In order to have sustained success with anything in life, a solid base is needed. In the case of runners, having the necessary items during every run is crucial in an enjoyable and beneficial experience.
While I don't run competitively anymore like I did in high school, running is still a major part of my weekly routine. In order to do so, I need certain items in order to get the most out of my run.
