How the Carlsen outburst at Norway Chess became meme-worthyCarlsen's outburst during the Norway Chess, after the loss to Gukesh, suddenly became the centre point of many memes on social media. The match saw Carlsen make a big blunder towards the end that allowed Gukesh to seal the win. For long periods of the match, it was Carlsen who dominated the reigning World Champion before the mistake in the end cost him dearly. Clearly irritated by the result, Carlsen slammed the table in anger before shaking the hands of Gukesh. The Indian grandmaster was relieved to get the win and his subsequent reaction also created memes. Gukesh had an honest reaction to the memes based on the moment and said his favourite one was a cat meme. - EndsMust Watch

Holger Rune Trains With Tennis Icon Andre Agassi Ahead Of US Open: WATCH
Holger Rune's training with Andre Agassi provided valuable insights into the mindset of the eight-time Grand Slam champion, which he hopes will elevate his game. World No. 9 Holger Rune says his brief training stint with Andre Agassi provided rare insight into the mindset of the eight-time Grand Slam champion: one that the Danish star hopes will help elevate his own game. Rune, who burst onto the scene in 2022 with a stunning Masters title in Paris—where he defeated four top-10 players, including Novak Djokovic in the final—has struggled to maintain that momentum. Since that breakthrough, the 22-year-old has added only two more titles and has yet to progress beyond the quarterfinal stage at a Grand Slam. With peers like Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner now dominating the top tier of men's tennis, Rune sought fresh inspiration, linking up with American legend Agassi earlier this month for a three-day training session in Washington. 'It was insane. I've never met a guy who sees tennis that way, and I found it interesting," Rune told the Tennis Channel during the Canadian Open in Toronto. Rune praised Agassi for simplifying the game in a way that immediately resonated with him. 'He makes things simple on the court. Sometimes tennis can be a difficult sport, and sometimes it can be a very easy sport. There's always a reason why it's this or that," he explained. 'Some of the advice he gave me was very helpful. To share those three days, for him to get a look at my game, it was just amazing. My coach Lars Christensen appreciated it too—they talked a little bit, and we're still in touch." Learning from a Legend—Even Without Growing Up Watching Him Although Rune was too young to witness Agassi's dominance in real time, he said studying the American's old matches online helped him appreciate his unique playing style. 'I've watched so many YouTube clips of him and how he was taking the ball early," Rune said. 'It was so clear to see how he was making life easy for himself on the court. It was a bit before my time, so I didn't grow up watching Andre. But to look back at how tennis was then was really interesting to see." Rune recently defeated Giovanni Mpetshi Perricard in Toronto and is set to face Alexandre Muller next as he fine-tunes his game ahead of the U.S. Open, scheduled for August 24 to September 7. "First-Class Loser": US Band Plays Trump-Epstein Clip On Giant Screen
New Delhi: Punk rock veterans Dropkick Murphys brought fierce political energy to their recent Warped Tour performance, with frontman Ken Casey using the stage to call out US President Donald Trump in no uncertain terms. Before launching into their fiery single 'First Class Loser,' Casey dedicated the track to Trump, describing him in blunt terms. "This next song is dedicated to a guy who wears orange makeup, sh*ts his pants in his diapers, rapes women, touches kids," Casey said. "It's called ' First Class Loser. ' The band performed in front of a large screen displaying a series of images and videos of Trump, including material linking him to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. BREAKING: Dropkick Murphys just played this stunning montage of Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein at their concert. Retweet to make sure every American sees this. — Democratic Wins Media (@DemocraticWins) July 29, 2025 One image featured a 2002 quote from a New York Magazine article in which Trump said of Epstein, "I've known Jeff for fifteen years. Terrific guy. He's a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side." The song's lyrics went like, "Have you ever had a family or a friend that drove you crazy? / A foe or a neighbour who's obnoxious, rude or lazy?" Casey continued, "The type of guy you'd cross six lanes of traffic to avoid / He's always got his hand out, he should be unemployed." This isn't the first time the band has clashed with Trump supporters. At a Boston concert earlier this year, Casey called out an audience member waving an all-black MAGA hat, calling it the "true Nazi edition." "If you're in a room full of people and you want to know who's in a cult, how do you know who's in a cult?" Casey asked the crowd. "They've been holding up a f**king hat the whole night to represent a president." Casey has since made it clear that the band's political stance is non-negotiable. During a Florida show, he told the crowd, "The reason we speak out, we don't care if we lose fans, because when history is said and done, we want it known that the Dropkick Murphys stood with the people, we stood with the workers." Donald Trump recently said Epstein repeatedly poached Mar-a-Lago staff, including Virginia Giuffre, who later accused Epstein of sex trafficking. "He stole people that work for me," Trump said, calling Epstein "persona non grata" at his club. Trump also claimed he was never invited to Epstein's private island, describing that as "a moment of good judgment." The Justice Department recently confirmed no Epstein "client list" exists.

Khloe Kardashian On Why She ‘Chose' To Take Care Of Ex Tristan Thompson's Brother Amari
According to Khloe Kardashian, Tristan Thompson's NBA schedule keeps him constantly on the move and it does not allow him to care for his brother Amari. Khloe Kardashian has opened up about the heartfelt decision to become the primary caretaker for Amari Thompson, her ex Tristan Thompson's younger brother. In the latest Ask Me Anything episode of her podcast Khloe in Wonder Land, released on July 30, the Kardashians star got candid about why she stepped in to help Amari after his mother Andrea Thompson passed away in January 2023. 'For those who don't know, Tristan has a younger brother who is 18 years old, and he is severely disabled," Khloe explained. She added, 'Amari has LGS (Lennox-Gastaut syndrome), which is a form of epilepsy, and he is disabled. He can't walk or talk. He's never been able to talk." Andrea would take care of Amari when the family lived in Canada. After her sudden death, the family brought Amari to Los Angeles. 'We — me, Tristan, my whole family — took Amari back with us to the States," she further shared. Amari Stays With Khloe Kardashian According to Kardashian, Tristan's NBA schedule keeps him constantly on the move and it does not allow him to care for his brother. This prompted Khloe to step in and stay with Amari. She continued, 'Tristan is in the NBA, and he is in a different state literally every other day or every few days, and it's just not conducive for Amari to be on that many planes. Amari has a handful of seizures a day with the type of epilepsy that he has." 'So Amari stays in LA with me, and I have chosen to take care of him and be there for him, because it's not good that he travels," Khloe went on. Khloe Kardashian Calls Amari 'Blessing' Khloe Kardashian had more to say about Amari's presence in her household, calling him a 'blessing' for her children True and Tatum whom she shares with Tristan. 'I think it's so important for my kids, my nieces and nephews, to be exposed to all different types of people in the world," she said. According to her, the presence of Amari teaches her kids about compassion and understanding. The Good American co-founder is proud and honoured to have Amari in my life. Although Amari cannot verbally talk with those who know him well enough, he can express himself, as per Kardashian. She then went on to address the inevitable questions about why she stepped in despite her breakup with Tristan. Khloe said, 'People are always like, why did I do that? Me and Tristan aren't together, why would I take on helping Amari?" Her answer included details about her longtime bond with the Thompson family. 'When I met them, Andrea, Tristan's mom and I, we became such good friends. I would help her with Amari medically." She said that her decision comes from a place of deep compassion and commitment to giving Amari the love and stability he deserves.
