"Zootopia 2" Unveils Trailer

Yara Sameh Disney has dropped the official trailer for "Zootopia 2," the highly anticipated animated sequel to its Oscar-winning 2016 hit. The footage features Quinta Brunson as the voice of a quokka therapist, Dr. Fuzzby, who leads a group therapy session for dysfunctional police partners. Judy Hopps (Ginnifer Goodwin) and Nick Wilde (Jason Bateman) attend the session just one week after officially becoming partners. Judy insists their being there is a misunderstanding, but Dr. Fuzzby isn't buying it. The second half of the trailer lays out the sequel's plot, which involves Judy and Nick being handed an important assignment involving a snake that has arrived in Zootopia — even though, according to Nick, no snake has set foot in the city "in forever." In the movie, Judy and Nick's partnership is put to the "ultimate test when they find themselves on the twisting trail of a mystery tied to the arrival of a venomous snake in the animal metropolis," Disney's plot synopsis reads. Oscar-winner Ke Huy Quan has joined the sequel's cast as Gary De'Snake, while returning stars include Idris Elba as Chief Bogo, Nate Torrence as Clawhauser, Jenny Slate as Bellwether, Alan Tudyk as Duke Weaselton, Tommy Chong as Yax, and Shakira as pop star Gazelle. The original "Zootopia," set in a city where various species of anthropomorphic animals live together, is one of Disney's biggest hit animated movies of the past decade. It grossed more than $1 billion at the worldwide box office and won the Academy Award for best animated film. "Zootopia 2" will be Disney's latest animated sequel, hoping to make a splash around the Thanksgiving holiday. It will hit theaters on November 26, 2025. In 2023, "Moana 2" set a record for the biggest Thanksgiving weekend box office opening of all time and went on to sail past the $1 billion mark at the global box office. "Zootopia 2" should allow Disney to bounce back from the failure of its original animated film "Elio," which disappointed at the box office in June with the lowest opening weekend in Pixar history domestically. After "Zootopia 2," Disney has the animated sequels "Toy Story 5" and "Ice Age 6" scheduled for 2026, while "Frozen 3" is set for 2027. read more New Tourism Route To Launch in Old Cairo Ahmed El Sakka-Led Play 'Sayidati Al Jamila' to Be Staged in KSA on Dec. 6 Mandy Moore Joins Season 2 of "Dr. Death" Anthology Series Don't Miss These Movies at 44th Cairo Int'l Film Festival Today Amr Diab to Headline KSA's MDLBEAST Soundstorm 2022 Festival Arts & Culture Mai Omar Stuns in Latest Instagram Photos Arts & Culture "The Flash" to End with Season 9 Arts & Culture Ministry of Culture Organizes four day Children's Film Festival Arts & Culture Canadian PM wishes Muslims Eid-al-Adha News Israeli-Linked Hadassah Clinic in Moscow Treats Wounded Iranian IRGC Fighters Arts & Culture "Jurassic World Rebirth" Gets Streaming Date News China Launches Largest Ever Aircraft Carrier News Ayat Khaddoura's Final Video Captures Bombardment of Beit Lahia Business Egyptian Pound Undervalued by 30%, Says Goldman Sachs Videos & Features Tragedy Overshadows MC Alger Championship Celebration: One Fan Dead, 11 Injured After Stadium Fall Lifestyle Get to Know 2025 Eid Al Adha Prayer Times in Egypt Arts & Culture South Korean Actress Kang Seo-ha Dies at 31 after Cancer Battle Arts & Culture Lebanese Media: Fayrouz Collapses after Death of Ziad Rahbani Sports Get to Know 2025 WWE Evolution Results

A Light Look That Matches the Heat

Pasant Elzaitony As temperatures rise and summer days stretch longer, many women lean toward soft makeup that enhances their natural beauty without overwhelming the skin. Summer makeup is not about full coverage, but rather about fresh radiance and smart touches that keep you glowing all day long. Fresh Skin Comes First The key to successful summer makeup begins with good skincare. Start with proper hydration and a high-protection sunscreen. Then apply a light BB or CC cream to even out your complexion while allowing your skin to breathe. Use a tiny amount of concealer only where needed to cover dark circles or blemishes. Warm, Glowy Colors Summer makeup thrives on warm hues like peach, rose, bronze, and coral—they reflect a vibrant mood and complement sun-kissed skin. A creamy blush applied lightly to the cheeks can instantly brighten your face. Effortless Eyes Skip heavy eyeshadows and opt instead for a pearl-toned highlighter on the inner corners of your eyes for a wide-awake look. Add a swipe of waterproof mascara for lashes that withstand the heat and humidity. Lips That Stay Moisturized To combat summer dryness, go for a tinted lip balm or a sheer lip tint in natural shades that add a hint of color while keeping lips soft and hydrated. Makeup That Stays Put To ensure long wear, choose water- and sweat-resistant formulas, and finish with a refreshing setting spray to keep your look fresh throughout the day. -The Takeaway: In Summer 2025, beauty lies in simplicity. Makeup is no longer about concealing, but about highlighting what makes every woman unique. Let your look this season be as light, fresh, and elegant as a sea breeze. read more 15 Ludicrous Cosplay Costumes That Will Blow You Away Watch... "The Medium" Video Game Film Adaptation in Works

Yara Sameh Coin Operated, the horror-centric banner founded by It and Annabelle writer-producer Gary Dauberman, has secured the screen rights to "The Medium," the award-winning video game created by European developer Bloober Team. Dauberman and Mia Maniscalco, his president at Coin Operated, will produce the adaptation through the banner. A search for a writer and a director for the project is underway. Set in the post-communist era of Poland in the 1990s and taking place mostly in a fictional abandoned hotel in Krakow, the game tells of a woman named Marianna, imbued with psychic abilities, who is called to unravel the mystery of the death of an innocent child. The game was praised for its visuals and its dystopian surrealist style, inspired by the works of painter Zdzisław Beksiński. It also earned praise for its original soundtrack, created by Arkadiusz Reikowski and Akira Yamaoka. Bloober, run by CEO Piotr Babieno, has published a mix of original and franchise games, from "Observer: System Redux" to the award-winning "Silent Hill 2". 'With its compelling story and incredibly cinematic visuals, The Medium is a natural for a feature film adaptation,' said Dauberman in a statement. Dauberman previously worked on adapting horror video game "Until Dawn," directed by David F. Sandberg, which Screen Gems released earlier this spring. 'When I talked to Piotr about it, we immediately connected on our mutual love of horror and his vision for where the genre is headed. I have no doubt anything Bloober develops is going to push horror forward in unique and terrifying ways, and I'm excited to be working alongside them,' continued Dauberman. Stated Babieno, 'Adapting games into films often involves balancing many interests, but with The Medium, I have a deep sense that Gary is the perfect partner for us. From our very first conversation, I felt we were completely in sync. And every conversation since has only reinforced that feeling.' Dauberman is the triple threat filmmaker behind some of the biggest horror franchises of the past decade, including "It," "Annabelle," and "The Nun." His company is currently developing a modern era reboot of "Urban Legend," based on Screen Gems' 1990s slasher movie of the same name, with Shanrah Wakefield set to write the script; Human Remains, a new horror film from writer Zachary Donohue; and Ushers, based on Joe Hill's short story for Screen Gems being adapted by Zak Olkewicz. read more New Tourism Route To Launch in Old Cairo Ahmed El Sakka-Led Play 'Sayidati Al Jamila' to Be Staged in KSA on Dec. 6 Mandy Moore Joins Season 2 of "Dr. Death" Anthology Series Don't Miss These Movies at 44th Cairo Int'l Film Festival Today Amr Diab to Headline KSA's MDLBEAST Soundstorm 2022 Festival Arts & Culture Mai Omar Stuns in Latest Instagram Photos Arts & Culture "The Flash" to End with Season 9 Arts & Culture Ministry of Culture Organizes four day Children's Film Festival Arts & Culture Canadian PM wishes Muslims Eid-al-Adha News Israeli-Linked Hadassah Clinic in Moscow Treats Wounded Iranian IRGC Fighters Arts & Culture "Jurassic World Rebirth" Gets Streaming Date News China Launches Largest Ever Aircraft Carrier News Ayat Khaddoura's Final Video Captures Bombardment of Beit Lahia Business Egyptian Pound Undervalued by 30%, Says Goldman Sachs Videos & Features Tragedy Overshadows MC Alger Championship Celebration: One Fan Dead, 11 Injured After Stadium Fall Lifestyle Get to Know 2025 Eid Al Adha Prayer Times in Egypt Arts & Culture South Korean Actress Kang Seo-ha Dies at 31 after Cancer Battle Arts & Culture Lebanese Media: Fayrouz Collapses after Death of Ziad Rahbani Sports Get to Know 2025 WWE Evolution Results
