BIG MONEY Women's Champions League 2025 prize money: How much is on offer for Arsenal and Barcelona?
THE pinnacle of the women's football season takes place TODAY!
The biggest game in the calendar is on our doorstep - and Arsenal women have the chance to win their first Champions League title since 2007.

Arsenal are hoping to win the Champions League for the first time since 2007
2
Barcelona could make it four wins out of the last five in the competition
It's been a very long wait for the Gunners who have had a barren spell in Europe in recent years.
They reached the semis in 2023 but that was their best performance since 2013.
This will also be the first time they have reached the final since that special win under Vic Akers.
Alex Scott, long before she became a fixture on our TV screens, scored the only goal over two legs against Swedish side Umea.

But this is a different task entirely, with Arsenal now facing Barcelona - one of the most dominant sides ever.
This will be the Femeni's FIFTH consecutive women's Champions League final, with three wins in the previous four.
They have lost just three matches all season, have already won the Spanish league title and are on for the treble.
Arsenal head coach Renee Slegers will have her work cut out.
What is the Women's Champions League prize money?
Uefa announced last summer that the total prize pot for the competition remains at €24million (£20.2m), the same figure as last season.
Each club was given a base reward for reaching the competition and there were then bonuses for wins and draws.
Prize money also increased the further a team went into the competition.
The breakdown is as follows:
Group stage base reward : €400,000
: €400,000 Group stage win bonus : €50,000
: €50,000 Group stage draw bonus : €17,000
: €17,000 Group winner bonus : €20,000
: €20,000 Quarter-final : €160,000
: €160,000 Semi-final : €180,000
: €180,000 Runner-up : €200,000
: €200,000 Winner: €350,000
How much prize money have Arsenal won?
Arsenal were handed €250k in prize money on top of the €400k base after winning five of their six group-stage matches.
They also earned a €20k bonus for topping the group.
Having reached the final, they have earned a further €340,000.
Total prize money so far: €1,010,000 (approx. £850,000)
Barcelona also won five of their six matches to top the group so have won the exact same amount.

Arsenal release statement as midfield deal confirmed amid Martin Zubimendi chase

Arsenal have seen an early exit for midfield star Jorginho as the Italy international departs before the end of his contract with the prospect of Martin Zubimendi arriving at the Emirates Arsenal have confirmed that Jorginho has been released from his contract after coming to a mutual agreement to see him become a free agent. The midfielder was set to leave at the end of the month when his contract expired but has now made his exit prematurely and joined Brazilian club Flamengo in time to feature in the Club World Cup in the United States. Jorginho joined the Gunners in January 2023 from Chelsea and made 78 appearances for the club. The Italy international arrives in time as Flamengo begin their campaign in the US against ES Tunis, while Jorginho could line up against Chelsea on June 20, in the Brazilian side's second match of the group stage. ‌ Posting on social media, Arsenal said: "The club can confirm that we have reached a mutual agreement with Jorginho to end his contract with immediate effect. Thank you for everything and all the best, Jorgi" ‌ The north London side were highly complimentary of their former charge and said in their statement: "Jorginho (full name Jorge Luiz Frello Filho), soon became a hugely respected member of the squad. His natural leadership skills, together with his control in midfield, intelligent positioning and extensive, high-quality passing, ensured that he was a valuable and integral part of the club." "Everyone at Arsenal Football Club would like to thank Jorgi for his contribution to the club and we wish him and his family all the best for the future," they added. The Gunners are set to say goodbye to 17 players at the end of the month with Kieran Tierney joining Jorginho in exiting the Emirates. The Scotland star is set to join Celtic. Speaking about his exit, Tierney said: 'Just thank you for everything from day one. They supported us through the good times and the bad, and they supported me through some hard times as well. "I think that's what I'm most grateful for, the times where it wasn't so good or so easy for me is when they probably supported me most, so I'm just very grateful and I feel very lucky to have the support from them. ‌ "I feel so lucky that I've played for this club and the love that the supporters have given me has been amazing. I've loved every day here and I've learned so much, I've improved so much and I just feel very lucky." Arsenal are set to be busy this summer however, and already seem to have a midfield replacement for Jorginho. Martin Zubimendi is expected to arrive in north London. The finishing touches are said to being put to a deal, though theSpain international has suggested a move away from Real Sociedad is not guaranteed. The 26-year-old, who rejected the chance to move to Liverpool last August, told Radio Nacional when asked if he could yet stay in the Basque region. ‌ "Of course there are options, but it's true that it seems like it's going to be a different, long summer, and I don't know how it will end," he said. "I don't think thinking about that right now is my priority. I'm here with the national team, which I think is already quite demanding, and if I have to say something, then I will." Inter sign Brazilian forward Henrique from Marseille

June 7 (Reuters) - Inter Milan have signed Brazilian forward Luis Henrique from Ligue 1 side Olympique de Marseille, the Serie A club announced on Saturday. While the length of the contract and financial details were not disclosed, Italian media reported the 23-year-old had signed until 2030 in a deal valued at 23 million euros ($26.21 million) plus a further 2 million euros in add-ons. Henrique began his career at Botafogo before signing for Marseille in 2020. In 108 appearances for the French club, he has scored 11 goals - nine of which came in the 2024-25 season as Marseille finished second in Ligue 1. Inter, who suffered a 5-0 loss in the Champions League final against Paris St Germain last month and finished second in Serie A behind champions Napoli, are next in action at the Club World Cup. They begin their campaign on June 17 when they take on Mexico's Monterrey in Los Angeles, followed by two games in Seattle against Urawa Red Diamonds and River Plate. ($1 = 0.8777 euros)

Bukayo Saka left out of England's squad to face Andorra after knock

Bukayo Saka has been left out of England's squad for Saturday's World Cup qualifier against Andorra. Thomas Tuchel's side continue the road to next summer's tournament at the RCDE Stadium in Barcelona against the side ranked 173rd in the world. A minor injury saw Aston Villa striker Ollie Watkins leave the camp on the eve of the Group K clash, while Atletico Madrid midfielder Conor Gallagher and Arsenal forward Saka will miss the Andorra game after being left out of the matchday squad submitted to UEFA. Tuchel revealed Saka was suffering with a knock on Friday but thinks he can feature in Tuesday's friendly against Senegal. 'It's nice to see that he's back because he wanted to be back, and you straight away see when he comes in that he is comfortable to be with the squad, he knows what it takes to be a national player,' the England boss said. 'He came into camp with a little bit of discomfort from the last match against Southampton, so we took care of him and treated him individually until (Friday) basically. 'It was the first training session that he started and finished with the group. (Thursday), he started with the group but did not finish with the group, so let's see. 'I'm not sure if we take the risk for the game. The decision has not been taken, but he will be available for the Senegal match, and he plays a major role in our thoughts of how to build a competitive team.'
