Harry denies he left Prince Andrew with a 'bloody nose' in family gathering spat

Metroa day ago
Prince Harry has denied exchanging punches with Prince Andrew in a spat between the two royals.
A new book claimed the Duke of Sussex and the Duke of York became embroiled in an argument during a family gathering in 2013.
The confrontation was said to have been triggered by something said by Andrew 'behind Harry's back'.
Entitled: The Rise and Fall of the House of York by Andrew Lownie claims Harry left his uncle with 'a bloody nose' in the dispute.
The new book also separately alleges the Duke of York predicted that Harry's marriage to Meghan Markle would 'not last more than a month'.
However a spokesperson for the Duke of Sussex denied the pair had ever had a physical altercation or that Andrew had made such comments about the Duchess of Sussex.
Andrew stepped back as a full time royal after his car crash interview on Newsnight in 2019 in which he was quizzed about his relationship with paedophile Jeffrey Epstein.
His reputation was further battered by claims from Virginia Giuffre that she had been forced to have sex with the duke as a teenager – claims Andrew denies.
Lownie's book claims there have been frictions between Andrew and Harry for years, with the latter even allegedly telling his brother, the Prince of Wales, he 'hated' the Duke of York.
Andrew, who attacked Harry for failing to carry out 'due diligence' on his wife before their wedding in 2018,is also said to have made rude remarks about the Princess of Wales.
The frosty relations between royals come as Andrew faces an uncertain future at the Royal Lodge at Windsor Great Park since his estimated £1million allowance was stopped by the King.
In his biography of Andrew, Lownie suggests William has 'long worked behind the scenes' to remove the Duke of York from the estate, where he believes he has abused 'his privilege', the Telegraph reported.
The book claims to shine a light on Andrew's behaviour towards longstanding royal servants.
He is said to have branded David Anderson, the former manager of Hillsborough Castle in Northern Ireland, a 'f***ing imbecile' for not referring to his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother, by her full title. More Trending
Anderson was informing Andrew that a severe storm had wrecked damaged on the royal residence, including to a tree planted by the Queen Mother.
After Anderson said he had worked for the royal household since 1984, Andrew allegedly said patronisingly: 'And you still don't know the proper way to refer to my grandmother? You f***ing imbecile. Get out.'
Colin Burgess, a former esquerry to Queen Elizabeth II, said that Andrew, in contrast to other senior royals, spoke to staff 'as an officer talks to his subordinates'.

Kelly Osbourne says she won't 'be ok for a while' following Ozzy's death

Kelly Osbourne has spoken out for the first time since her father Ozzy Osbourne's death in an emotional message. The legendary heavy metal rocker died aged 76 on July 22, and was buried by the lake in the grounds of his Buckinghamshire mansion following a private church service last week. This followed a huge public outpouring of love and mourning from the crowd of thousands that gathered in Ozzy's home city of Birmingham for an emotional funeral procession through its streets the previous day, just weeks after his final ever show there, at Villa Park. Taking to social media, Kelly thanked fans for their support during this difficult time and reflected on her own grief. 'I've sat down to write this a hundred times and still don't know if the words will ever feel like enough…but from the bottom of my heart thank you. 'The love, support, and beautiful messages I've received from so many of you have truly helped carry me through the hardest moment of my life. 'Every kind word, every shared memory, every bit of compassion has meant more than I can ever explain,' she penned in an emotional post on her Instagram story. She added that she wouldn't be ok for some time, but felt supported by the knowledge that so many people are grieving with her. 'Grief is a strange thing – it sneaks up on you in waves- I will not be ok for a while – but knowing my family are not alone in our pain makes a difference. 'I am holding tight to the love, the light, and the legacy left behind. 'Thank you for being there. I love you all so much – Kelly. #BirminghamForever #Ozzy Forever.' The song playing in the background of the post was her father's hit tune See You on the Other Side. Last week, Kelly returned to Instagram late on Friday in one of her first social posts since her beloved dad's funeral. More Trending She shared a single image to her stories with no additional comment, but the picture spoke for itself. Reality show star Kelly, 40, had photographed a picture of a purple funeral wreath for Ozzy, by the lake, which simply – and appropriately – read: 'Ozzy F***ing Osbourne'. At the Back to the Beginning last gig, just weeks before the rocker's death, Kelly's fiancé Sid Wilson proposed. Got a story? They took action after it became apparent this year's cast were keen to get hands on. A source said: 'It's been a long while since there's been as much action in the bedroom as this year. 'When Harry and Helena went into the Hideaway just 56 hours into the series it set the ball rolling and it's been a particularly feral year. 'There's been duvet tents most nights. 'Obviously duty of care is paramount so producers stocked up on condoms to ensure there were enough for the run.' Viewers were shocked when the ITV2 dating show aired scenes of randy Harrison Solomon asking Harry Cookseley, who slept in the next bed, to pass him a condom in the middle of the night. Harrison slept with Lauren Wood twice before she lost her place in a vote and he followed her out. But others have gone all the way too, including girlfriend and boyfriend Meg Moore and Dejon Williams. As part of their duty of care process, ITV are careful what they air and usually wait for the Islanders to consent to sex scenes being screened. First look at Love Island final as stars glam up for last dates before live episode kicks off The girls admitted to performing 'Handy Carolls' on their boys, though, in cheeky new terminology. But ex-Islander Mitch Taylor told the Sun he was put off going all the way in the villa during his 2023 series because of show procedure. He said: 'Even if you shuffled about it in bed a bit, you'd go to the beach hut the next day and production are going 'did you wear a condom?' 'It's like instant production c*ckblock for me, the next day production asking 21 questions. 'That killed it for me to be honest.' Fans have always considered Love Island's 2016 series its sauciest year, when Alex Bowen and now wife Olivia plus Zara Holland, Terry Walsh and Emma Jane Woodhams set the screen alight. 7 This year's series has been one of the raciest ones yet Credit: Eroteme 7 The show has been packed to the brim with raunchy scenes Credit: Eroteme 7 It has given fans nostalgia of its x-rated heyday Credit: Eroteme

Appearing on Spill with Will podcast, Emma said: "Almost all of them [vape], Helena and Harry were the worst for it, they were always in there." Emma said: "I've tried before, I feel high whenever I try it, my heads spinning." During the earlier seasons of Love Island, viewers watched the Islanders smoke on their screens. But now they have to do it off camera to discourage social smoking. During the same chat, Emma also revealed what her ex and former co-star Harry Cooksley messaged her before heading into the villa. Harry, 30, was initially left stunned when his ex Emma entered the Mallorca villa, and he could be heard saying: "Oh my god, it's my ex." Now Emma has let slip their last conversation before he entered the ITV2 series as a show OG. She denied knowing he was going on the matchmaking series and said: "No, he [Harry] sent me the weirdest text right before he went into holding. "And he basically said 'oh you won't be able to contact me for the summer, please get hold of my mum if you need anything.' Axed Love Islander Emma addresses villa feud as she reveals Islander she was 'scared' to speak to and secret rows that were never aired "I thought oh he's going to rehab. "Or he's checked into a wellness centre, how wrong was I?" Emma, who was recently given the boot from the show, told how she first became aware of his telly gig when she saw his Instagram post. She added: "I wasn't shocked you know. "I feel like this is a bit of him, he'd be the perfect candidate. "And he has been, he's carried the show on his back lets be honest." PLOT REVEAL During their time in the villa together, the pair's connection appeared to take a turn - after Harry pulled Emma for a chat and they enjoyed some banter about PDA, with him even smelling her armpit. Fans were then quick to claim the brunette's "real mask had slipped." This was exacerbated when she was heard discussing the show's £50K cash prize pot on the ITV2 series. In spin off show Aftersun, host Maya Jama directly asked the TV show star why. She said: "You're one of the few Islanders who have actually mentioned the 50k." Emma replied: "We have broken the fourth wall," to which Maya said: "You did, can you clarify what you meant by that? "I think you said something after like 'ahh play along' something like that?" Emma giggled before she said: "Look I'm glad you brought that up because the whole thing was a complete joke. "Harry and I had nothing else to talk about and we are both really playful but I can confirm there was no game plan and we were just being silly. "None of it was serious."
