Father of Hamas captive scolds Netanyahu
Father of Eitan Horn, an 'Israeli' captive still held by Hamas in the Gaza Strip, rebuked Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for not undertaking the second phase of the Gaza ceasefire, which would see the release of the rest of 'Israeli' captives.
'This is the 526th day that 59 hostages have been held in the hell of Gaza,' Itzik Horn said to the press, standing alongside relatives of other captives in Tel Aviv – per statements cited by Hebrew media.
'I came here today while recovering from surgery to hold up a mirror to Netanyahu. This mirror reflects the terrible results of Netanyahu's selection method.
'The prime minister of the Jews is abandoning Jews who are undergoing a Holocaust. Netanyahu, look me in the eyes… We demand that you immediately end the war and bring back everyone all at once, and now.'
Itzik other's son, Iair, was released from captivity during the first phase of the Gaza truce, which ended two weeks ago.
