Jessica Simpson rocks another daring look just hours after suffering wardrobe malfunction on live TV

Jessica Simpson brushed aside an embarrassing wardrobe malfunction as she enjoyed a night out in New York City on Wednesday.
The TV personality, 45, had taken to the stage on Today just hours earlier where she suffered a mishap with her outfit mid-performance as it was being broadcast live.
However, the mom-of-three flashed a cheerful smile as she put on a leggy display in an eye-catching minidress as she grabbed dinner in the bustling city.
Simpson donned a sparkling orange ensemble that had a shimmering sun pattern on the right side.
The Dukes Of Hazzard actress additionally slipped into a pair of open-toed, strappy gold heels and carried a shiny gold purse in her hand.
Jessica's blonde locks were parted to the side, and effortlessly flowed down past her shoulders in light waves.

The singer accessorized the nighttime look with a pair of glittering hooped earrings as well as a flashy necklace and bracelets.
Simpson's makeup was also glammed up and comprised of voluminous lashes as well as a light shadow around her eyes.
A warm blush was added to her cheekbones for a radiant glow while a glossy, nude-colored tint was worn on her lips for a finishing touch.
Jessica was seen at The Hotel Chelsea for her night out and stopped to greet awaiting fans outside the building.
Earlier in the day, the star was seen taking to the stage to perform live on the Today show - shortly after dropping a new single titled Fade.
However, Simpson had a wardrobe malfunction when her taupe dress slipped down her cleavage - showing off her pink bra.
Ordinarily the corset style dress would cover the entirety of her bust, but the frock struggled to adhere to her dress.
Video of the performance shows Jessica singing through the wardrobe mishap, either unaware of or not minding that accidental bra flash.

But the newly-single star didn't let the embarrassing mishap ruin her day as she even cracked a joke about it with the Today show correspondents.
'How does it feel back on the stage, the first release in 15 years?' NBC News journalist Peter Alexander asked Simpson.
'It's insane! Of course, like I had a malfunction here,' she said, gesturing her hand beside her head, 'and everywhere, but it's ok! I think my boob's stayed in, so that's good!' she quipped.
The wardrobe mishap wasn't Jessica's only head-turning moment during her Today appearance.
Simpson also took a swipe at her dating history while sharing her list of relationship non-negotiables during an interview with host Jenna Bush Hager.
When asked what she is looking for in her next partner, the singer and entrepreneur shared the criteria she's looking for in a man.
'My type of person is a one-of-a-kind,' she gushed. 'I don't have like, a look or anything like that. I just like for somebody to be individually who they are and exude confidence without the ego.'
The performer, who split from Eric Johnson after 10 years of marriage earlier this year, explained she's had trouble finding someone self-assured, but not cocky.

'I feel like it's out there, and I don't need somebody to be supportive of me all the time,' the mother-of-three added. 'I feel like the independence I have right now, if I can have that and give it to someone else, that would be cool.'
Her comment about wanting 'confidence without the ego' seemed to point to her rocky relationship with first husband Nick Lachey.
During her Today interview, Simpson also noted that she has no plans to walk down the aisle, but is 'very passionate' and has 'a lot to give.'
Simpson also emphasized that whoever she dates next has to be 'a very good kisser.'
'See, that's like the most intimate thing. Grab my face and pull me in! Can you tell I need it?' the I Wanna Love You Forever hitmaker mused.
Hager then assured Simpson that she would find her a match and one that could live up to her smooching standards. 'Even if it's just one night!' Simpson playfully shot back.
On Tuesday, the singer seemingly made a thinly-veiled dig at her ex Eric Johnson when she dropped her new single Fade.
Some of the lyrics included: 'You can always say you love me / That doesn't mean that I feel loved / There's a green light in the distance / And all your words become too much.'
And in the chorus, Jessica sang, 'You can just wait on me / I won't be around / Watching you fade on me / Your words mean nothing now.'
Elsewhere in the track, the lyrics appeared to open up about her personal heartbreak. 'I have way too good a memory / I have no more heart to break / You're as empty as your promise / Go sleep alone in the bed you made...'
In a press release, per Us Weekly, Simpson stated, 'This song came straight from my heart.
'I had just lived through this heavy, emotional moment, but there was no way I was gonna cancel my songwriting session. I walked into the studio with tears still on my cheeks, and what came out was a prayer.'
She added that the single, 'is about watching someone you love slip away in real time, while trying to hold on to something that's already gone.'
Fade is a track that will be found on her upcoming album called Nashville Canyon, Part 2 - which will be released later this year on September 4.
The performer previously dropped her EP Nashville Canyon, Part 1 back in March.
