Andy Cohen got emotional during a live radio broadcast while talking about his son.
During Monday's episode of SiriusXM's Andy Cohen Live, the Bravo star shared the sweet moment following his spring break trip to Disney World with longtime friend Anderson Cooper.
Newsweek reached out to Cohen's representative via email for comment.
The Context
Cohen has two kids, son Benjamin Allen Cohen, 6, and daughter Lucy Eve Cohen, 2. His children were born via different surrogates, but the television personality previously said that they are "biological siblings."
The Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen host is not in a public relationship but said on a January 2024 episode of the show that he would like to meet someone. "I'm single and ready to mingle, absolutely," he said on WWHL.
In an interview with TODAY in May 2023, Cohen spoke out about raising a family on his own.
"I want to be everything for them," he said of his kids. "As a single parent, there is the feeling of, 'I need to be there,' and I'm always kicking myself for time not spent with them and trying to dissect what it all means and seeking out parent friends for advice."
"But I wouldn't change it for the world, by the way," Cohen shared.

What To Know
On Monday's episode of Andy Cohen Live, Cohen said he was at the park with his kids when he noticed a teenager.
"I go, 'That's gonna be you,'" the 56-year-old recalled telling his son. "You're doing to be like, 'Dad, I don't want to hang out with you,'" he said.
Instead, however, Cohen added, "And he goes, 'No, no, I'm not going to do that.' And he goes, 'You know, Daddy, when I'm 60'—I'm going to cry—he goes, 'I wanna take a pill so I can come back and be little like this so I can just be with you.'"
Cohen added that the two "had the longest hug" afterward.
"Anyway, hate to end the show in tears, but we had such a deep—we had a long hug on the playground when he was, you know, thinking about that."
What People Are Saying
A clip of the episode was shared to the Radio Andy Instagram on Wednesday, and people quickly flooded the comments.
"What an incredible conversation—don't we all wish we could just take a pill and turn back the clock," The Real Housewives of Orange County star Vicki Gunvalson wrote.
"So beautiful. A testament to the amazing dad you are to your kids!!!" Instagram user @heathbard said.
"Ben is such an old soul. So beautiful Andy. I am crying as well," fan @dorriejunior posted.

Cohen's daughter will be celebrating her birthday next week, turning 3 years old on April 29.

Keith Hernandez had no idea how to react to ED medication ad read: ‘What did you mean by that?'
Mets announcer Gary Cohen does plenty of in-game ad reads, but this one left Keith Hernandez beyond confused. Ahead of the top of the eighth inning in Saturday's Mets win over the Rockies that aired on WPIX, Cohen did an ad read for BlueChew, a medication for erectile dysfunction, in which he told viewers to 'chew it and do it.' Hernandez was left perplexed by Cohen's statement, asking him the meaning behind it after a brief pause. Advertisement Gary Cohen: "By BlueChew. Chew it and do it." Keith Hernandez: "What did you mean by that?" Gary Cohen: "I just read the copy here. I try to give it a good read. Try and give the advertiser everything that they paid for, Keith. And then it's somebody else's problem." #MLB — Awful Announcing (@awfulannouncing) May 31, 2025 'What did you mean by that?' Hernandez said. Cohen responded by saying he was simply reading what was given to him. Advertisement 'I just read the copy here,' Cohen replied once the eighth inning began. 'I try to give it a good read. Try and give the advertiser everything that they paid for, Keith. And then it's somebody else's problem.' Gary Cohen, Ron Darling and Keith Hernandez celebrate 20 years on SNY. SNY The Mets' broadcast crew, which consists of Cohen, Hernandez and Ron Darling and mostly calls games on SNY, is known for its comical moments throughout games, with the trio already having multiple instances similar to this already this season. Earlier this month, the booth berated the umpires during a game against the Diamondbacks after a few questionable calls. Francisco Lindor celebrates with teammates after the final out of the Mets' 8-2 win over the Rockies on May 31, 2025. Corey Sipkin for the NY POST 'John Bacon does not seem to know the difference between a ball hitting a bat and a bat hitting a glove,' Cohen said. 'That was clear a foul tip for strike three. … I mean, what's going on, Keith?' 'Two series in a row just el stinko,' Hernandez replied.

Rihanna's Father Dies, Barbadian PM Says: 'Spirit of Our Nation'
Based on facts, either observed and verified firsthand by the reporter, or reported and verified from knowledgeable sources. Newsweek AI is in beta. Translations may contain inaccuracies—please refer to the original content. Barbados Prime Minister Mia Mottley posted on Instagram on Saturday that Rihanna's father Ronald Fenty passed away, praising him as a "son of Barbadian soil, whose life story reflected the resilience and spirt of our nation." "While he may be known for playing a significant role in shaping the woman our National Hero Rihanna has become, the truth is that his journey here on earth has touched many more lives," Mottley wrote. "Ronald was a father, a friend, a neighbour, and a proud Barbadian. Indeed, his path, like so many in our community, was not without struggle, but it was also one marked by love, growth, and a deep connection to the people and place that shaped him," the prime minister continued. "To Rihanna, her mother Monica, her brothers Rorrey, Rajad and Jamie, sisters Kandy and Samantha, and all members of the Fenty family, I offer my deepest sympathies. I equally extend my condolences to Ronald's friends and loved ones, both here in Barbados and abroad," he added. "In this time of mourning, we stand united with the Fenty family, offering our prayers and support. May his spirit rest in eternal peace, and may all who loved him find comfort in that love and the memories they were blessed to have shared." This is a developing story and more information will be added as it becomes available.
