On Monday, new Boss global ambassador S.Coups attended the Met Gala wearing a custom look inspired by a Korean hanbok jeogori jacket, with a matching gray wool flannel blazer with hanbok double-breasted collar and coordinating stand-collar shirt. The look was accessorized with gray wool heeled boots, and a Piaget diamond watch.
'Working with S.Coups has been a very smooth process,' said Boss creative director Marco Falcioni of the brand's first collaboration with the musician, who was named an ambassador late last month.

'The conversation was very much about what does tailoring mean for S.Coups,' Falcioni said, adding that he aimed to create a tailored look that would resonate with both the brand's DNA and S.Coups. The conversation quickly turned to the hanbok, and the team decided to design an outfit informed by the construction and proportions of the traditional Korean garment. ' We were able to create something which was new to us [Boss], new for S.Coups, and resonated well for both.'
Going into Monday's Met Gala, S.Coups was looking forward to the moment he stepped out on the red carpet to debut the outfit. 'I hope to be seen as an embodiment of Boss' captivating style and aesthetic,' said S.Coups. 'I'm also excited to see all the amazing looks and how everyone will bring their own unique take to the event.' Here, the Seventeen leader reflects on beginning his journey as a Boss ambassador, and an upcoming milestone for the K-pop group and himself.
WWD: Why were you excited to attend the Met Gala this year?
S.Coups: The Met Gala is such a significant night that brings fashion and art together, and it felt like a great chance to broaden my perspective. As a Boss ambassador, I was also eager to see the expertise and craftsmanship behind their suits firsthand.
WWD: What do you appreciate about your Boss look, and how is it setting the tone for the evening?
S.Coups: It's a custom-tailored look inspired by jeogori, the Korean hanbok jacket, so it fits me perfectly and highlights a creative design — like the contrasting shades of gray on the inside and outside of the coat that add a subtle allure when revealed with each step. It really sets the tone for this year's Met, which celebrates 'tailoring' as a form of self-expression and individuality.
WWD: What has been rewarding about working with Boss as their newest global brand ambassador?
S.Coups: It's truly an honor to start my journey with Boss at my first Met Gala, and I'm filled with excitement and anticipation to share even more exciting collaborations in the future.
WWD: How would you describe your style offstage?
S.Coups: I tend to prefer comfortable clothes. Since I often wear stage outfits and need to prepare for dance practices, I naturally gravitate toward more comfortable options.
WWD: You guys [Seventeen] are getting ready to release your fifth album 'Happy Burstday' later this month. What can fans look forward to with this new release and the summer ahead?
S.Coups: We're all pumped up and ready to give it our all for this album and performance. It feels like a grand way to close out my 20s. The album will be released on our 10th anniversary, May 26, so I hope you'll give it lots of love, and look forward to sharing the next 10 years with us.

Cardi B Hard Launches Her Relationship With NFL Star Stefon Diggs
"Hearst Magazines and Yahoo may earn commission or revenue on some items through these links." Everything is coming up roses for Cardi B. Over the weekend, the 'Up' singer posted photos and videos of the massive bouquets of flowers that were delivered to her home, in the same slideshow where she confirmed a new romance that is also sweetening her life. In the past few months, there have been rumors that Cardi was in a relationship with NFL player Stefon Diggs, following her divorce filing from Offset last July. Now, she has finally confirmed the new romance. Scroll ahead learn more about Stefon Diggs. In March 2025, Diggs signed a three-year deal with the New England Patriots for $63.5 million, where he will play as a wide receiver. At the time of his signing, Diggs had already been in the NFL for 10 seasons. When he graduated from the University of Maryland in 2014, he was signed the next year to the Minnesota Vikings as a fifth-round draft pick. He inked a four-year, $2.5 million deal, which he served out, before he was traded to the Buffalo Bills in 2020. Then, he stayed with the Bills for four years, before playing one season for the Houston Texans in 2024. Diggs has now joined the Patriots having played 144 regular season games with 857 receptions for 10,491 yards and 70 touchdowns. In 2020, he lead the league in receptions. He will make his debut for New England this coming fall. Stefon Diggs is a father to one—a daughter named Nova, who he welcomed in October 2016. The identity of Nova's mother is not publicly known, though some believe it to be Diggs's ex-girlfriend, the pop singer Tyler-Marie. While Diggs mostly keeps his personal life out of the spotlight, Nova has made a few notable appearances throughout the wide receiver's career. For instance, when he was signed to the Buffalo Bills, Nova sat on his lap for the ceremony, where she jokingly quoted the iconic Jerry Maguire line 'show me the money' to the Bills general manager Brandon Beane, as seen in the clip above. Other times, the adorable little one has been seen running on the field with her dad after games and cheering from the stands, all while sporting jerseys with his name. Take one scroll through Diggs's Instagram account and you'll see all kinds of street style looks and tunnel fits, each defined by the football player's affinity for neon colors, eye-popping prints, and statement footwear. Diggs has displayed a strong fashion sense for years now, even making his Met Gala debut at the 2023 event, and returning the following two years, including this year to support the 'Superfine: Tailoring Black Style' theme. In a 2024 GQ interview, the wide receiver said, 'My mom told me that a girl always pays attention to your shoes and your smile... I got my own swag. I don't try to be like anybody else.' That love of fashion has translated to front-row appearances at fashion shows, and even the development of his own brand, called Liem, which sells luxury graphic tees, denim, leather, and stylish sportswear. Diggs isn't the only member of the family who's played for the NFL. In fact, the Patriots player's younger brother, Trevon, is currently a cornerback for the Dallas Cowboys. And while he isn't part of the NFL, the pair's half-sibling, Mar'Sean, played college football at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. His love of football started with his father, who passed away when he was only 14. As noted in an article from The Athletic, Diggs's dad wanted to see his sons play their best, so he enrolled them in the sport when they were young, and even had them doing things like living-room pushups whenever commercials would come on the TV. To this day, Diggs has a tattoo on his right wrist that says: 'RIP DAD.' Back in 2018, he shared a picture of it to his Instagram, with a caption that read: 'I miss you now more than ever... just wish you was here to see your sons. We love you. Still going hard for the last name ❤️ SCREAMING HAPPY GDAY POPS.. the [realest].' On June 1, 2025, Cardi B went public with her and Diggs's relationship, sharing a slideshow of photos which included one of her and the Patriots player getting cuddly on a boat, while a video saw Cardi dancing on Diggs. In another cheeky moment, the 'WAP' singer also shared a shot of her wrapped up in a furry shawl, which appeared to be the exact same one Diggs wore on Met Gala night. In her caption, she wrote: 'Chapter 5 ……Hello Chapter six.' Rumors of the pair's relationship first swirled in the fall of 2024, when the two were spotted at a New York City nightclub together, per a report from TMZ. Further speculation ensued when the couple went out to dinner in Miami on Valentine's Day. A couple of months later, a video circulated that saw Cardi dancing on the wide receiver. And this past May, they were seen sitting courtside together at a New York Knicks game, making their first public appearance as a pair. Sydney Sweeney breaks silence on Jonathan Davino breakup, is 'loving' single life
Sydney Sweeney breaks silence on Jonathan Davino breakup, is 'loving' single life Show Caption Hide Caption Sydney Sweeney arrives at the 2025 Met Gala in dazzling black gown Sydney Sweeney graces the Met Gala red carpet in a dazzling black gown. Sydney Sweeney is clearing up rumors about her engagement to Jonathan Davino once and for all. When asked by the U.K. newspaper The Sunday Times about their status, Sweeney was honest but withheld details. She confirmed she is no longer planning a wedding with Davino, with whom she co-founded a production company; the two had been linked together for nearly seven years. And she replied "yes" when asked whether she's single now. "I'm learning a lot about myself, spending more time with my friends. And I'm loving it," the 27-year-old told the newspaper. Sweeney's comments, which were published in the newspaper's May 31 feature story timed to her new AppleTV+ film, "Echo Valley," come more than three months after rumors started swirling around a possibly rocky relationship. By the end of March, outlets including People, TMZ and US Weekly were reporting the two had split. Sweeney's representatives did not respond to USA TODAY's request for comment at the time. Relationship timeline: Sydney Sweeney and Jonathan Davino spark split rumors Sydney Sweeney reveals close relationship with Glen Powell Sweeney also touched on the box-office success of the 2023 movie she and Davino co-produced, "Anyone But You." The film – and Sweeney and co-star Glen Powell's marketing stunts – fueled a seldom-seen race to see the rom-com in theaters. "Glenn and I adore each other, so I think we were so happy for the reception of the film," she said, noting the two are "still close." (Sweeney attended Powell's sister's wedding in Texas in March.) "When you spend so much time with someone, you become close and you talk to each other about anything," she told The Sunday Times. "So work, life, family, friends, he's just there for me. I'm there for him." In an April 2024 New York Times interview, Powell admitted the speculation over whether he and Sweeney were having an affair was all a showmance. "The two things that you have to sell a rom-com are fun and chemistry. Sydney and I have a ton of fun together, and we have a ton of effortless chemistry," he said. "That's people wanting what's on the screen off the screen, and sometimes you just have to lean into it a bit — and it worked wonderfully." He added, "Sydney is very smart." Sydney Sweeney's essentials: She dishes on her favorite rom-com and what's on her playlist Sydney Sweeney says she's typecast as Cassie from 'Euphoria' Sweeney also opened up to The Sunday Times about being back on the "Euphoria" set. "Being back is crazy. I love Cassie so much," she said. "She's insane." Sweeney also got honest about how she feels she is typecast when auditioning for roles. "I see it all the time where they don't think I am right for [a role] because they watched Cassie in Euphoria. Especially because Cassie was such a sexualized character — that puts a wall up for people," she told the newspaper. The other battle she's fighting in Hollywood is being "taken seriously as a producer." Sweeney said, "I have to prove myself as a young woman, as an actor, as a businessperson — all of it."

‘Squid Game 2' Cast on Connecting With Fans and Relating to Their Characters: ‘Thanos Isn't A Villain, But He Is A Man-Child'
'Squid Game' creator, director and writer Hwang Dong-hyuk joined production designer Chae Kyoung-sun, editor Nam Na-yeong and director of photography Kim Ji-yong and members of the 'Squid Game 2' cast (Lee Jung-jae, Kang Ae-shim, Park Sung-hoon, Lee Byung-hun and Choi Seung-hyun) for a panel and screening on Friday night that was part of Netflix's FYSEE LA series. When it came to choosing which seemingly-innocent schoolyard games would become death traps in the second installment of his dystopian black comedy, Hwang says he looked for challenges that would force players to vote en masse. More from Variety Pablo Larraín to Direct Netflix Domestic Horror Miniseries 'My Sad Dead,' From Fabula and 'The Eternaut's' K&S Films (EXCLUSIVE) 'Lincoln Lawyer' Season 4 Casts Cobie Smulders (EXCLUSIVE) 'Nobody Wants This' Season 2 Sets October Release Date on Netflix 'An important theme I wanted to explore in the second season was the notion of elections,' said Hwang. 'So many free democratic countries around the world are choosing their leaders, and therefore their futures, through the act of casting a vote.' 'Elections exist to provide the right direction for society to head in, but as we all see, it's actually leading people to even further division and hostility – almost the opposite way of what it was originally intended to do. I really wanted to poke at the theme of majority rule in elections within the liberal democratic world, and pose the question: can [democracy] truly bring us down the right path? Is it capable of allowing us to choose the right leaders?' For Park Sung-hoon, who plays Cho Hyun-ju (a special forces agent ostracized by her peers when she came out as a transgender woman) joining the cast of 'Squid Game 2' allowed him to form a deeper bond with an understanding of the LGBTQ+. community. '[The fans] have given me so much support and love despite me being a cisgender actor playing a transgender character,' said Sung-hoon. 'I think the world is becoming a better place for the LGBTQ+ community, but prejudices and biases still exist, and Geum-ja is a character who represents that kind of attitude towards the community.' 'But later on in the show, Geum-ja warms up to her, she embraces her as one of her friends and family. I hope the viewers feel the same way about Hyun-ju, warming up to her as family. In season three, we go through a lot together, so we develop an even stronger bond.' Sung-hoon wasn't the only newcomer impacted by the show's writing – Choi Seung-hyun, (a rapper and former member of the K-pop group BIGBANG) says understanding the psychology of his character Thanos helped him reflect on his own past. 'Thanos and I have some common ground, as a rapper who went out second in a competition show and had drug issues,' Seung-hyun explained. 'While you might think of me as a successful rapper, I also had my failures, so I had to come face-to-face with my past mistakes when I was looking at Thanos. It took a lot of courage for me to take on this role, but Director Hwang put so much trust in me. 'I don't think Thanos is a villain, but he is a man-child,' Seung-hyun continued. 'Playing this character, it was an opportunity for me to self-reflect on my past and think about what I've done wrong. Through 'Squid Game,' and Thanos, I feel like I'm ready to move on to a new chapter of my life. I learned so much from him.' The day after the FYC event, the 'Squid Game' stars walked the red carpet, where Lee Jung-jae told Variety he still wants to see Leonardo DiCaprio on the show.
