She accused her unnamed partner of "coercive control and emotional abuse" and said she had been made to "feel worthless".
Megan told how she'd given her boyfriend thousands of pounds which she claims was spent on escorts and luxury hotels.
She wrote: "I was shamed for my work and silenced for my success. And like many others, I confused control for passion, and cruelty for love. I dropped charges I shouldn't have."
The statement continued: "It finally ended when I feared for my life simply because I wanted to go paddleboarding with two lovely older women while he was working.
"That moment shook me to my core. I'd gone all the way to Scotland to prove my loyalty — and still, I was the enemy in his eyes. I've made excuses in the past, blaming my own high standards or strong will, but this time, I won't. There's no excuse for violence. None."
Megan said she hopes other women reading the post in similar situations can find the strength to leave their abusive partners.
The media personality also offered to work with women's and domestic abuse charities to champion their work.
In December, during an interview with Paul C Brunson, Megan opened up about her harrowing past.
She revealed she is a survivor of repeated cases of domestic abuse, including at the hands of an ex boyfriend who viciously assaulted her before threatening to kill her on the side of a motorway.
The Essex beauty, who found fame in 2018, fell pregnant years before Love Island by an older lover after he removed his condom without her consent, also known as stealthing.

Following a termination, on the journey home from the clinic, Megan, 30, says her partner suddenly 'switched' and became violently abusive.
Continuing her recollection, Megan revealed how her ex threatened to murder her before giving her 'ten seconds to run' to safety.
She revealed: 'We're on a motorway, cars are speeding past at 70mph.
"I thought, even if I try (to run) it's just going to anger him more because he's definitely going to catch me, so I just stood there frozen."
The star then confessed she did her 'best acting' to persuade the man to 'calm down' before finally dropping her home.
But later, the 'nightmare' continued when the boyfriend arrived at Megan's parents' home armed with a crowbar.

He 'squared up' to her marine biologist dad Kevin then 'strangled' her mum Justine and, as the family fled in their car.
He then hurled the crowbar through the rear window, with Megan on the back seat.
She shared: 'I thought he'd literally kill me, the way he was. He was acting literally psychotic."
Bravely, Megan later told the police of her ordeal and subsequently testified against her ex in a crown court trial where he was sentenced to a month and a half in prison.

Love Island fans convinced Ben doesn't fancy stunning American bombshell Toni as they spot giveaway sign

LOVE Island fans are convinced Ben doesn't fancy new bombshell Toni - despite the fact she stole him from Shakira in the series opener. Loyal ITV2 viewers threatened to call Ofcom over a brutal show twist which saw the American's arrival as the latest instalment kicked off. 7 7 7 Love Island anchor Maya Jama, 30, delivered a huge bombshell when she entered the villa for a second time in episode one. Her bombshell was that a bombshell was arriving. Glam girl Toni, 24 - who is the first ever late show arrival from the United States - then arrived. The couples were left stunned as Las Vegas pool cabana server Toni said: "Good Evening UK! Surprise!" They quickly worked out she is American and on being the first American bombshell Toni says: "Lucky girl, aren't I?" Maya then explained that Toni was to immediately steal a boy. Toni then opted for Ben, 23, meaning Shakira was left single and vulnerable. Yet viewers aren't convinced it's a winning match. One took to X to write: "Ben doesn't fancy that girl btw." Another mused: "Ben doesn't even look like he wants to be there. This season is about to be a mess." A third then added: "Ben did not want to be picked." It remains to be seen what the taxi driver's next move is - and if he will take the time to get to know Toni, who recently revealed her crippling health battle. NEXT STEPS During Monday's episode, Maya then revealed that Burnley lass Shakira is now single. Maya clarified the brunette beauty wouldn't be dumped from the villa immediately, but instead had 24 hours to graft and steal a boy from someone else. She isn't allowed to take Ben back from Antonia, and if she doesn't get chosen, she'll be packing her bags. But if she does get selected in the next re-coupling round, another girl will be going home. Leaving the group with that cliffhanger, Maya then suggested that the girls keep their "boys very close". The show's six couples with Shakira single are now Toni and Ben, Meg and Dejon, Sophie and Harry, Helena and Conor, Alima and Blu, and Megan and Tommy. Yet it might not look good for Shakira, who entered the villa first alongside Meg Moore, 25. She promptly offended swathes of viewers as she made a stark comment about 9-5 jobs. Inside Romeo Beckha new romance as she gets mum Victoria's approval

Romeo Beckham has sparked new romance speculation after being spotted with German model Caroline Daur just weeks after his split from former girlfriend, DJ Kim Turnbull All eyes were once again on the Beckhams this week as son Romeo Beckham was spotted with a potential new flame. Just weeks after the 22 year old called time on his relationship with Kim Turnbull he was seen enjoying some alone time with Caroline Daur, 30. The German has become famous in the fashion world with the model being a recognised blogger. And it appears she has already been given the nod of approval by Victoria Beckham, who has long admired her work. ‌ In 2018, the former Spice Girls' Facebook account asked Caroline for an image of her wearing one of her designs. And the German star has also been present at a number of Posh's fashion shows over the years. ‌ But who is Caroline Daur and how did she make her way in the industry? She previously revealed she is proud to be a "self-made" success. She once said: "I don't have an agent, manager or assistant. I do everything by myself." She rose in the industry in the early 2010s with a successful fashion blog and has since amassed 4.6million Instagram followers. She also has over one million people follower her TikTok account. She is now thought to have a net worth of around €4 million (£3.4million). She has branched out with her work and featured on TV too. She was involved as a guest judge on the German version of Next Top Model. Caroline also launched a series of work out videos which were available to follow online. The model is also set to appear on the small screen once more having landed a role on a German Netflix series. Last year, she filmed for the series titled She Said Yes. Caroline also previously opened up on dealing with ADHD, which she was diagnosed with later in life. "It didn't surprise me," she confessed after revealing the condition. "And it didn't surprise anyone around me either. The diagnosis came late, but it explained so much." ‌ She continued: "'My brain is like an internet browser with 47 tabs open. Sport is the only way I can calm it down. This morning I worked out at 7am, even after a short night. Without it, I just don't function." It remains to be seen how Romeo's family react to any potential budding romance between the pair. The second eldest son of David and Victoria found himself surrounded by rumours of a family feud after his older brother Brooklyn, 26, swerved the siblings' dad's 50th birthday. ‌ Brooklyn was said to have been 'uneasy' about Romeo dating his, ex Kim, who was once close friends with the hot sauce enthusiast. He reportedly felt his parents were 'favouring' his younger brother, who was seen beaming in snaps from David's birthday. Amid the fallout, Romeo and Kim ended their partnership and now appears to be getting cosy with the German model. The duo were spotted in Paris together, having reportedly bonded over their love of Tennis. Both were attending the Men's Singles Semi Final at the French Open on Friday.
