Notre Dame's backup RB Jadarian Price has multiple top-level NIL partnerships

USA Todaya day ago
It pays to play for Notre Dame football, even when you aren't the starter like running back Jadarian Price.
The junior would start at a majority of other power programs across the country, but when you are teammates with Jeremiyah Love, that makes it a little more difficult. That hasn't changed the way that many companies view Price as an ambassador for their brands, and in a picture shared by On3's Tyler Horka, there are multiple Name, Image and Likeness deals that the backup running back has signed.
Some of the bigger ones are Powerade, Lexus, and the Topps trading card company, and we have already highlighted a deal with famous jeweler Johnny Dang. Price through the A&P Sports Agency have amassed a very large and impressive amount of NIL deals.
Price could leave to the NFL after this year, but with so many NIL partnerships, he might make just as much during his senior season as opposed to moving to the professional ranks. He'd be RB1 if he opts to say, with potentially more deals on his way.
Regardless of what happens, this is just more ammo for the Notre Dame coaching staff to use in recruiting, as they can show that you don't have to be a starter to receive multiple NIL deals.

Two Ohio State players named to the 2025 Bronko Nagurski preseason watch list

The preseason watch list parade continued on Tuesday with the Football Writers Association of America releasing the 2025 Bronko Nagurski preseason watch list, and there are two Ohio State players among the 60 names initially announced. Safety Caleb Downs, who is pretty much on every single preseason watch list he's eligible for, was among the players named, as was linebacker Sonny Styles. The Nagurski is awarded to the player judged to be the best defensive player in college football annually and has been handed out by the Charlotte Touchdown Club in conjunction with the FWAA. The Trophy has been around since 1993, with two OSU players having won the award. Current Ohio State assistant coach James Laurinaitis won the Trophy in 2006, and defensive end Chase Young took it home in 2019. Downs should get plenty of consideration and might be the favorite to take it home before the season starts. He was a unanimous All-American last year after transferring from Alabama. He has been named to every single preseason first-team All-American team for 2025 so far. Styles is entering his senior year after really coming on at the tail-end of last season. He was second on the team with 100 tackles and could have a major breakout year with his athleticism continuing to catch up with the game coming to him more at the linebacker position. He's been recognized on several preseason All-American teams so far as well. The list can and will change throughout the year, with additional players being added as performance dictates. The Trophy will be awarded on December 8 at the Bronko Nagurski Awards Banquet in Charlotte, North Carolina. Notre Dame announced the launch of ‘Cheer Her Name,' celebrating women's athletics

In the 2025-26 academic year, Notre Dame has announced that they will be celebrating 50-years of women's athletics with the 'Cheer Her Name' initiative, the university announced on Wednesday. The idea behind this is to 'celebrate all the individuals who have and continue to contribute to the remarkable success of our women's programs,' as the university announced. Athletic director Pete Bevacqua has been a busy man, as he spoke about Notre Dame's rivalry with USC and the College Football Playoff potential selection changes just yesterday. The first event will be when the football team hosts Purdue the weekend of Sept. 19th-21st, as they've invited 'all female former student-athletes and others who have supported Notre Dame women's sports, to return to campus to be recognized and celebrated,' as stated in the release. It's great to see the university honoring the female athletes of the past and present, another reason why so many want to be part of the Notre Dame family. Michigan State hockey lands commitment from local defenseman

Michigan State hockey has landed the latest prospect in their 2008 recruiting class, tapping into the United States National Development Program once again. Tyler Martyniuk has made his commitment to Michigan State. A Washington Township (MI) native, he is a 6-foot, 185 pound left shot defenseman that is rated as a 3.5 star player by Puck Preps. After a prep career with the Honeybaked AAA organization, Martyniuk spent this past season with the U17 team at the USNTDP in PLymouth. He will most likely join the U18 program for the 2025-26 season before an anticipated join date of 2026-27 with Michigan State. He had 8 assists in 54 games with the U17 program.
