The IPO, which was open for bidding from August 04 to August 06, saw a robust response from investors, being subscribed 23.77 times. Specifically, the non-institutional investor (NII) segment was oversubscribed 43.93 times, while the retail portion was oversubscribed 20.28 times and the QIB was booked at 17.65 times.
The IPO price was set at ₹ 170 per share. Given the high level of retail oversubscription, shares will be allocated to retail individual investors (RIIs) on a proportional basis. Those who do not receive an allotment can expect the refund process to start on August 07, 2025. The IPO is scheduled to list on NSE SME on Monday, August 11.
The company proposes to use the issue proceeds towards establishing a GIS manufacturing facility in Gujarat, establishing a manufacturing facility in Odisha, repayment of short-term borrowings, and general corporate purposes.
According to market sources, the GMP of the Parth Electricals & Engineering IPO on Thursday was 14, indicating that the stock is likely to list at 184 apiece, 8.23% higher than the IPO price of ₹ 170 apiece.

Regaal Resources IPO subscribed 5.94 times on the first day of offer
The initial public offer of Regaal Resources Ltd, a maize-based speciality product manufacturer, received 5.94 times subscription on the first day of bidding on Tuesday. The initial share sale got bids for 12,47,19,552 shares against 2,09,99,664 shares on offer, according to NSE data. Non Institutional Investors part fetched 10.77 times subscription while the quota for Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) got subscribed 5.58 times. Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) category received 2.94 times subscription. Regaal Resources Ltd on Monday mobilised around Rs 92 crore from anchor investors. The price band has been fixed at Rs 96-102 per share. The IPO has a fresh issue of shares worth Rs 210 crore and an offer-for-sale of 94.12 lakh shares valued at Rs 96 crore by promoters, at the upper end of the price band. This aggregates the issue size to Rs 306 crore. Following the issue, the promoters' stake will reduce to approximately 71 per cent from 100 per cent. Of the fresh issue proceeds, Rs 159 crore will go towards repayment or pre-payment of certain borrowings. Regaal Resources operates a zero liquid discharge maize milling facility catering to customers in food products, paper, animal feed and adhesives across India, and in export markets such as Nepal and Bangladesh.

Medistep Healthcare SME IPO subscribed 356.34 times
Agency: PTI Last Updated: New Delhi, Aug 12 (PTI) The initial public offer of Medistep Healthcare, a manufacturer of sanitary pads and energy powders, garnered 356.34 times subscription on the final day of bidding on Tuesday. The Rs 16.10 crore initial public offer (IPO) received bids for 1,33,41,54,000 shares against 37,44,000 shares on offer, translating into 356.14 times subscription, as per the NSE data. The category for individual investors received 219.13 times subscription, non-institutional investors quota subscribed 130.63 times and qualified institutional buyers part fetched 6.59 times subscription, as per the data. The shares of the company will be listed on NSE's Emerge with a tentative listing date fixed on August 18. The company has fixed its IPO price at Rs 43 apiece. The IPO is entirely a fresh issue of equity shares of up to 37.44 lakh shares. Proceeds from the IPO will be utilised to fund capital expenditure towards the purchase of plant and machinery for expansion at the company's existing manufacturing facility, to meet working capital requirements and for general corporate purposes. Founded in June 2023, Medistep is engaged in the manufacturing of sanitary pads and energy powders, and in the trading of pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, surgical, and intimate care products. The company reported revenue from operations of Rs 49.7 crore and profit after tax of Rs 4.14 crore in FY25. Fast Track Finsec is the sole book-running lead manager, while Cameo Corporate Services is the registrar for the issue. Citigroup, GS, others buy 15.67% stake in Medi Assist Health for ₹578 cr
Citigroup Global Markets Mauritius, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley are among entities that collectively picked up a 15.67 per cent stake in Medi Assist Healthcare Services for Rs 578 crore through open market transactions on Tuesday. In addition, Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund (MF), Aditya Birla Sun Life MF, ICICI Prudential MF, Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance Company, Canadian Crown Corp PSP Investments, and US-based Wasatch Global Investors are the other entities that have cumulatively bought more than 1.1 crore shares or 15.67 per cent stake in Medi Assist Healthcare Services, as per block deal data on the NSE. The shares were purchased at an average price of Rs 522.70 apiece, taking the transaction value to Rs 577.84 crore. Meanwhile, Bessemer India Capital Holdings II Ltd, one of the promoters of Medi Assist Healthcare Services, exited by divesting its entire 15.67 per cent stake in the company. Shares of Bengaluru-based Medi Assist Healthcare Services rose 5.31 per cent to close at Rs 555.95 apiece on the NSE. In September 2024, Bessemer India Capital Holdings II pared a 13.5 per cent stake in Medi Assist Healthcare Services for Rs 580 crore.
