But Wrestlenomics claim the extravaganza is ready to depart from New Orleans.
And wrestling fans across the UK have gone wild with excitement at the possibility of a switch across the pond.
WWE enthusiasts are already at fever pitch - as a cryptic post from John Cena suggested the legend might NOT retire this year.
The undisputed champ and Hollywood star shared a Leonardo DiCaprio picture from The Wolf of Wall Street on Instagram - showing the movie's famous "I'm not leaving' scene.
There's even talk now that Cena could peak his feud with Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson by taking on his biggest rival once more.
SunSport revealed earlier this month that London was ready to hold WrestleMania within the next decade.
It's been held every March or April since 1985, with the top performers from RAW and SmackDown on stage in front of millions.
Hulk Hogan, Ultimate Warrior, The Undertaker, Paul 'Triple H' Levesque, The Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin.

WrestleMania 42 was in Las Vegas last month, attracting 125,000 fans to the Allegiant Stadium.
Caesars Superdome in New Orleans is booked for April 11-12 next year.
Indianapolis has also been lined up to host it at some point too.
But as speculation grows that London might have a future role, British fans are drooling.
One posted: "If Wrestlemania comes to London I will do laps around my house bro."
Another WWE follower's response to that was "After your laps you're gonna have to sell your house to afford the tickets."
But the first fan replied: "I will sell my KIDNEYS."
Another enthusiast wrote: "WrestleMania needs to be in the UK, I'd love that."
Fans were sceptical if Wembley could fit in the dates at spring is such a busy time for sport, including the FA Cup semi-finals.
Others reckoned Cardiff or across the channel in Paris would be tempting alternatives to London.

Australia favourites to retain WTC crown against South Africa
LONDON, June 9 (Reuters) - Australia will have to dust off the cobwebs but are still fancied to successfully defend their World Test Championship crown against equally ring-rusty South Africa in the final at Lord's, starting on Wednesday. The five-day clash comes on the heels of a plethora of limited overs cricket over the last five months and both teams have been scrambling to prepare for a high-profile return to the red-ball game. Australia have not played a test since beating Sri Lanka in Galle in February when they made sure of a top-two finish in the standings from results for the 2023-25 WTC cycle. South Africa were assured of top place when they won their last test against Pakistan at home in January to book a first-ever finals appearance. It came on the back of a run of seven successive wins, but the fact they did not play against the Aussies or England has seen their achievement dismissed as too easy. Former England captain Michael Vaughan said they reached the final "on the back of beating pretty much nobody," which was a result of the lopsided test schedule where Australia, England, and India dominate and South Africa elect to play more financially lucrative limited-overs internationals. But an upset win for South Africa could change that. "It's the biggest thing in this team's existence. It's the biggest thing for South African cricket at the moment,' said their coach Shukri Conrad. Australia have been warming up with training sessions at Beckenham in Kent as they grapple with selection choices. They must pick between Scott Boland or Josh Hazlewood to join skipper Pat Cummins, left-armer Mitchell Starc and spinner Nathan Lyon in the attack' The top batting order is likely to be changed with Cameron Green set to return for his first test in more than a year. He will likely bat third with Marnus Labuschagne opening alongside Usman Khawaja, while Steve Smith will come in at No. 4. Yep, it's a My First Valkyrie… In fact, the goal is to change as little as possible from the homologated Hypercar without giving you a back door into the Le Mans 24hr itself. So ballast and FIA-mandated electronics have been thrown out, and a 'user-friendly' open-loop torque control system replaces the competition-style closed-loop sensors. You might like Meanwhile the V12 has been recalibrated for fuel you can actually get hold of, and… erm, that's about it. Like the racecar you still get a seven-speed sequential transmission with semi-automatic paddleshift, and the suspension remains insanely complex: double wishbones front and back, plus pushrod actuated torsion bars with adjustable side and central dampers. Aston says the setup has been optimised for track day driving, and it's fitted bespoke performance boots from F1 shoemaker Pirelli. Advertisement - Page continues below Ah, the cockpit's been tweaked actually; for better safety, access and visibility, says Aston, and all customers get their own custom carbonfibre race seat featuring an FIA-grade six-point harness. Just as well you won't be dealing with toll booths in this. The steering wheel integrates shift lights and a driver's display. Doubt it'll run Apple CarPlay, that. Those 10 lucky owners have the option of taking full possession of the LM themselves, or you can let Aston look after the car and enrol in a tailored development programme complete with driver coaching, simulator sessions and classroom prep to get the most out of your (likely very expensive) machine.
