In early 2024, supermodel Gisele Bündchen gave fans a rare glimpse into her life as a co-parent following her high-profile split from NFL icon Tom Brady. Speaking to Harper's Bazaar, Bündchen reflected on the realities of raising their two children—Benjamin, now 14, and Vivian, 11—while navigating two very different parenting households post-divorce.
Gisele Bündchen faced pushback from her kids while adapting to life after divorce
Following her 2022 divorce from Tom Brady after 13 years of marriage, Gisele Bündchen found herself adjusting to new parenting dynamics. She admitted it hasn't always been smooth. 'Sometimes, I get pushback [from the kids],' she said. 'Especially because now they're in two different homes and there are two different ways.'
Known for her holistic lifestyle, Bündchen has been vocal about instilling discipline and mindfulness in her children. She emphasized the importance of consistency in daily habits, telling Harper's Bazaar, ''The way you make your room,' the way you organize and make your bed is the way you're going to do your life. If you're not learning here and now, then when and with who?'
The Brady breakup was more complex than fans believed
While much of the media speculated that Brady's decision to un-retire in 2022 and join the Tampa Bay Buccaneers was the tipping point for their split, Bündchen set the record straight in a Vanity Fair interview: 'Wow, people really made it about that [decision].
What's been said is one piece of a much bigger puzzle. It's not so black and white.'
Though their marriage ended under intense public scrutiny, Bündchen has continued to carve out a space for herself independently. From wellness ventures to her rumored relationship with martial arts trainer Joaquim Valente, she's stepped away from the shadows of her ex.
Despite being one of the world's most recognizable women, Bündchen insists she no longer seeks validation from the public.

'If I'm going to be affected by that, I'm never going to live my truth,' she told Harper's Bazaar. 'When you're trying to be this person who tries to please and tries to be accepted... you're never going to be truly who you are.'

Rainn Wilson said that the office became 'chaotic' after Steve Carell left, says 'So that was also a struggle'

The Office nearly had a serious problem. On the June 19 episode of the Good Guys Podcast with Josh Peck and Ben Soffer, Rainn Wilson , who played Dwight Schrute on the renowned comedy series, discussed his time on The Office and how the cast and crew developed the tone over time. Wilson, 59, believes the series, which debuted in 2005, "fell into gear" midway through season 2. "If you watch season one, it is pretty dreary. It's quite dark. It is darkly illuminated. People don't wear any makeup. He stated the show, which was based on a prior British version, has nothing in common with American television. He even recalls that during the first season, before filming the script, the cast would imitate being in the office and doing their tasks for a half-hour in order to "sink" into the reality of the show's "documentary" format. In season 2, Wilson stated, "Steve [Carell] does his hair a little better." We're sporting a little finer suits. The lighting on the stage makes it feel a little warmer. It's filmed a little kinder. And it helped a lot." "The show changed and just became a little bit warmer and a little more human," he told me. A huge aspect, he noted, was exposing that Carell's Michael Scott had "a big heart." Wilson responded: "He's a doofus, and he says he always says the wrong thing, but, you know, he's a lovable guy." by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Worst Home Items That People Own, Ranked CleverClassic Undo But because Carell, 62, was such an important part of the program, when he decided to depart during season 7 (his last episode was "Goodbye, Michael,' which aired in April 2011), Wilson said things were difficult. "When Steve left, then it was a little bit chaotic of trying to figure out the tone of the show and who's the lead and how are we telling these stories without the comic engine of the show, which is Michael Scott, and without one of the greatest comic actors in American history at the centre of our show," Wilson recalled." "So that was also a struggle." The podcast hosts wondered if it was a "gut punch" to learn Carell was leaving. "We knew it was coming for a long time," Wilson recalled, noting that Carell was "such a big movie star." Just months following the launch of The Office, the actor starred in The 40-Year-Old Virgin, followed by Little Miss Sunshine, Dan in Real Life, Get Smart, Date Night, and Crazy Stupid Love. "Of course, he'll leave The Office whenever he can. So we were prepared, but it was absolutely difficult to find the tone of the show without Steve," Wilson explained. The series eventually ran for two more seasons without Carell, thanks in part to a number of guest performers, before concluding with season 9 in 2013. In 2023, Wilson admitted on a podcast that he "spent several years really mostly unhappy" on The Office. "I didn't enjoy it. I was thinking, "Why am I not a movie star?" Why amn't I the next Jack Black or Will Ferrell? Why can't I have a movie career? "Why don't I have this development deal?" he recalled. "When I was on The Office … I was making hundreds of thousands," claimed the actor. "I wanted millions. I was a television celebrity, but I aspired to be a film star. It has never been enough. Humans have been around for hundreds of thousands of years, and 'never enough' has helped us as a species."

Once a UPSC aspirant and college topper, THIS actress went on to work with John Abraham, Shahid Kapoor, and build a strong film career

Before lighting up the screen in films across India, Rashi Khanna was a young woman with a very different dream. The actress, who has worked alongside stars like John Abraham and Shahid Kapoor , was once preparing for the UPSC exams and aiming to become an IAS officer. But life had other plans. A bright student with big goals Born and raised in Delhi, Rashi always stood out for her sharp mind and hard work. As reported by Economic Times, she topped her Class 12 board exams and later graduated with a degree in English Literature from the prestigious Lady Shri Ram College. At the time, she had her eyes firmly set on cracking the UPSC exams and entering the civil services. Coming from a middle-class family with no background in films, Rashi's goal was simple: to build a secure and respectable career. She has said in interviews that 'acting wasn't even a consideration'—a clear sign that she never thought she'd end up in the movies. For her, success meant hard work, self-reliance, and stability. Encouraged by those who believed in her potential, Rashi dipped her toes into the world of modelling. What started as a small side project slowly began to open new doors. Her first step in films: 'Madras Cafe' with John Abraham In 2013, everything changed for Rashi. She got a role in Shoojit Sircar's political thriller 'Madras Cafe', where she starred opposite John Abraham. She played the role of the lead character's wife. Although her screen time was short, it was enough to leave an impression. This debut marked her official entry into the Hindi film industry. For someone who hadn't even considered acting as a career, being in a major Bollywood film was a huge shift. It was just the beginning. Finding fame in South Indian films After her Bollywood debut, Rashi chose to explore opportunities in South Indian cinema. She built a strong career in the Telugu and Tamil film industries, appearing in many popular movies such as 'Imaikkaa Nodigal' with Nayanthara, 'Bengal Tiger', 'Jil', and 'Sardar'. These roles helped her grow as an actress and win hearts across the country. Making a mark on OTT platforms In recent years, Rashi has become a familiar face on OTT platforms too. She appeared in the crime series 'Rudra' and also starred in 'Farzi' alongside Shahid Kapoor. These projects introduced her to a wider digital audience and showed her ability to take on different types of roles. Over a decade in the film industry From dreaming of the UPSC to making it big on the silver screen, her journey is full of unexpected turns. What stands out is her unique blend of intelligence, ambition, and creativity. Without any formal training or connections in the industry, she carved her own path.
