At Al-Ain Square in the city center, Her Majesty visited the 'Beit Khairat Al-Salt' project and met its founder, Mrs. Thaera Arabiat, who presented an overview of the initiative, which aims to preserve cultural heritage and promote local crafts, including the traditional craft of 'shemagh' embroidery, a hallmark of Jordanian heritage. Her Majesty also spoke with women benefiting from the project's training programs designed to develop skills, create job opportunities in partnership with local organizations and associations, and market their products. During her tour of the city center, Her Majesty visited the 'Aktham Café' project, which was established after restoring one of the oldest heritage houses overlooking the downtown area. She met with the two young founders, Aktham and Abdullah Arabiat, and listened to an overview of the project's concept, stages of development, launch, and future plans.

He noted cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Economy to modernize internal systems and advance the Digital City project on the southern beach, in addition to collaboration with the Crown Prince Foundation to attract the G42 School and projects in technology and artificial intelligence sectors. Safadi also pointed to initiatives supporting the local community, including upgrading Aqaba Stadium to meet Jordanian and Asian Football Federation standards, partnerships with the King Hussein Cancer Foundation and Tkiyet Um Ali, as well as youth programs providing employment opportunities. He highlighted specialized projects aligned with royal directives, such as establishing an international academy for underwater welding and cutting, which has already graduated 20 civilian and military students to form the nucleus of a permanent academy in this high-demand regional and international field. Safadi concluded by emphasizing that Aqaba will witness a qualitative leap over the next ten years in industrial, logistical, vocational training, tourism, and creative industry sectors.

This support falls under Imkan by Iskan, the bank's corporate social responsibility program, making Housing Bank one of the first institutions to translate national directives and summit commitments into tangible action.
