Thieves take $30K worth of fragrance products from Fergus Shoppers Drug Mart
Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police released these three images as part of an investigation into the theft of thousands of dollars worth of fragrances from a Shoppers Drug Mart in Fergus, Ont.
Police are trying to sniff out a trio of thieves who took thousands of dollars worth of fragrances from a Shoppers Drug Mart in Fergus.
Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police were called to a break and enter on Tower Street South on Sunday around 3:45 a.m.
Investigators said three suspects smashed their way into the business about 15 minutes before the call came in. The suspects broke the store's front glass door and caused considerable damage to glass display cases.
Around $30,000 worth of fragrances were taken.
Police have released three images as part of the ongoing investigation. Anyone who recognizes the suspects is asked to contact police.

One of the suspects, a female between 25 and 35 years old, allegedly approached the victim in a parking lot outside of a business in the 140 block of Lansdowne Avenue on June 2. The suspect asked for directions in an attempt to distract her, while one of the male suspects entered her vehicle and stole her wallet, according to a news release from the force. The female is described as having a medium build and long dark hair. She was wearing a long beige cardigan, black pants, a black hat with an 'N' on it, black sneakers and a light-coloured purse. ‘Heartbreaking loss': Welland man dies in motorcycle race at local speedway

The Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) says officers responded to a crash at the Welland County Motorcycle Club & Speedway (WCMCS) on Netherby Road at around 11 p.m. on June 7. Police say the crash happened during a flat track race at the speedway. 'Life-saving efforts were initiated; however, tragically, a 29-year-old Welland man succumbed to his injuries,' NRPS said in a news release on Monday. In a statement on Facebook, the speedway said the racer who died was named Tyler Seguin and was a lifelong part of the club. 'Tyler has been part of the Welland County Speedway family since he first took to the dirt at just 4 years old,' the post reads. 'Over the past 25 years, we watched him grow into a fierce competitor, a Canadian National Champion, and a Welland County Speedway track champion.' It was the first death at the track since 1979 and only the second in the speedway's history, the WCMCS confirmed to CTV News Toronto. The speedway also said it will not hold a race this Saturday to allow 'families, friends, fans, and track staff to take some time to grieve and be with one another away from the track.' Toronto man who allegedly assaulted 3 women on TTC property sought by police
Mussie Woldemariam, 61, of Toronto, is being sought by police in three separate assaults on TTC property. (Toronto Police Service) Toronto police are looking for a man who they say assaulted three female strangers on TTC property. The latest incident occurred on the afternoon of June 5 at Broadview Station. Police said a male suspect was inside the station at that time when he assaulted a woman 'unprovoked.' Police say the suspect, who does not know the victim, fled the scene. The victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries. In investigating that incident, police say they were able to identify the suspect as a man sought in two other assaults on TTC property which occurred earlier this year. On Feb. 27, police said, officers were called to the area of Broadview Avenue and Gerrard Street East for an assault on a TTC streetcar. In that case, police said the suspect assaulted the victim after a 'brief' verbal exchange. The suspect fled the scene, and the victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries. The victim and suspect are not known to each other. Before that, on Jan. 28, police were called to Woodbine Station for an assault. Police said the suspect and a female victim were both on the bus when the victim exited. She was assaulted by the suspect who fled the scene. Again, the suspect and victim are unknown to each other. Police identified a suspect as Mussie Woldemariam, 61, of Toronto in news release issued Monday. He's wanted on three counts each of assault and breach of probation.
