Bradford man, 69, charged after public nudity complaint near elementary school
Police in Bradford charged a man accused of exposing himself to the public in the vicinity of an elementary school.
South Simcoe police responded to concerns on Monday about a man 'fully exposing himself' from his residence near St. Marie of the Incarnation Catholic School on Colborne Street.
Officers and detectives with the Crimes Against Persons Unit attended and subsequently charged the 69-year-old man with two offences: indecent act and nudity. He was released on an undertaking and will have to attend court to answer to the charges next month.
"The South Simcoe Police Service recognizes the concerns and impact this type of incident has on the community, especially given the proximity to a school and the presence of children in the area," the police service asks anyone with information related to similar events or concerns regarding this matter to contact the authorities.

'The cocaine was found using contraband detection technology,' a CBSA spokesperson told CTV News Toronto in an email. 'Some of the detection technology employed by the CBSA includes ion mobility spectrometry, x-rays and Narcotic Identification Kits.
