He wrote: "High standards because I don't want my kids to have a mum who's drunk every weekend, thinks it's ok to disrespect their body, looks at doing anything for their man as a chore, has no faith in God, or prioritises material things over nature's beauty. "
Fans weren't best pleased with the message, and made sure he knew it in the comments.
"what do you bring to the table though…" said one, while another wrote: "Misogynistic manosphere springs to mind… Andrew Tate!"
"Good luck with that.. maybe u should join the priesthood.. no woman would touch u now with your attitude," noted a third.
"You must also meet these requirements. Not only your future wife!" wrote a fourth.
The 31-year-old reality star appeared on the 12th season of the dating show favourite, marrying Awhina Rutene in the experiment.
However, while they initially seemed to like each other when they met at the altar, things went south quickly when Awhina revealed she had a six-year-old son.
He later became central to cheating speculation with another bride, Sierah, after they were seen playing footsie under the table at a dinner.
While they didn't actually cheat, Adrian later left the experiment for a small period of time, leaving Awhina before eventually returning to complete the show.
He also was criticised for making his new wife cry in other scenes after refusing to take part in writing a confession letter.

At the Final Vows the pair decided to break things off, thinking they wouldn't work.
However, in a strange twist, before the show was over they had their mind and opted to give their relationship a proper shot away from the series.
Unfortunately they didn't work out, and since the show aired they have both remained single.

Bachelor star Nick Viall reveals wife Natalie Joy has suffered third devastating miscarriage
He sat down on his own and hosted the podcast solo as he revealed the sad news Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) BACHELOR star Nick Viall has revealed the heartbreaking news of how his wife Natalie Joy suffered a third devastating miscarriage this year. Nick gained fame through his appearances on The Bachelorette and as The Bachelor himself, with him meeting his wife through Instagram years later. The 44-year-old reality star has now revealed his wife endured her third pregnancy loss this year. He made the heartbreaking revelation in the latest episode of his podcast, The Viall Files. Natalie, 26, who usually sits beside her husband when the podcast is being filmed, was absent from this episode. Opening his podcast, Nick addressed Natalie's unusual absence, saying, "As you can see, Natalie is not with us. "There's no really easy way to talk about this..." He then got candid with his listeners as he revealed the heartbreaking news. Nick opened up and said, "Sadly, Natalie experienced another miscarriage. "It is her third this year, our third this year... "There's no really good way to say it, it f**king sucks." Tensions heat up on Bachelor in Paradise as relationship tests are officially underway Nick continued, "She's obviously at home resting, healing, both physically and emotionally." The couple are parents to their one-year-old daughter River Rose, who was born two months before they got married. Natalie first suffered a miscarriage in January of this year before enduring a second pregnancy loss just two months later. Nick explained to his listeners, "When it happens the first time, the doctors and everyone kind of acknowledge that, while terrible, this is that something that can happen. "And everyone's just... don't freak out, there's nothing wrong, it sadly can be a part of this process." Nick went on, "And then it happened the second time, you know, obviously we have a lot of amazing blessings in our life, first and foremost being River, minus like some morning sickness and things like that, we were very lucky to have a fairly easy pregnancy... "Really no complications, which was such an amazing blessing. "Despite what's going on right now with us, our doctor keeps reminding us that that is the best sign of our future ability to grow our family." He then spoke of how the couple now feel "uneasy". "But right now obviously there's a little bit of uneasiness," he said candidly. "It's far less normal to have two and three back to back. "Now we're kind of in that very scary process of running tests and finding out more about ourselves, and it's like this weird thing of like you want them to find something, but you don't want them to find something. "Because if they find something, you don't know what that means. We're in this kind of very uncharted territory of fact finding. Which sucks," he said. Nick also said, "I really just wanted to be transparent with you guys 'cause I know she wasn't there yesterday, people started to notice, and we're already getting messages with like a lot of concern. "So overall, Natalie is doing OK physically and healing and she's OK in that respect and emotionally, we're currently dealing with that."

Melbourne is officially the second best city in the world for Gen Z to live in
Move over, Melbourne millennials – Gen Z (you know, those born between 1997 and 2012) have well and truly stepped into the spotlight, and they've got thoughts on the best cities for young people right now. Every year, Time Out releases its annual ranking of the world's greatest cities (ICYMI, Melbourne was named the world's fourth best). This comprehensive survey quizzes more than 18,500 locals on everything from their city's nightlife, food and culture, as well as important lifestyle factors like happiness, access to green space and walkability. These insights were then filtered to include only responses from those aged 30 and under, revealing which city is best for Gen Z in 2025. And, drum roll please... Melbourne has landed in second place (slay!), beating out zoomer hot spots like Barcelona, Edinburgh and Mexico City. According to the data, 77 per cent of Gen Z described Melbourne as diverse and inclusive, with a whopping 96 per cent giving high ratings to the city's art and culture scene. Our beloved city also scored highly for quality of life, with an impressive 91 per cent of twenty-somethings saying the quality of life in Melbourne is 'good' or 'amazing'. To dive a bit deeper, we reached out to our Gen Z audience via Instagram to discover exactly what they love most about Melbourne – and yep, the responses well and truly confirmed the global findings. The most common answer was just how multicultural our city is, with Melbourne's café culture also getting plenty of mentions (given how twenty-somethings are gravitating towards 'third spaces ' that offer a matcha-fuelled antidote to nightlife fatigue, we're not surprised in the slightest). Street art, sport, the electronic music scene, theatre and how safe the city is were also specified. So, which city beat out Melbourne to snag the top spot for Gen Zs? It was none other than Bangkok. The Thai capital took the crown thanks to its stand-out scores in happiness (84 per cent of Gen Z say they're happy living there) and affordability (71 per cent say it's a budget-friendly city to live in). Rounding out the top five behind Melbourne were Cape Town, New York City and Copenhagen. The only other Aussie city to make the global top 20 list was Sydney, coming in at 11th. The star has previously been open about his previous conviction for handling stolen goods in 2011. Taking to X, he wrote: "Yes I did get arrested when I was younger, in fact I get arrested several times. "And been charged and paid the price for my convictions. I wrote a book about it." Thomas is known for his outspoken political opinions on social media, having expressed support for President Donald Trump. He's also known for his high-profile television appearances on the likes of Good Morning Britain and Celebrity MasterChef. However, many fans were not happy with the casting choice as droves of disgruntled users took to social media to complain. One user stated: "Right, so who in the Strictly production team signed up Thomas Skinner?!" Someone else fumed: "Amanda Abbington, Wynne Evans and now Thomas Skinner… oh #Strictly has a death wish." "I'm so serious, I loved this year's #Strictly line up but casting Thomas Skinner has completely ruined the WHOLE thing," raged someone else. Nice bit of prime time advertising there." The Sun has approached representatives for Strictly Come Dancing and Thomas Skinner for comment. Presidential support? The signing comes just a day after the Romford lad met US Vice President JD Vance at a Cotswolds BBQ. The married dad-of-three, 34, said: 'I've tackled the boardroom and some big breakfasts in my time but stepping onto the dance floor under that glitter ball is next level stuff. 'I've never danced in my life (other than at weddings) but I'm ready to graft and of course have a laugh. 'Bring on the sequins, sambas and most importantly, the BOSH to the ballroom.' Thomas met up with Vance after the two struck up an unlikely friendship on social media site X. He hit back at the flak yesterday, adding: "I'm not right wing. People are like sheep and just started saying it because I got invited to go to bbq with JD Vance and I posted a picture with him.
