Naomi Campbell, 55, shares the unlikely secret to her toned physique as she slips into an electric stimulation suit for a gruelling Pilates session

She's one of the most iconic models in history, with a jaw-dropping figure to match.
And during a trip to the gym in Brazil on Wednesday, Naomi Campbell gave her followers a glimpse at the hard work behind her toned physique.
The fashion star, 55, sported an Electric Stimulation Suit (EMS) for a session of Reformer Pilates, and posted a video of her workout on Instagram Stories.
The EMS is designed to enhance workouts by delivering low-frequency electrical impulses to major muscles, causing them to contract more intensely.
Posing in the unlikely addition to her gym wardrobe, Naomi then shared a clip of herself exercising on the Reformer Pilates machine.
The model is no stranger to documenting her exercise regime on social media, previously sharing videos of herself doing yoga at a £300-per-month gym in Dubai.
Last week, Naomi once again set tongues wagging about her close bond with Mohammed Al Turki as they enjoyed a summer break in Spain.
Over the years, fans have frequently called for the model and Mohammed the pair to get together, commenting on their many Instagram posts of each other, and predicting they would be 'the next IT couple'.
However, Naomi recently clarified their relationship when she shared a gushing birthday tribute to the Saudi Arabian producer as he turned 40.
Alongside two snaps of the pair, including a photo of a bikini-clad Naomi embracing Mohammed, the beauty referred to her pal as her 'chosen family', before noting how much she cherishes their 'friendship and family-ship'.
She wrote: 'Happy birthday 40th birthday and turn around the sun to my chosen family @moalturki My Mo.
'I'm so proud of all that you've done, all that you're doing, and all that's ahead for you. I'm beyond excited for your next chapter and everything your future holds. Most of all, I'm deeply grateful to have you in my life.
'I wish you joy, health, love, and every blessing this year and beyond. I know this next season is going to be filled with incredible things, and I can't wait for the world to see it all unfold.
'We love you so much, Uncle Mo. I truly cherish our friendship—and our family-ship.'
The pair have been friends for several years, after the Saudi Arabian film producer first shared a snap with the superstar on his Instagram back in 2021.
Elsewhere, Naomi recently collaborated with Miley Cyrus for the singer's new single Every Girl You've Ever Loved.
The new video dropped last month, little more than a week after the pair were accused of being rude to fans during a meet and greet in London.
Every Girl You've Ever Loved is the latest single from Miley's newly released album Something Beautiful - and its accompanying promotional materials.
A raunchy new video for the song, in which Naomi features on vocals, opens with Miley singing and dancing her way through a dark warehouse in a black minidress.
After the first verse, the model purrs: 'She has the perfect scent, pose, she speaks the perfect French.'
Dressed in a full-length black trench coat, she adds: 'She never wears a watch, but still she's never late, she's got that kind of grace, did Botticelli paint your face?
'She has the perfect scent, she speaks the perfect French, she can dance the night away and yet she'll never break a sweat,' before repeating 'Pose' several times.
Both Naomi and Miley strip to racy black lingerie as they pose together several times before walking off together as the video comes to an end.
Naomi left a comment on the video, writing: 'So proud to be part of this powerful moment with you, Miley.'

Game of Thrones actor leaves Strictly lineup for health reasons

Actor and DJ Kristian Nairn has withdrawn from the 2025 lineup of the BBC's Strictly Come Dancing due to "unexpected medical reasons". He was unveiled as the latest celebrity contestant last Friday. He is best known for playing the character of Hodor in four seasons of the HBO fantasy series Game of Thrones and also starred as Wee John Feeney in the comedy Our Flag Means Death. In a statement he said he had made the decision to withdraw with "a heavy heart", adding: 'I was truly looking forward to the journey, and I'm deeply sorry to disappoint anyone who was looking forward to seeing me on the dance floor." Speaking to his followers on Instagram he explained "Like so many people at the minute, I've been dealing with a high level of stress and a little bit of grief, if I'm going to be really real. "I've always been my mother's son and I've always powered through things like this in the past. I think I've got a pretty healthy attitude towards stuff like this. Well, I thought I did, at least. "But for the first time it's manifested physically and has caused a spike in my vitals as sort of an area of concern. "Please know I'm OK. I'm under treatment already, and my doctor isn't concerned. After two, maybe three weeks, I'll be pretty much back to normal, but sadly, it's not going to be in time for all the training and everything like that." He added that he was "gutted" not to be taking part in the series, calling it a "wonderful opportunity". Sarah James, who is chief executive producer at BBC Studios, said they were "incredibly sorry to lose him from this year's series and we all wish him a speedy recovery'. His replacement on the series will be announced on BBC's The One Show on Thursday at 7pm.

MARTEL MAXWELL: Don't miss holiday moments in search for Instagram-perfect shot

The year was 1995. The place, Playa de las Americas, Tenerife. The drinks were fluorescent and paid for in pesetas; Jamiriquia's Space Cowboy blared on the dancefloor – and five school-leavers were on their first girls' holiday. Me and some of my besties from school in Dundee, experiencing our first taste of real freedom and having the time of our lives. Fast forward almost exactly 30 years, the summer of 2025 – just last week – and that 18-year-old set foot back on the Canary Island as a 48-year-old – having gained a few kids and a couple of stone. And there is nothing like three decades away from somewhere to bring into sharp focus what has changed – not so much on the island, but how we behave. One day on this most recent holiday, I watched as the kids played on the beach. But one eye was on a cliff to the side. A popular tourist spot, for generations people have trekked to this high point to capture an image – with the Atlantic Ocean far below and beyond, the views spectacular. But now, people were acting bizarrely. I watched as a procession of young women – and a few men – marched to the top. In tow was a partner or friend being ordered to take it from this angle, that angle – no, no, to take it again – this time angled just like so. The ladies were all fully made up, with bikinis showing toned, tanned torsos, or outfits that looked floaty and expensive. The look – the image – had to be just right for, you guessed it – Instagram. As an impatient queue formed behind one lady whose poor partner was being berated and asked to take more, more, more, my stomach heaved. This lady had positioned herself very close – surely too close – to the cliff edge to get that perfect Insta moment. The drop below was epic – one surely no one would survive or at least without serious injury. The lifeguard below blew his whistle with shrieking urgency. Everyone looked up. The lady seemed to come back into real life; the clear and present danger she was in. She bum-shuffled back to safety and the beach let out a collective sigh of relief. In 1995, upon return from our girls' trip, off we'd go to Boots on Reform Street to develop our films from cameras or disposable versions. You'd hope for not too many Quality Control stickers where everything was a blur – and for one shot where everyone was smiling or at least had their eyes open. Then you'd display it proudly in a frame in your bedroom or on the wall in your new student digs – and that was it. No socials, no pressure and a certainty that pictures taken would be at least processed into something physical for an album of memories. Now, how many hundreds or thousands of images lie on our phones? I know few people who regularly print and many more like me who fear finally getting round to it and wading through years' worth of content to shortlist those that should be printed. In '95, calls home were from a phone box. In '25 we all have to listen to strangers' FaceTimes. One lady from Essex (I knew her dress size and what she'd had for breakfast by the end of the call) treated everyone on sun loungers in her vicinity to a blow-by-blow account of how to log into her inbox at work and details (she was on loudspeaker) of whether Marion in HR was still on her diet and how the keto thing really had worked for her, but that maybe she'd pile it all on when she stopped. And my book remained unread, not able to concentrate or switch off – and, if I'm honest, wondering what Marion looked like and hoping for some keto tips to stay off the carbs. Out for dinner one night, at another Instagram-perfect setting. As my kids argued over who was best at pretty much everything, one mother and daughter aged around six or seven, posed for serene photos as the sun set behind them. 'Now laugh', her mum said. The photographer moved expertly to capture their every emotion and I wondered if he was a paid professional. Next up, a woman had brought her own lighting for her pictures – a sense of urgency before the sun set for the night. I asked Jamie if we should get a picture too and he suggested we watch the sunset with our eyes and try to remember it because it really was quite beautiful. Our eyes. Memories. Fun. Making new friends. Laughing like drains. Switching off. Loving. It might be old school but surely it's the best school.
