LinkedIn will also offer Premium subscribers deeper insights, including personalized suggestions to help its users improve their match and stand out in the application process.LinkedIn is also adding features like verified job postings, average recruiter response times, and indicators showing if a company is actively reviewing applicants. According to the company these features aim to increase transparency and help users make informed decisions about their job choices. Meanwhile, for recruiters and hiring managers, LinkedIn is launching Hiring Assistant, an AI-powered agent that helps automate repetitive tasks like managing candidate pipelines.
