Ghaati Trailer Out: Anushka Shetty Returns In A Fierce Avatar, Film To Release On THIS Date

Finally, the wait is over. The much-anticipated trailer of Ghaati has been released now, marking the return of Anushka Shetty to the silver screen. The actress has once again proved why she remains one of the most talented actresses. Anushka plays a fierce woman role who can go to any extent to protect her family.
Taking to her Instagram handle, Anushka Shetty shared the trailer and wrote, 'And here it is. #GhaatiTrailer out now! youtu.be/cHd-vTYZ87A #GHAATI GRAND RELEASE WORLDWIDE ON SEPTEMBER 5th, 2025." Immediately fans reacted and dropped heart emojis. One of the fans wrote, 'Super Super excited, Queen is back.' Another wrote, 'super excited, Sweety, can't wait for the release date."

Earlier, 123 Telugu reported that Rashmika Mandanna's The Girlfriend and Ghaati are releasing on September 5, 2025. And both films releasing on the same day could lead to a major showdown at the Telugu box office.
Talking about Ghaati, the film also stars Vikram Prabhu. Originally scheduled to hit cinemas on July 11, 2025, the film will now arrive later than planned, owing to pending production work. This marks the second time Ghaati has faced a delay. The film was originally set to release on April 18, 2025, but was later pushed to July 11.
Presented by UV Creations and produced by Rajeev Reddy and Sai Babu Jagarlamudi, Ghaati marks the second collaboration between Anushka Shetty and director Krish Jagarlamudi. The duo previously worked together on the critically acclaimed blockbuster Vedam.
The technical crew of Ghaati brings together some of the industry's finest talents. Manojh Reddy Katasani handles the cinematography, while the music is composed by Nagavelli Vidya Sagar. The film's visual design is shaped by veteran art director Thota Tharrani, with editing by Chanakya Reddy Toorupu and Venkat N Swamy. Ghaati is being released in multiple languages including Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi.
Meanwhile, Anushka Shetty was last seen in the 2023 romantic comedy Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty, where she starred opposite Naveen Polishetty.
