Backstreet's back alright, and Macaulay Culkin and Brenda Song are thrilled about it.
Culkin posted a joyous photo on Instagram of him and his longterm partner Song along with the Backstreet Boys at what appeared to be backstage at the boy band's Las Vegas 'Into the Millennium' residency at the Sphere earlier this week.
The actor had some fun with the caption, starting it off with 'Mack Street's Back, ALRIGHT!!!'
Culkin – who first shot to fame in 1990's 'Home Alone' – then asked his followers if they 'remember the '90s?,' going on to say how he and Song went to the concert where 'Brenda lost her sh*t. (She literally cried).'
The Backstreet Boys, of course, first shot to global fame in the mid-'90s with their self-titled debut album.
Culkin admitted that he 'was mildly skeptical about the show, but boy howdy did they tear the place down.'
'I was so very impressed. Five minutes into pilates I'm toast,' he wrote. 'I'm 45 but these men, who are my age, GO at it HARD for 90 minutes.'
He then detailed how the boy band used everything at hand to put on the best possible show, praising them that 'they got it more than ever.'
'Even if you're not a fan you have to see this; it'll win you over… in the Brenda kind of way,' Culkin wrote before jokingly thanking them for making Song emotional.
The pair have been a couple since 2017, got engaged in 2022 and are the parents of two young sons.
The Backstreet Boys responded to Culkin's post via their Instagram stories writing, 'So glad you both enjoyed the show! We saw @brendasong tearin it up in the suite!! You go girl!'
Safe to say Culkin won't be left 'Home Alone' for the next Backstreet Boys concert.

‘And Just Like That…' the internet wants to make background actor Christopher Clark a star

Sarah Jessica Parker walking to meet the girls at the end of Season 3, episode 9 of 'And Just Like That.' (Craig Blankenhorn/HBO Max via CNN Newsource) Technically, Christopher Clark was a background performer on a recent episode of 'And Just Like That…,' but he doesn't mind if you refer to him as 'the extra extra.' That's because the actor – who is a superfan of the HBO Max series and the original that spurred it, 'Sex and the City' – is getting tons of online love thanks to his decision to go big and not go home with his performance. He couldn't be more delighted about it. 'It's funny because we shot this a year ago,' he told CNN in an interview on Thursday. 'And I've had the pleasure of working on this show a few times and it is always a dream.' Clark appears in the final scene of Season 3, episode 9 of 'And Just Like That…,' titled 'Present Tense,' in which Carrie Bradshaw (Sarah Jessica Parker) meets with her beloved girlfriends at a busy bar-restaurant after an intense interaction with Aidan Shaw (John Corbett). A clip focusing on Clark in the scene, posted to Instagram on Wednesday, was captioned 'The Meryl Streep of background actors steps into her light' and co-shared by influential 'Sex and the City'-focused social media account @everyoutfitonsatc. The post, which features Clark acting head to toe, has already garnered over 20,000 likes. 'This character needs to keep popping up at bars and restaurants the girls frequent,' one person wrote on the Instagram post. 'Coincidentally.' The official social media account for HBO Max commented, 'I couldn't help but wonder: Did I just see a star be born?' (HBO declined to comment further for this story when contacted) Some even lip read what Clark was saying during the scene, especially enjoying his telling another background actor, 'You're bad! You're so bad!' Ordinarily, background actors are not supposed to audibly speak in such scenes, and are instead instructed to pantomime, but those present for that particular shoot were made aware that this one would have a voice over so the actors were free to do and say what they wanted as long as they stayed in character. The scene was eventually overlaid with Parker's lines along with a moody soundtrack courtesy of Taylor Swift (the track is 'How Did It End?' off her most recent album). 'At one point they said, 'Big events have just happened in the show and the girls are getting together,' but I had no idea there'd be this sad Taylor Swift song and it'd be this emotional moment,' Clark said. 'So I'm just there sitting perched at the end of the bar, kiki-ing, having the time of my life.' If he looks familiar to viewers of the show, that's because Clark, who works as a realtor in his day job, has not only been in a few 'And Just Like That…' episodes, but also in the feature-length 2010 film 'Sex and the City 2.' On 'And Just Like That…,' he's repeatedly popped up in the same room with Carrie, Miranda (Cynthia Nixon), Charlotte (Kristin Davis) and Lisa Todd Wexley (Nicole Ari Parker) and was a cater waiter in a scene in Charlotte's home. The characters now feel like family to him. 'In my own (delusional) mind I am there with them because these characters mean so, so much to me,' said Clark, whose late dog was named Bradshaw for Parker's character and whose current pup, Truman Jones, is named in honor of legacy 'Sex and the City' character Samantha Jones played by Kim Cattrall. Understandably, Clark would not be unhappy if this unexpected star turn led to more work. Commentors suggested that they would enjoy seeing him in a spinoff of some type, and he has some ideas. Since the character Seema Patel played by Sarita Choudhury is a realtor on the show and Clark is one in real life, he envisions being part of her storyline. 'Maybe we have a falling out, but the girls take my side,' he suggested by way of some TV-ready drama. Until then, Clark hopes to keep working on the show and watching episodes with a Cosmopolitan cocktail in hand and his beloved pup at his side.

Perth, Ont. golf tee company featured in ‘Happy Gilmore 2′

The most iconic swing in golf needs a unique golf tee. When Mario Caya sat down this past weekend to watch the new Netflix hit 'Happy Gilmore 2', he never expected to see the golf tee he has been crafting for more than 15 years appear on screen. 'We played the scene back and forth like 10 times. It's super quick, it's only like a 10th of a second,' Caya tells CTV News. 'But you can actually see them, and I didn't expect that.' Caya started his golf tee company BirTee Golf back in 2008. It is a golf tee inspired by a badminton birdie. Its purpose is to help golfers consistently tee their ball up at the same height. 'We started watching the movie Happy Gilmore 2 and my wife said, 'wouldn't it be really cool if they used your tee in the movie?' And she got up to get a drink in the kitchen, and just when that happened, I saw a scene where they actually use my tee at a golf simulator.' Given that Caya's BirTee's do not push into the ground in order to tee up the ball, they have become one of the most popular tees used at golf simulators around the world. Caya sells the tees in eight sizes, ranging from a quarter-inch up to two inches. They also come in eight colours. 'The simulator they use in the movie is Full Swing, and Full Swing is one of my biggest customers,' says Caya. 'They're a big simulator company out of San Diego, so they buy like four boxes of 250 packs basically every time that they order.' The tees are entirely locally made. They are manufactured at L-D Tool & Die in Stittsville, the labels are made by Impression Printing in Smiths Falls, and the final packaging is done by Caya and his family in their Perth basement. L-D Tool & Die president Laurie Dickson says his company can produce 3,600 sets of eight tees every day and tells CTV News he was immensely proud to see Caya's product in Happy Gilmore 2. 'Mario and I happen to be in our own houses watching the same movie at the same time, and I saw it and I sent him a text that said, 'Oh, look, you're on the screen.'' Caya also believes that his product could help improve Happy's golf game. 'What people find is that the constant height is what they like. So especially with [Happy Gilmore's] kind of swing, there's a lot of moving parts when he does that. So, knowing that the ball is always at the height that he likes, then hopefully it would help.' Caya has sold his BirTees to golf simulators in every corner of the globe, including Iceland, South Africa, Australia, and across Canada and the United States. But he's hoping appearing on the big screen will help move his product onto the course. 'Maybe now with the little bit of exposure with Happy Gilmore, who knows, maybe a golfer one of these days will use them on the course and not just in the simulator they practice with.'
