearm into his chest and ordered him to give up his car, the report said.
The Latin music artist then allegedly told the victim to get into the driver's side of the car while he got into the passenger's side.
Once in the car, Sierra-Hernandez told the fan to give him cash, which he said he didn't have on him, according to the report.
A subsequent attempt to rob the victim by getting his Zelle details also failed because the victim didn't have the well-known payment app, police said.
Sierra-Hernandez is said to have forced the victim to drive him around to several locations for about two hours. Police said he let the man go in an area near 270 SW 11th Avenue.
The arrest report indicated that deputies eventually found Sierra-Hernandez, who had a gray and black gun on him.
Opa-locka police officers said surveillance video from the supermarket captured Sierra-Hernandez drawing his weapon and forcing the victim into the car.

He has been charged with kidnapping with a firearm and armed robbery in relation to the fan he allegedly carjacked.
This isn't the first time the rapper, who has 43,000 followers on Instagram, has been in trouble with the law.
Just last week, he was arrested for allegedly offering thousands of dollars for someone to kill an inmate charged with the 2024 murder of singer El Taiger in Miami.
Sierra-Hernandez declined to show up for a bond hearing at 9am on Wednesday. The hearing was related to the alleged murder-for-hire plot and previous burglary charges.
Since he didn't make an appearance the judge denied him bond on those charges. He is now scheduled to appear before a judge on Thursday.
Sierra-Hernandez just recently gave an interview with Telemundo 51, a Spanish TV station in Miami, where he said he wanted to fix his life so the police would leave him alone.
In 2024 alone, he was arrested for sexual battery, armed kidnapping, battery and grand theft charges, records show.

Disney fans react over 'obnoxious' park behavior
Published: | Updated: A fierce debate about filming at Disney World has erupted online after one streamer was called out for their 'rude' and 'obnoxious' behavior, even prompting cast members to weigh in. A Disney guest recently took to the popular WaltDisneyWorld section of Reddit , where they shared a picture of someone holding up an array of cameras and filming equipment while walking around the park. The unidentified man had a camera mount in both of his hands, and each one was attached to an iPhone as well as a portable charger and a slew of other wires. He held the devices above his head, surely making it a challenge to see what was happening for those standing behind him. 'Anyone else think this is just obsessive and obscene?' the Reddit user asked about the contraption. It sparked a heated argument about the topic, as hoards of people rushed to the comment section to share their thoughts. Many people agreed with the poster, and one person, claiming to be a Disney Cast Member, even chimed in about their experience with people filming content at the parks. 'Being a [cast member] sucks when it comes to this,' the user admitted. 'Yes, some influencers will ask permission to film us, especially involving pin videos. However, many exploit us for content. 'People generally don't realize that performing isn't just limited to entertainment. Every [cast member] is always putting on a show. 'Disney is always watching. Hearing these influencers stretch the truth, or leave out pertinent details as a "hack" grinds my gears.' Others shared their own experiences with people filming or holding multiple devices at the parks. '[Something like this] was in front of us during EPCOT's fireworks show last time we went. And she kept waving it in our faces. It was rude,' one person shared. 'Absolutely. I can't stand people who regularly live stream in the parks, [to be honest],' another wrote. 'I've had multiple instances where someone wasn't paying attention to anyone around them because they were streaming and either walked into us/in front of us, or were just being loud in an area that didn't warrant it, etc. It's incredibly obnoxious, especially when they have rigs or multiple camera setups like this.' Someone else said: 'We saw this today. Blocking off their space with all their cameras and tech and then getting mad when people move around them or get in their shot. 'I don't even mean close to show time. I mean hours and hours before the parade.' 'And incredibly annoying. Had a guy like that in front of me at fireworks one night- had to move as his lights were bright enough it actually interfered with the firework show,' read a fourth comment. A different user admitted: 'Disney influencers like this take the magic out of visiting the parks. Disney World is a place to escape the world and enter one of whimsy and fantasy.' They added: 'Disney really needs to start limiting the kind of filming equipment people can bring into the parks. 'I've seen people with tripods setting up shots as if they were filming a movie and acting like they can direct people to stay out of their shots, like they are filming an episode of Modern Family or Full House. A few people wondered why the man's mounts were allowed, given that Disney has a rule about selfie sticks. 'How is this allowed, but selfie sticks are not? If anything, I blame Disney for the inconsistency,' one person wondered. 'They don't allow selfie sticks, but this rig is OK?' someone else questioned.

Boyfriend from hell abducted woman he was dating and kept her trapped in his home for six months, cops say
A Texas man has been arrested after allegedly abducting a woman he was dating and keeping her locked inside his home for at least six months. Kenneth Leon Wright, 41, held the victim in a home with windows nailed-shut and doors locked from the outside so she couldn't escape, ABC13 reported. Wright has now been been charged with aggravated kidnapping and assault family violence. According to court documents, Wright hid the woman and subjected her to abuse for at least 6 months. The victim's alleged sister, Shenita Carter, said she had no idea where her sibling was living and that Wright would only occasionally bring her to visit family earlier this month. 'He would not give us the address,' Carter told the outlet. 'He would only bring her to my mom's house.' Kenneth Leon Wright, 41, held the victim in a home with windows nailed-shut and doors locked from the outside so she couldn't escape Her sister then called her, claiming she was being abused, Carter revealed. Their mother managed to track down the address and called the police for a welfare check. When Carter arrived, she said she was shocked by the conditions of the home. Carter recalled the front door locking from the outside, no key for her sister and windows nailed shut. '(It's) disgusting, sad the fact that this is how she had been living,' Carter said. 'The windows have nails on them,' she added. Another woman who answered the door at the apartment listed in Wright's court documents identified herself as Wright's current girlfriend and insisted he was 'taking care' of the alleged victim and not holding her against her will.

Someone else shared: 'The YouTubers are getting out of control. Almost all of them are extremely rude.' It added: 'Tripods or monopod stands that cannot fit inside a standard backpack or that extend over 6' (182 cm) are not allowed in theme parks, water parks, Disney Springs, or ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.'
