When will the Fortnite servers come back online after v36.20 downtime?
It's time for another patch update to drop in Fortnite. Right now the game is going through its Chapter 6 Season 3 called 'Super' which is based on Superheroes. As a result, this season has brought a lot of superhero themed mythic items, a new hero rank system, new weapons and meta shifts, and many more.
Patch v36.20 is going to implement a lot of those contents in the game after an hour or so - like the part of the Superman crossover, permanent Blitz Royale mode, the Boom Bonnanza event, and many, many more.
Fortnite patch v36.20 server downtime schedule

It's been some busy days for the Fortnite developers since coming back from the summer break, as players will again get regular updates every fortnight, and now it's time for patch v36.20. The previous patch, v36.10, was released almost a month ago.
So, fans are already hyped up with the upcoming update.
They don't have to wait anymore as Epic Games has confirmed that server downtime for patch v36.20 will begin at 4 AM ET on July 15, which is just minutes away at the time of writing this article. The developers also stated that matchmaking will be disabled 30 mins before the start of the downtime, so players can enter a match at about 3.30 AM ET. Now, it's advised to all players not to enter a match around that time as the servers can go offline in the middle of a match.
Now the question is, how long will the server stay offline? Usually seasonal patches take hours to get implemented in the game and server downtimes in those scenarios can make people wait for longer hours. But that's not the case with patch v36.20. However, as it's been a month since a patch update last dropped in Fortnite, it might take longer than usual hours in this regular patch.
Fortnite players can expect the servers to come back online after 2-4 hours from the beginning of the server downtime. That means the downtime can end at any time between 6 AM to 8 AM ET on July 15. The exact ending of the downtime can't be predicted because it varies across the regions and servers to implement the whole update. So, stay patient and jump back into the field once the servers are done with the downtime.

Fortnite leak reveals potential One Punch Man collaboration
Image via Madman Entertainment. With the arrival of Chapter 6 Season 3 dubbed 'Super' in Fortnite, the game has already brought a lot of superhero elements, as this is the actual theme of the current season. Recently we saw Fortnite collaborating with Superman, on the occasion of the latest movie by James Gunn. Now following the footsteps of the Superhero theme of this season, Fortnite is yet again potentially going to collaborate with another superhero, but this time, from the Anime universe. No price for guessing, it could be our very own Saitama from One Punch Man. Fortnite X One Punch Man collaboration new details gets leaked The Fortnite X One Punch Man collaboration has been the talk of the town for some time now, and now a brand new leak has stirred the speculation about the potential collaboration even more. This exciting news comes from popular Fortnite leaker @Loolo_WRLD. This leaker has shared additional details about the upcoming collaboration where it has been claimed that Saitama will have 2 emotes in the game. The leaker also went into details about these emotes, as one of them will have the iconic Saitama 'OK' speech. Although, detail about the other one is still unknown. He also stated that there will be a Pickaxe as well, thanks to this upcoming collaboration. However, the disappointing part of this leak is that One Punch Man cosmetics aren't a part of the encrypted in-game files in the game of the recent v36.20 patch update. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Providers are furious: Internet access without a subscription! But a collaboration without its themed outfit of its central character sounds quite strange, so the outfit can be added anytime in the coming updates. Although, the in-game files of the recent update did contain the outfits of 3 of the 4 members of Fantastic Four. This suggests that after a successful DC collaboration, Fortnite is now gearing up for an ambitious MCU collaboration on the occasion of the highly anticipated movie, Fantastic Four: First Steps, which is going to be released on July 25, 2025 in theatres. After Superman's Box Office Success, James Gunn Unveils First Supergirl Poster
Last Updated: In the poster, Supergirl is casually seen sipping a drink and standing right next to the iconic logo of the character. James Gunn is giving fans a fresh, bold take on Supergirl, and it is far from anything expected. Following the release of David Corenswet-led Superman, the director released the first poster of Supergirl, and it is already turning heads. Towards the end of Superman, fans got a glimpse of the new superheroine. The scene shows a 'drunk" Supergirl at the Fortress of Solitude, trying to get her dog, Krypto, back from Superman. Taking to his social media account on Wednesday, July 16, the renowned director dropped the first poster for Supergirl, which perfectly captures her rebellious spirit. In it, Supergirl is casually seen sipping on some drink, standing right next to the iconic logo of the characters, which says 'Look Out," totally opposite to Superman's 'Look Up" tagline. The film will star Milly Alcock as Kara Zor-El / Supergirl. In a conversation with ScreenRant, James Gunn revealed that the new version of Supergirl is going to be a complete 'mess." He discussed how the DCU's version of Supergirl differs significantly from Superman, and also highlighted how their backgrounds shape their stories. When asked if the viewers will meet the 'messy" version of Supergirl in the upcoming film, the director said, 'Yeah, that's her. She's a mess. She's a total mess." He added, 'I think as we learn, she's had a completely different background from Superman. A much more difficult background. He's had this wonderful upbringing by these two parents who loved him and were very healthy. And her background was much different from that. And she's ended up different from her cousin." Meanwhile, in an interview with ComicBook, the DC co-head discussed Milly Alcock's version of Supergirl, noting how this version of the superheroine differs from others. Instead of presenting her as the cheerful cousin of Superman on Earth, they have taken a different approach by telling her emotional backstory, where she fights her own battles. He said, '(Flashbacks to Krypton are) always a possibility. But I think those things are really integral to the two characters and the differences between them, and that Clark really does have sort of this really happy childhood." The Superman director continued, 'And Supergirl, especially the DCU Supergirl, she's kind of a mess. I mean, she's, she's had real issues growing up. And it is based on the comic where she watched person after person after person dying in front of her as her piece of the planet disintegrated." Directed by Craig Gillespie, Supergirl will be based on the Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow comic. Besides Milly, it will also feature Eve Ridley, Matthias Schoenaerts, Jason Momoa, David Krumholtz, and Emily Beecham. The film is scheduled for release in theatres in June 2026.
