Hungarian President hosts ceremonial welcome for UAE President

UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has arrived at the Hungarian Parliament Building in Budapest, as part of his official visit to Hungary.
He was welcomed by Hungarian President Tamás Sulyok, and an official reception ceremony took place in Kossuth Lajos Square.
Sheikh Mohamed's motorcade was ceremonially escorted by a horseback procession, and both national anthems were performed.
His Highness then inspected the guard of honour and was greeted by senior Hungarian ministers and officials.
Sulyok also welcomed members of the UAE delegation accompanying Sheikh Mohamed.

Known to many as Saudi Arabia's 'Sleeping Prince', Prince Alwaleed passed away after spending 20 years in a coma following a car accident in 2005. Born in April 1990, he was the eldest son of Prince Khalid bin Talal Al Saud and the nephew of billionaire investor Prince Alwaleed bin Talal. His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai and His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Presidential Court, also offered their condolences. Furthermore, condolences were expressed by the rulers of Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Umm Al Qaiwain and Ras Al Khaimah. Prince Alwaleed was remembered across the Arab world as a symbol of patience, hope and enduring faith.

UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has offered his condolences to the Saudi Arabia following the passing of Prince Al Waleed bin Khaled bin Talal Al Saud, known to many as the 'Sleeping Prince.' The message was sent to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia, WAM reported. Two other top UAE leaders, H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, and H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Presidential Court, also sent their messages of sympathy to the Saudi King. Their messages followed the death of Prince Al Waleed, who had been in a coma for nearly 20 years. His father, Prince Khaled, confirmed his passing in a social media post on July 19. He was 36 years old. At age 15, he was involved in a car accident in London in 2005 that left him with severe brain injuries and internal bleeding. He was eventually moved to King Abdulaziz Medical City in Riyadh, where he remained on life support and under close medical care for the next two decades.
