Dwyane Wade's transgender daughter, 17, towers over stepmom Gabrielle Union at Beyonce concert
The nepo baby of retired NBA star Dwyane Wade - who graduates from high school and turns 18 next month - easily towered over the 5ft7in, 52-year-old Riff Raff actress.
Zaya (born Zion) appears to measure somewhere between 6ft and 6ft2in judging by how she looks standing directly next to her 6ft4in, 43-year-old father at an Out100 event on December 11.
Last summer, Wade and Dwyane co-founded the non-profit organization Translatable, which is a digital arts initiative designed to empower trans youth of color and their families.
'My dad tries to scare any person I have interest in,' the LGBTQAI+ activist confessed to Seventeen in February.
'He's kind of intimidating. The people I've dated have all been afraid of him in the first interaction. He's gigantic and he has this deep, booming voice. But the façade only lasts for so long and you actually see his real personality. He's a teddy bear.'
The Utah Jazz co-owner welcomed Zaya and his 23-year-old son Zaire during his five-year marriage to high school sweetheart Siohvaughn Funches, which ended in 2007.
Gabrielle publicly announced Wade's gender affirmation, at age 12, on February 11, 2020 and she's 'instilled such a confidence in my femininity.'
'I tried to compensate in every single way, and it was so draining,' the outspoken Zoomer recalled to Who What Wear earlier this month.
'[Union] was so adamant about telling me that I don't have to look or act a certain way — I can just be me. And, oh my god, I thank her every day for it.'
The Nebraska-born beauty flaunted her taut tummy in a black fringed cropped tank, matching leather mini-skirt, cowboy hat, bag, and $375 Tecovas 'The Abbey' boots selected by stylist Thomas Christos Kikis.
Zaya - who's currently taking estrogen - wore a white mini-dress beneath a cropped jean jacket, white studded purse, and black cowboy boots.
Gabrielle - who boasts 37M social media followers - posted an Instagram video of herself proudly pointing out Wade during the concert from their VIP seats.
Wade was standing next to 17-year-old Delilah Fishburne and her famous mother Gina Torres, who co-starred with Union in Netflix's 2020 rom-com The Perfect Find.
Speaking of which, the Independent Spirit Award nominee also got to reunite with her Perfect Find leading man Keith Powers inside SoFi Stadium.

ITV competition show The Fortune Hotel is in full season 2 swing, with 11 pairs of contestants battling it out to find a briefcase stuffed with a £250,000 prize. Hot off the heels of BBC show The Traitors, in eight episodes players must work out which pair has the winning briefcase, and the goal is to end up with it at the end of the show. Daily challenges decide what order players can either keep or swap their briefcases, with the quarter of a mill secretly changing hands throughout the series. Eight briefcases are empty, while the ninth has an 'early checkout card' – which eliminates players landed with it at the end of each episode. Presenter Stephen Mangan told Metro how the show can be pretty savage, as winning requires contestants to lie and cheat. 'It's really difficult to brutally pull the plug on another pair and send them home, but you have to do it,' he explained. The series began with 11 pairs of contestants who know each other in some capacity, much like Race Across The World's format. Hoping for a chance to win were best friends Maz and Max; fellow besties Chelsey and Briony; father and son Atholl and John; brothers Jake and Mike; couple Allan and Jacob; couple Nella and Tope, partners Fred and Min; mum and daughter Martina and Briony; friends Gurk and Guv; and dad and daughter James and Yasmine. Players come from all walks of life, with jobs ranging from tech to cleaning, and retirees are also having a stab. Last week's episode ended on a cliffhanger – spoiler ahead – as with the introduction of a second early check-out card, both Fred and Min and Allan and Jacob seemed to be at risk. However host Stephen revealed only one of the pairs would be going home – as voted for by their other contestants, ouch . Tonight revealed Maz and Max sent home Allan and Jacob through tears, leaving them 'gutted'. So far other eliminated contestants include cleaning business owners Briony and Chelsey; retired police officer Atholl and son John from the Scottish borders; Wigan-born brothers Mike and Jake; and salesman Guv and poker player Gurks. Episodes are airing weekly on Wednesdays and Thursdays. The new Netflix Cowboys documentary better than The Last Dance
Rooting allegiances aside, American sports fans in the 1990s were largely fixated by two teams: The NBA 's Chicago Bulls and NFL's Dallas Cowboys. Now, three decades on, Netflix is learning that recipe still works. Five years after Netflix's successful documentary about Chicago's final championship, The Last Dance, it's Dallas' turn with 'America's Team: The Gambler and His Cowboys.' It may not offer quite as much behind-the-scenes footage as The Last Dance, which benefitted from a scrapped documentary that went unused for 20 years, but Netflix's latest offering is having a similar impact with audiences. 'Even though I rarely binge anything these days, I went through all of America's Team: The Gambler and His Cowboys,' one fan wrote online. 'It has more melodrama than The Last Dance, but I'd argue it's a far superior sports documentary series.' 'I'm four episodes in, but this Cowboys doc is better than the Last Dance,' another added. Even admitting to a 'generous portrayal' of controversial team owner Jerry Jones, Awful Announcing's Ben Axelrod also thought the eight-part series was 'better' than Last Dance. In particular, Axelrod was intrigued by the episode focusing on Jones' volatile relationship with Cowboys coach, Jimmy Johnson, who was hired to replace the legendary Tom Landry after Jones bought the team for just $150 million in 1989. (Today the Cowboys are the most valuable franchise in sports with estimates at over $12 billion) A national champion at Miami, Johnson was also a college football teammate and friend of Jones' at Arkansas, making him a natural choice to take over a team that went 3-13 in 1988. The turnaround happened within just a few seasons. Dallas already had receiver Michael Irvin, Johnson's best player at Miami, but would soon draft quarterback Troy Aikman. Later, in what many consider the most lopsided trade in NFL history, Dallas sent former Heisman Trophy winner Herschel Walker to the Minnesota Vikings for a bevy of picks that ultimately became Hall-of-Fame running back Emmitt Smith, star defensive tackle Russell Maryland and Pro Bowl safety Darren Woodson. After a 1-15 season in 1989, Dallas went to 7-9 in 1990 and 11-5 in 1991 before surviving a brutally tough NFC East division to win back-to-back Super Bowls in 1992 and 1993. But success wasn't enough for the team's owner and general manager, Jones. He also wanted some of the credit, much of which was going to the charismatic Johnson. Things quickly grew icy. At an owners meeting in Orlando, former Cowboys defensive coordinator Dave Wannstedt remembered Jones raising a glass to toast the team's 1993 title only for Johnson to refuse. Later that night, reporters Ed Werder and Rick Gosselin recalled, Jones told them: 'Don't leave now. You'll miss the story of the year. I'm going to fire that motherf***er Jimmy Johnson, that disloyal son of a b****.' Once again, Jones fired a legendary coach, this time setting Johnson free before the 1994 season. And once again, Jones replaced his Super Bowl-winning coach with another Arkansas teammate of his who'd also won a national championship at the college leve: Oklahoma's Barry Switzer. Both Johnson and Jones would go on to have success separately, Johnson with the Dolphins and Jones with Switzer in Dallas, where they'd win another Super Bowl in 1995. The series goes on to tackle the team's many controversies, including an episode titled 'Cocaine Cowboy' about Irvin's off-field struggles, as well as the team's ultimate descent. It also includes a final chapter for Johnson and Jones, who admittedly struggled to get over his animosity for his former friend and coach. While undergoing his recently revealed cancer treatment in New York, Jones was advised by a doctor to 'make a list of 10 people who can just boil your blood' so that he could wish for them to have greater things in their life. 'At No. 1, I wrote down the name "Jimmy Johnson,"' Jones said, as quoted by the Morning News. 'I went back to the female doctor a few weeks later and said, "I can't get past that first mother..."
