Love Island's Davide celebrates milestone with American girlfriend as ex Ekin-su reveals tough time after Curtis split
LOVE Island star Davide Sanclimenti has celebrated a huge milestone with his girlfriend Iris Au. The couple marked their one-year anniversary on Saturday with a special montage video. 4 Love Island's Davide celebrated a milestone with his US girlfriend Credit: Instagram 4 The Italian hunk shared a montage video looking back on their year together Credit: Instagram 4 Davide's relationship update comes after his ex Ekin-Su's split from Curtis Credit: Rex The clip featured photos of their loved-up dates together, to holidays and trips around the world and romantic gestures. The hunky Italian looked smitten with the mum-of-two. Davide is seen presenting his partner with a huge bouquet of roses and another clip showed them kissing on the beach. He captioned it: "ONE [love heart emoji] Happy Anniversary." The TV star shot to fame in 2022 when he won with Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu. The pair were known for their tumultuous relationship in and out of the villa, and they split the following year. Davide then confirmed he was dating his new girlfriend Iris Au last year. Los Angeles based Iris documents her life on social media. The 35-year-old has two daughters Paris, 10, and Pia, 11. Ekin-Su and Curtis Pritchard SPLIT three months after Love Island All Stars In March, Davide dropped a HUGE hint that he had married Iris after he referred to Paris as his "stepdaughter". It came after he posted a video which was titled "Pranking my stepdaughter', where he pretended to be auditioning to be her and her sister's manny (a male nanny) LOVED UP On Valentine's day, Davide confessed his love for Iris with a soppy Instagram post. Davide gushed: "Happy Valentine's Day to the most romantic woman I've ever met. Since being with you, I learned what a 'monthsary' is. It comes after Davide's ex Ekin-Su called time on her three-month releationship with Curtis Pritchard last week. The Sun exclusively revealed how their shock break-up - after three weeks of dating following their time in the Love Island spin-off villa - "wasn't weeks in the making." As such, the split is said to be "raw" for both parties who discovered they were "growing apart" - with work opportunities proving a key divide. A source close to the former couple has now told The Sun of the break-up: 'It was very much a mutual decision, but it happened very recently in the last few days. "It certainly wasn't weeks in the making, so it's still raw for them both but they had a series of crisis talks in the recent days which were emotional for them both. "They wanted to make it work, but they felt they like they were growing apart and they couldn't see a way forward. "One of the biggest issues for their relationship was their busy careers - it sounds like a cliche but Ekin, 30, is getting a lot of work opportunities out in America, while Curtis, 29, is focussing on his burgeoning boxing career as well as his new investment app. "As they are both so busy, it was becoming harder to prioritise the relationship and they realised that wasn't a good sign. "They are still on really good terms and it's all very amicable. "Nobody was blindsided, so there is no bad blood between them." EKIN-SU'S STATEMENT In May, Ekin-Su shared a statement on social media confirming they had parted ways. She said: "I wanted to share that Curtis and I have decided to go our separate ways. "It's been a really tough decision, but one made with a lot of love and respect for one another. "He's an incredible person and I'll always cherish the memories we made both in and out of the villa. "Thank you all so much for the love and support over the past few months. "We're both focusing on navigating this transition and would really appreciate privacy during this time. "Love always, Ekin-Su."

Liam Gallagher breaks silence on Oasis rehearsals as he sweetly gushes over Noel
Liam Gallagher has described Oasis' reunion tour rehearsals as 'spiritual'. The frontman, 52, spent this week playing in the same room as older brother Noel since the sessions began - the first time they have played together in 16 years. But unlike their younger days, when the Champagne Supernova rockers were known to party with Cigarettes & Alcohol, Liam revealed they are staying sober. Asked how rehearsals are going and what the mood is like, Liam said: 'Yesterday was spiritual. Very professional we're just ripping it up to ras. Were professionals no time for drinking.' Noel, who has been seen travelling to rehearsals on the tube, previously joined guitarists Paul 'Bonehead' Arthurs and Gem Archer and bassist Andy Bell for warm-up rehearsals without Liam. Liam, who arrived at the rehearsals by van and was seen with packets of Lockets and cough syrup, was also asked about Noel, 58, and how it feels to be back alongside him after so many years. The siblings famously fell out when the band split after they had a backstage fight at a festival in Paris in August 2009. But it appears Liam is determined to not look back in anger as they prepare for the start of the new tour in Cardiff on July 4, before moving on to Manchester, London, Edinburgh and Dublin before further dates around the world. In an impromptu Q&A session on X, Liam added: 'Noel has been devine. Can't stop staring at him he might have to get a restraining order out on me can't help it.' Hundreds lodged complaints to Ticketmaster after so-called surge pricing saw entry costs soar past £350-per-person. Resale tickets are going for more than £1,000 each for the opening night. After more than 15 years apart, brothers Liam and Noel will reunite under the iconic Oasis banner for a globe‑spanning tour - marking their first live performances since the 2009 split. Kickstarting in July and running through November 2025, the tour features 41 stadium dates across five continents, selling out almost instantly following a frenzy of ticket demand. The tour kicks off on July 4th and 5th in Cardiff's Principality Stadium, before heading to Manchester's Heaton Park for five massive nights on July 11th, 12th, 16th, 19th, and 20th. London's Wembley Stadium will host them on July 25th, 26th, and 30th, then again on August 2nd and 3rd, with two additional autumn shows added for September 27th and 28th due to overwhelming demand. Edinburgh joins the celebration with three dates at Murrayfield Stadium on August 8th, 9th, and 12th, while fans in Dublin will welcome the band back to Croke Park in mid-August, with dates still being finalised.

'Love Island USA's Yulissa Escobar breaks silence after exit from show
'Love Island USA' contestant Yulissa Escobar has broken her silence about her sudden exit from the show. After being dropped from the reality dating series in Episode 2, Escobar took to Instagram Friday to address speculation about her departure and apologize. Escobar's departure was linked to backlash she was receiving for using racist language on past podcasts. The controversial clips resurfaced on social media after Escobar was announced as a Season 7 cast member. In her Instagram post, Escobar said she wanted to 'apologize for using a word I had no right in using.' 'Podcast clips from years ago have recently resurfaced, and I want to address it directly,' she wrote. 'In those clips, I used a word I never should've used, a racial slur. I used it ignorantly, not fully understanding the weight, history, or pain behind it. I wasn't trying to be offensive or harmful, but I recognize now that intention doesn't excuse impact. And the impact of that word is real. It's tied to generations of trauma, and it is not mine to use.' Escobar explained that she used the racial slur when she was 'speaking casually in conversation' and she didn't think 'deeply or critically about what I was saying.' 'But that doesn't take away from how wrong it was. The truth is, I didn't know better then, but I do now,' she said. 'I've taken the time to reflect, to learn, and to grow from that moment.' Escobar went on to say that she's 'changed a lot' since she's done those podcasts. She noted that she shows up for others differently and also speaks differently as well. 'Growth means recognizing when you were wrong, even if it's uncomfortable, and choosing to move forward with humility and accountability,' she said. The 27-year-old then ended her statement by saying she takes 'full ownership of my actions' and she apologized again to anyone who was 'disappointed or offended' by her words. Online, she shared her statement alongside a personal quote from herself, which said, 'Owning my mistakes speaking my truth.' Escobar was introduced as a cast member for Season 7 of 'Love Island USA' in May. In a teaser video that Peacock shared on YouTube, Escobar said she was excited to be on the show after her previous 'nine year relationship' ended in heartbreak. 'I want my man to nurture me,' she said. On the premiere episode of the series, Escobar coupled up with Ace Green. As they were exploring their love connection, series narrator Iain Stirling informed viewers that Escobar would no longer be on the program in an announcement he made on the second episode. 'Welcome back to 'Love Island USA,'' he said. 'Yulissa has left the villa.' However, it is unclear when Escobar left Fiji, where the show is filmed, and if she was edited out of episodes.
