Popular YouTuber Gaurav Taneja, famously known as Flying Beast, was rumoured to be joining Bigg Boss 19 as one of its contestants. However, this is not the truth. The YouTuber shared he has been approached by the makers of the reality show several times, but things didn't work out between them. In a new vlog, he said that he won't be seen on the show this season.
Gaurav shared, 'Arey bhai I am not going to Bigg Boss 19. Main Pareshaan hogaya hu. Some random PR page put up my photo along with a few others claiming we are taking part in the upcoming season. That's not true.' He added, 'Bigg Boss first approached me before COVID-19 when I did FitMuscleTV. Ritu and I were approached again when they had couples special season. I told them I was busy at that time. You won't see me on the show this season. However, I have had several meetings with the makers in the past five years, but things couldn't work out between us. My daily routine is very packed, and I don't think I can follow it on the show.'
Elaborating further about his decision, he said, 'I don't want to be part of a show where the editing is not in my control. Where someone else decides your image. I don't want to take that risk in my life.' He added, 'If you ever find me on one of those shows, where I have risked my image and reputation, just know I have been paid extremely well. I don't really want to be part of such shows, but if someone offers a great deal, then maybe I will reconsider.'
Gaurav then justified the reason behind his diplomatic approach towards the show. 'The fact is, you can never make tall claims like you will never appear on Bigg Boss. Who knows, one day, the situation pushes you to join the show. I can't troll anyone. What if circumstances bring you to work with them one day? If you want to survive in this world, you should avoid making statements on social media.'

'What if I am left with no source of income and no option but to take part in Bigg Boss–just like actor Ranvir Shorey, who shared 'kaam hi nahi hai toh karna padega'. You should not pull people down on your good days, what if tumhara bura time aajaye?'
In the same vlog, he claimed that his name was being used to create buzz and hype around the show. He shared an example from his time on Shark Tank. He said, 'I went to Shark Tank. They have a marketing team, who approached us and aligned interviews. They don't directly market it, but do dealings with websites and influencers to create a buzz around their show. They have certain budget for it which is divided between pre show, during the show, and post show.'
'Bigg Boss used a similar strategy to create buzz around their show. Good marketing move. By using my name, they created a hype for Bigg Boss 19. I wish all the best to all the participants.'
He further admitted that he loves to watch people fight on the show. 'I love watching them fight. Kalesh dekhne mein jo maza hai woh sci fi movie mein bhi nahi.' He claimed, 'People on the show know their job is to bring TRP. They are all friends, but they have to bring drama to boost TRP. I know this because I have been a part of a television show' He added, 'I don't think I can fight with anyone, not in personal life neither on camera. I don't want to abuse anyone. Chahe nakli hi kyu nahi, I don't want to abuse.'

Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 7 is set to premiere on August 3rd, hosted by Mohanlal. A teaser hints at a season discouraging gossip and groupism, sparking debate among fans. The show will feature a new set in Chennai and rumored contestants include Anumol and Jishin Mohan. The theme is speculated to be "Hell & Heaven" with the tagline '7nte Pani'. The countdown has officially begun for the much-anticipated Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 7, with just six days to go for the grand premiere on Sunday, August 3. As excitement builds up among fans, the show's makers have dropped a brand-new teaser featuring none other than the show's iconic host, Mohanlal . In the teaser, a group resembling housemates can be seen whispering and gossiping inside a set styled like the Bigg Boss house. But the tone quickly changes as Mohanlal makes a dramatic entry, warning viewers and potential contestants that this season won't favor those who rely on "gossiping" to stay relevant. He specifically calls out the so-called 'Ayalkoottam team', a nickname coined by social media users to refer to cliques that stir drama within the house. While the teaser has grabbed attention, it has also sparked a debate online. Some fans argue that gossip and groupism are part and parcel of Bigg Boss's appeal and questioning whether curbing that could make the show bland. Others feel it's a refreshing and much-needed change to ensure a more competitive and fair environment. Meanwhile, preparations for the launch are in full swing. The makers are finalizing the contestant lineup, which will reportedly include both celebrities and commoners. Among the rumoured participants are actress Anumol, actor Jishin Mohan, Shanavas Shanu, and influencer Oneal Sabu. However, Rekha Ratheesh, Avantika Mohan, and Roshan Basheer have publicly denied their participation. This season is also set to make a historic shift, with the Bigg Boss Malayalam house being built on a new set in Chennai, marking the first time the Malayalam version has its own exclusive space. Adding to the buzz are speculations about the season's theme, rumored to be "Hell & Heaven", and the tagline '7nte Pani', hinting at dramatic twists and intense gameplay. Contestants are expected to arrive in Chennai by July 31, and fans can expect the show to kick off with its signature glitz, drama, and Mohanlal's commanding presence.
