All BBC Casualty spoilers for this week as character debates exit
After spending years working as a paramedic, he is now training as a member of the Hart team. Alongside this, Iain is putting his detective skills to the test, seemingly convinced he can work out who is responsible for the drugs theft and tampering going on in the hospital.
His focus at the moment is on his best mate but in this week's episode, a new discovery means Iain is looking in the wrong place.
Will he work out the truth?
Elsewhere, Ngozi Okoye (Adesuwa Oni) learns some news from her son, forcing her to potentially make a life-changing decision.
Also, Flynn Byron (Olly Rix) has a lot on his mind during his latest shift. He later heads out all alone, as we learn he is hiding a secret from his colleagues in the ED.
We're now over halfway into the latest boxset Supply and Demand. With some storyline arcs reaching huge turning points, others are only just beginning.

Flynn isn't his usual self at work and seems unusually concerned about leaving his shift on time. Stevie Nash (Elinor Lawless) wonders if Flynn has a date but when he snaps at her, she realises there's something going on with him.
Later, Flynn races to a graveside and places some flowers down. It's someone's anniversary, but who is he mourning?
Ngozi overhears Nicole's (Sammy T Dobson) phone call and worries she's moving away. Ngozi is frosty with Nicole after this, but when she spots that a baby needs cataracts, Nicole compliments Ngozi on her good work. After learning that Nicole has no intention of moving away, Ngozi finds son Obi outside.
He reveals that he's deeply unhappy in England, and wants to go back to Nigeria.
But will Ngozi leave?
Acting on his suspicions, Iain confronts Jacob (Charles Venn) about the missing morphine. He takes offence that Iain would accuse him of stooping so low, and a fight breaks out between the friends.
Teddy (Milo Clarke) and Jacob are then called to a shout at a leisure centre, where a swimmer is experiencing breathing problems. Teddy notices a chlorine leak, leading to the evacuation of the pool, and the arrival of Iain and the rest of the HART team.
Things are tense, but Jacob and Iain need to form a temporary truce and work together. Iain heads into the building to rescue a lifeguard, but he realises a child is stuck inside as well. He risks his life to save her, knowing his oxygen tank is running low. After a scary situation involving Iain, he realises that Jacob isn't the morphine thief.
He also reveals to Iain that he's been working a side job as a takeaway driver to afford Blake's private prescription. Unfortunately though, as they get back to the ED, they realise that Faith (Kirsty Mitchell) has reported Jacob for stealing the morphine.
Indie (Naomi Wakszlak) and Cam agree to go for a drink after work. As the shift gets underway, Cam treats Bex Cross, who is high on drugs. Moments later, Cam is shocked when Bex accuses him of sexual assault after he fixed her catheter.
Although Cam is innocent, Bex genuinely feels assaulted, confused by what she saw due to the drugs. Knowing he is innocent, Rida (Sarah Seggari) approaches Cam and puts him on non-clinical duties until she's completed a full investigation. More Trending
This hurts Cam a lot and when Siobhan (Melanie Hill) learns of the development, she gently tells Rida that sometimes management is about having your team's back.

Nadiya Hussain's win in series six has often been cited as a highlight in the show's history. After baking a stunning three-tiered wedding cake inspired by her Bangladeshi heritage, as she never had a wedding cake of her own, she left the nation – and Mary Berry – in tears. More than 14 million viewers tuned in to watch her heartfelt speech, making it the most-watched UK show of the year. Nadiya also launched a successful career as a TV personality and author. This came in the form of cookbooks and her own cooking shows, leaving a lasting impact on Britain. The 'bingate' scandal, which involved Iain Watters and Diana Beard, remains one of the most talked-about moments in the show's history. In series five in 2014, Diana appeared to have removed Iain's Baked Alaska from the freezer, causing it to melt. Furious, Iain binned his dessert and dramatically walked out, leaving nothing to present to the judges. At the time, viewers stormed social media with the hashtag JusticeForIain. But Sue Perkins and Paul Hollywood defended the show, claiming the ice cream was only out for 40 seconds, which was not long enough to ruin it. John Whaite, who has made headlines in recent years for switching to OnlyFans, is also remembered for an iconic moment in the series. During a technical challenge, John catastrophically used salt instead of sugar in his rum babas, leading to a memorable reaction from Paul Hollywood. The well-known judge spat out the dessert with a grimace. The Great British Bake Off has well and truly cemented itself as one of the juggernauts in British television. However, John ultimately went on to win the series, proving that the setback was not as bad as it seemed. In series 11, contestant Sura is remembered for knocking over Dave's tray of cakes. The bakers were tasked with making six identical pineapple upside-down cakes. However, as a fly came into the room, Sara attempted to swat it away but made contact with Dave's tray. Despite Sura apologising profusely, Dave's cakes were ranked ninth in the challenge, while Sura won. BBC Casualty's Sammy T Dobson 'hounded' with messages from fans after 'brutal' scenes
Casualty's Sammy T. Dobson, who plays Doctor Nicole Piper has opened up on the 'intense' reaction she faced from viewers after her brutal onscreen breakup in the BBC drama Casualty fans were left gobsmacked at the end of the last series, when Doctor Nicole Piper (Sammy T. Dobson) broke up with her girlfriend, Ngozi Okoye (Adesuwa Oni), after she revealed she was an alcoholic. Nicole later asked Ngozi to move out as a result, and months later, she carried on to chastise her former partner for her drinking. Now, Casualty 's Nicole actor, Sammy, has opened up on the 'intense' messages she got from fans after the brutal scenes - and the doubts she had about her character behaving how she did. It comes after one huge TV star looks completely unrecognisable as she reveals latest facelift "It was such a rough moment as an actor to get the script where Ngozi told Nicole she was an alcoholic and she said, 'Get out the house and take your kid with you,'" Sammy told InsideSoap. I went to the producers and said, 'I don't think Nicole would do that.' But then they told me about this box set, and with context, you understand where it came from." "I got over 100 messages that night from people saying, 'Why's she done that?' It was really intense, and I just felt awful. That scene was so brutal. But there is a good reason…" Sammy was cast in the hit BBC hospital show in 2024 - although she accidentally revealed her announcement before the show itself... "I put a thing on Instagram. It was literally a picture of my face, and you could just see the green top of my scrubs. It was just a little nod to it," she explained. "And I said, 'I've got really exciting news tomorrow that I've sat on for ages and I can't wait to share it'. And a friend of mine messaged me saying, 'Oh my God, are you a new doctor in Casualty?'" she revealed. The character has been involved in a number of hard-hitting storylines since joining the show, including one in which she became a surrogate mum for her friend, Rosie, who was paralysed after the pair were in a car crash. Her character quickly returned to work after the birth, and later experienced postpartum psychosis. Eventually, her colleagues, including her partner at the time, Ngozi, spotted the signs of PP and knew immediately that Nicole needed urgent help. In her life outside the soap, Sammy was involved in a horrific car crash in 2012, which ripped off one eyelid, broke her thigh bone in two, left her face 'looking like mincemeat', put her in a wheelchair for three months and left her fearing it was the end of her career. Speaking of the incident before joining the show, Sammy told The Mirror: 'Life is so utterly unpredictable. I have come full circle! It felt so bizarre that I had lost my career because of a car accident and then I was being brought in as a character who'd had one. "When they initially told me, 'you've been in a car crash', my instant reaction was, 'how did you know?' But they were talking about my character, Nicole, rather than me!'

Casualty's Holby City Hospital has welcomed many a famous face over the last four decades. The BBC medical drama kicked off in 1986, which means multiple cast members that have featured in the show have gone on to become well-known faces in the entertainment industry. We thought it was high time to take another delve into the Casualty history books and remind you of the very famous stars who were once caught up in classic Casualty drama. Let's take a look! Episode – A Reasonable Man – 1990 He was once the nation's favourite Timelord, travelling through time and space alongside Billie Piper in the first series of the revived Doctor Who, but fifteen years prior, Christopher Eccleston popped up in Casualty! He played a patient with HIV and delivered a powerful performance that now gives viewers an insight into people's attitudes over the disease in the early 90s. Episode – Jump Start – 1986 Tony award-winning actor Alfred Molina starred in the show all the way back in episode four,playing a smarmy reporter on the hunt for a life and death story. He's gone on to appear in Spider-Man as well as having an illustrious West End and Broadway career. Episode – Living in Hope – 1991 Better known as sellsword Bronn in the HBO fantasy series Game of Thrones, in a Casualty episode that centred on conflict in marriage, Jerome played a husband whose ambitions led to his wife collapsing. Episode – Living in Hope – 1991 Featuring in the same episode as Jerome Flynn, Julie appeared in the medical drama playing a domestic abuse victim who was admitted to the ED with concerning injuries. At the time, she was a series regular in CITV drama Press Gang. This was just one year before she would become a huge hit in the Jennifer Saunders and Joanna Lumley sitcom vehicle Ab Fab. Julia, playing Saffy, would continue in the series for two decades as well as reprising the part for the 2016 big screen spin-off. Episode – The Last Word – 1991 Another episode back in 1991 saw Hermione play a ballet dancer who had fallen ill after some shocking career advice. Five years later, she would land the part of Karen Marsden in ITV drama Cold Feet, which, following a successful pilot, aired 9 series between 1997 and 2020. Episode – The Last Word – 1991 Also appearing in the same episode as Hermione was Minnie Driver. She played a patient admitted with cuts and a cold and was convinced she had something else wrong with her aside from her obvious symptoms. Episode – Facing Up – 1991 1991 was certainly quite the year for famous faces in Casualty as Kathy Burke also featured in an episode. When a loaded gun fell into the arms of a child, Kathy gave quite the performance as she was just about the become one of the biggest faces of the 90s in a number of comedys, including French & Saunders. Episode – Tender Loving Care – 1992 A year later, Jonny Lee Miller popped up in Casualty playing a lovesick teenager. This teenager developed feelings for his teacher and his life turned upside down due to bullying. Episode – Family Matters – 1993 Back in 1993, the Kate Winslet appeared on the show playing an innocent babysitter whose boyfriend had uncovered a dark web of abuse within a family. We're sure that walking the corridors of Holby City is her biggest achievement, followed by the Hollywood blockbuster Titanic. Episode – Give Us This Day – 1993 Playing a brainwashed character, Helen featured in an episode that looked at the growing concern of religious cults. When the character's family tried to rescue her, things went terribly wrong… She would later go on to play Rachel in Cold Feet alongside Hermione Norris, though the character was killed off in the fifth series in 2003. She also played Ross' British wife Emily in Friends. Episode – Another Day in Paradise – 1996 A young Orlando appeared in Casualty playing a labourer suspiciously prone to accidents. Surprisingly, Orlando also featured in this episode with comedian Kevin Bishop and former EastEnders star Nadia Sawalha – what a small world! We needn't bother listing what he went onto next, as we'd be here all day! Episode – She Loved the Rain – 1998 Way before Martin featured in the hit BBC One drama Sherlock, he also made an appearance in Casualty. He played a villain who enticed his friends into committing robberies that led to tragic consequences. Episode – Silent Ties – 2006 Playing a troubled teenager, Aaron's character saw him involved in an accident with his best friend. He became a huge star after playing John Lennon in the film Nowhere Boy, at the age of 19. He met director wife Sam Taylor-Johnson on set and has gone on to appear in Kick-Ass, Godzilla and 28 Years Later. He's also tipped to be the next James Bond. Episode – All Through the Night – 2006 Host of the lunchtime show on Radio 1, Scott Mills appeared as a journalist called Paul Lang. Suppose he didn't have to do much research for the part! He interviewed three characters who were taking part in a protest against the closure of the ED. Episode – The Killing Floor – 2007 Introduced in a classic Casualty way, Tom's character abseiled down a building which we all know is never a good idea as it turned out he and his mates were keeping a dark secret. Episode – Series regular from 2009-10 Too Much star Will Sharpe joined the cast of Casualty in 2009, playing junior Doctor Yuki Reid. He joined the ED along with a group of new F2 trainees. Episode – Series regular from 2009-11 Sophia Di Martino played a young ambulance technician in the show called Polly Emmerson. The character was killed in 2011 after getting stabbed by a patient called Hannah Fleet. Episode – And the Walls Come Tumbling Down – 2013 Playing Robyn Miller's (Amanda Henderson) friend, Daisy's character Fran was a spiteful character who caused Robyn an awful lot of drama. Episode – In the Name of Love – 2014 Michelle appeared in Casualty playing a love interest for beloved paramedic Jeff Collier.
