For the second time in 12 days, flooding hit the town of Wheeling, West Virginia. Strong storms hit the area on Thursday, dumping flooding rains on the town. Just two weeks ago, the same town was hit with deadly storms, which caused major flooding problems after 4 inches of rain fell in less than an hour.

Cal Fire said crews responded to a fire near Bullards Bar Reservoir in Dobbins that sparked just before 11:30 a.m., according to Cal Fire's incidents page. Edinburgh fire crews race to blaze on busy road as smoke plumes into sky
Edinburgh fire crews raced to the scene of a blaze near a busy Granton road on Sunday, June 29. Two appliances were in attendance at a fire on West Shore Road at around 8:15pm as black smoke could be seen billowing into the sky. It is not currently known where on the road the fire took place but the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) has confirmed that the incident is an open area fire.
