Davichii's Kang Min Kyung recently opened up about her dietary plans and what kind of regimen she follows in order to stay in shape. She also delved into her relationship with food and how often, when she likes something, she ends up 'indulging'.

The singer recently took to her online channel and uploaded a vlog titled 'The Truth of Kang Min-kyung's Vlog'. The celebrity delved into her dietary habits, mentioning how she often skips breakfast in order to avoid bloating.
She also mentioned how her job also restricts her from eating, citing that, "Basically, it's not a job where I can eat as much as I want whenever I want'. While talking about indulging, she also shared that if there is a food item that she starts loving, she will give in to her indulgence, calling herself a big foodie.
The celebrity then explained how her relationship with food has gotten better, and how she no longer holds herself back when she goes out to eat with friends. Though she also shared that managing her weight has been a task, especially since many people comment about how she can eat a lot and not gain weight.
Min Kyung's fitness regimen
The idol also shared that while she eats all she wants, she still has to exercise enough to maintain her weight regularly. She revealed that she goes to the gym a minimum of 4 times a week, and added that, "On days when I exercise hard, I can't even film a vlog'.
She also added, "I have tried extreme dieting for a long time. After losing weight once, I feel like my body type has changed. Even when I eat, I don't gain weight. But if I eat a lot, and still gain weight, then it's unfair'.
