Kyle Richards' favorite cozy loungewear sets are all secretly from Amazon

Yahoo28-02-2025

As much as I love the sheer opulence when it comes to the fashions of the rich and famous, I also love a good "celebrities, they're just like us!" moment. Time and time again, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards has proven that, despite all of her Birkins, she would rather cozy up at home like the rest of us.
In an Amazon Live session, Richards shared all of the snuggly finds she loves hiding in Amazon's endless digital racks. While she also shares her favorite blankets, slippers and robes, I can't stop thinking about all of her loungewear picks — especially the snuggly-yet-chic two-piece sets. "One of my favorite things is being cozy," she shared. "My kids always tease me about that. Right now, I'm feeling the cozy vibes," Same, Kyle. Same.
Ready to channel your inner Housewife? These six Amazon loungewear sets all have Kyle Richards' stamp of approval — and are just begging to be worn.
If you have Amazon Prime, you'll get free shipping, of course. Not yet a member? No problem. You can sign up for your free 30-day trial here. (And by the way, those without Prime still get free shipping on orders of $35 or more.)

Kate Beckinsale Sues Over Knee Injury on Croatian Set of ‘Canary Black'

Kate Beckinsale has sued the producers of 'Canary Black,' alleging that she suffered a significant knee injury during filming on an unsafe set in Croatia. Beckinsale alleges that she was injured while filming an action scene with minimal padding. She argues that the scene should have been done by a stunt performer, but that her stunt double had previously broken her ankle. During filming in December 2022, Beckinsale was to perform in a scene in which another actor threw her against a wall. 'Ms. Beckinsale complained that the scene did not seem safe, and that the throwing of her into the wall was too hard and too dangerous,' the lawsuit alleges. 'Notwithstanding the complaints by Ms. Beckinsale, there were numerous takes of this dangerous scene.' According to the complaint, Beckinsale suffered a complex tear of her left meniscus. Beckinsale sought medical care and was out of commission for a couple of months, returning to set in February to finish the film. She alleges that even then, the producers ignored the limitations imposed by her doctors and again coerced her into performing unsafe action scenes. The complaint was first reported by Puck. Beckinsale's attorneys filed a cursory version the lawsuit in December, listing Beckinsale as 'Jane Doe.' They did not serve Anton Entertainment, the defendants, until after amending the complaint with more detailed allegations, and with Beckinsale's name, in May. The defendants have yet to respond in court. The film debuted last year on Amazon Prime. Beckinsale has had several health issues in recent years. In 2024, she disclosed that she had been hospitalized for six weeks for an esophageal tear, which she attributed to a grief response to her stepfather's death. She also said a severe flare of her mast cell disease had contributed to her illness. LGBTQ Representation In Movies Hits 3-Year Low, GLAAD Finds

After reaching a record high in 2022, LGBTQ representation continues to decline in movies. On Wednesday, GLAAD released the 13th edition of its Studio Responsibility Index (SRI), which found that LGBTQ-inclusive films dropped to 23.6% of releases from 10 top studio distributors during the 2024 calendar year, down from 27.3% in 2023 and 28.5% in 2022. Hollywood, Plus 'Golden Girls' Birthday & Norman Lear Tribute The SRI also found that, only two films (less than 1%) featured transgender characters; 37% of LGBTQ characters had less than one minute of screen time; only 27% had more than 10 minutes of screen time, down from 38% last year; LGBTQ characters of color made up the lowest percentage since 2019 at 36%; and there were no LGBTQ characters living with HIV in any of the 250 films tracker. 'This year's findings are a wake-up call to the industry. At a time when LGBTQ people are facing unprecedented attacks in politics and news media, film must be a space for visibility and truth,' said Sarah Kate Ellis, GLAAD president and CEO. 'Representation isn't about checking a box — it's about whose stories get told, whose lives are valued, and creating worlds that mirror our own society today. When done authentically, LGBTQ representation builds audience and buzz, while humanizing LGBTQ people as those in power are actively working to take away our humanity.' Meanwhile, gender parity was reached among LGBTQ characters for the first time in five years, at 50% women, 48% men and 2% nonbinary; and A24 was the only studio to receive a 'Good' rating with the highest percentage of LGBTQ films. Looking at releases from A24, Amazon, Apple TV+, Lionsgate, NBCUniversal, Netflix, Paramount Global, Sony Pictures Entertainment, The Walt Disney Company and Warner Bros. Discovery, as well as their subsidiaries and streaming services, films were judged based on the basic standard for meaningful LGBTQ inclusion, as outlined by GLAAD's Vito Russo Test, named after a co-founder of the organization. The 2024 titles that passed the Vito Russo Test include Love Lies Bleeding (A24), Problemista (A24), My Old Ass (Amazon), Drive-Away Dolls (NBCUniversal), Mean Girls (Paramount Pictures), Fancy Dance (Apple TV+), Good Grief (Netflix), Rez Ball (Netflix), Sweethearts (Warner Bros. Discovery), Housekeeping for Beginners (NBCUniversal), The Radleys (Lionsgate), Ricky Stanicky (Amazon), Between the Temples (Sony Pictures Entertainment) and Prom Dates (The Walt Disney Company). Following the Trump administration's attacks on DEI and recent attempt to cancel Pride Month, several LGBTQ films are finding their ways to the screen this year. Last-Minute Father's Day Gift Idea: An Infomercial Icon for 27% Off

If you're still blanking on what to buy Pops for Father's Day, I come with deliverance. We've assembled the best last-minute Father's Day gifts, all of which either off super-fast shipping or require none at all. You won't be the black sheep of the family this year — or if you are, it's not because failed to get Dad a gift. But there are even more great gift ideas popping up and catching our eye with each passing second — that can still make it to your papa if you act quick. The Magic Bullet, aka the GOAT of small and idiot-proof (trust me) blenders, is currently 27 percent off, and if you order today, it will arrive before Sunday. I have a surprising amount of fondness for the informercial-famous Magic Bullet. I'm not just talking about the seamless pleasure of using the small appliance, which is revered for its ability to pulverize everything from onions to ice at the touch — actually, it's more like a bop — of the top of its blending chamber. Decades later, the Bullet is still my Proustian appliance of choice, reminding me of simpler days spent sitting on a shag carpet, slamming Ben & Jerry's chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream, and watching its dancing blades steal the show from all the other As Seen on TV products. (Minus the Shake Weight, of course.) The first Bullet I blasted off was actually at the house of my then best friend's dad, who was very in-the-know, loading up on DVDs and treating his kids to the spoils of the Furby universe. All of this to say: I think every self-described 'hip and food-loving dad' has, at some point in his life, dreamed of firing up a Magic Bullet. Luckily, the Magic Bullet of today is more affordable than it was decades ago, and you don't have to order it with a rotary phone. This saucy little model, for example, is an 11-piece set that includes BPA-free plastic cups for blending, a 250-watt motor base, a to-go lid, and a 10-second recipe guide. You know, so your dad can finally make that iconic omelet from the infomercial. The Magic Bullet is 27% off on Amazon .
