The Food Network and host of Amazon Prime Video's Worst Cooks in America star died at home in Brooklyn it was confirmed on Tuesday. Now, stars have been quick to pay their respects to the star, with Gigi Hadid among those sharing fond memories of the star. The model, 30, teamed up with the chef for the competition series Beat Bobby Flay in 2023. Sharing the heartwarming memory, Gigi uploaded a photo to Instagram from their joint TV appearance. She wrote: "I am heartbroken to hear of the loss of the Great Anne Burrell. As a longtime fan, getting to share this day with her was a dream come true." Gigi went on to reveal the duo "beat Bobby" as they enjoyed hanging out and grabbing food during thes show. She added: "I wish we could have done it again. She was awesome." Wells Adams, a Bachelor Nation alum who also appeared on Worst Cooks also took to the social media platform to share an emotional tribute. He wrote: "I just heard about the passing of @chefanneburrell. I learned so much from you on Worst Cooks. I know you'll be cooking up a storm in heaven. RIP." Carla Hall, who appeared on Top Chef, told PEOPLE: "She was fierce, funny, and an incredibly talented cook and teacher—someone who brought so much fire and joy to everything she did. I was lucky to work alongside her on Worst Cooks and other nonprofit events. She will be deeply missed." And fellow Food Network personality Aarti Sequeira said on Twitter /X: "The first time I met Anne Burrell, she gave me tough love I didn't want—but needed. She was bold, warm, and real. "I still hear her in my kitchen: 'Brown food tastes good!' Anne, you'll be missed. Thank you for teaching us all. #luckygirl." Comedian Loni Love also took to the platform, sharing a snap of the pair alongside the tribute: "Anne Burrell's passing has left me in shock and sorrow. She was a gifted chef, and an extraordinary person. "Chef Anne was the same on and off camera. She would just check on me out the blue. I will miss her tremendously. My condolences to her husband, family, & fans. Rest Chef" The tributes came after the Food Network broke the news on their page. "We are deeply saddened to share the news that beloved chef, Anne Burrell, passed away this morning," the statement on Tuesday read. "Anne was a remarkable person and culinary talent – teaching, competing and always sharing the importance of food in her life and the joy that a delicious meal can bring. Our thoughts are with Anne's family, friends and fans during this time of tremendous loss." Anne's big TV breakthrough came in 2010 when she first started hosting the brutal Worst Cooks in America alongside Beau MacMillan. The show saw the professionals take contestants through a "culinary boot camp" on their journey to become better chefs. Since its launch, the show has had 28 seasons, many of which can be watched on Amazon Prime Video. Other projects - mostly on Food Network - have included Chef Wanted with Anne Burrell, a series which saw her take chef candidates through the toughest job interview of their lives in a bid to work at some of the best stateside restaurants.

This New York steakhouse was named one of the World's Most Beautiful Restaurants
Of course, we want our dinner to taste good—but it doesn't hurt when it looks good, too. And the lovely venues featured on Prix Versailles' 2025 list of the World's Most Beautiful Restaurants, including a certain stunning New York steakhouse, are definitely a feast for the eyes. As it recently had done with picturesque hotel properties, the Prix Versailles —a series of international awards given annually in the field of architecture—released its list of the world's most visually stunning dining rooms on June 16, recently opened spots that "are evidence of the dominant aesthetic and cultural dynamics around the world," per organizers. And while much of the list is devoted to gorgeous eateries in far-flung locales (like Blackswan in Beijing, China; Bouchon Carême in Helsinki, Finland; Gerbou in Dubai, UAE; and Coro in Orvieto, Italy), one of this year's picks is delightfully closer to home: New York's own Beefbar. Founded by Riccardo Giraudi, with locations in Cannes, Mykonos, London and Hong Kong, the Monte Carlo-born meat concept took over the former Nobu space in spring 2024, bringing its prime cuts and plush setting to Tribeca. "The new location's décor, designed by the Monaco-based firm Humbert & Poyet, is a perfect reflection of New York: a melting pot of influences from which novel expressions emanate, that are as original as they are disconcerting," praises the Prix Versailles. The opulent dining room features tall arched windows, antique mirrors, velvet bench seats and bronze-alabaster sconces. Framed with fluted red and white marble, both the grand kitchen and the meat display cabinet are in view from the seating area, giving you a peek at all of the glorious meat sweats to come. Calling Beefbar's good looks as "oh-so-American yet rooted in Europe," the design-loving list pointed to the interior's "lovely variety of textiles and materials, an abundance that was inspired by a kaleidoscopic vision of history: from a refined version of the historic motif in the Versailles parquet floor to a recollection of the industrial heritage of this part of Manhattan, and from garnet marble cladding to terrazzo flooring." Beefbar was joined on the list by only one other American dining room: Japón at The Setai in Miami Beach, Florida. You can check out the rest of the global list below. TV Chef and Food Network star Anne Burrell dies aged 55
Anne Burrell has died at the age of 55 after being found unconscious at her New York apartment on Tuesday. Burrell has been remembered as a 'beloved wife, sister, daughter, stepmother, and friend,' in a statement from her family. 'Her smile lit up every room she entered. 'Anne's light radiated far beyond those she knew, touching millions across the world. 'Though she is no longer with us, her warmth, spirit, and boundless love remain eternal,' the statement from her family to various outlets read. A New York Police Department spokesperson told Page Six that the TV personality was found unconscious on the morning of June 17 at her Brooklyn apartment. She was later pronounced dead when the emergency services arrived. Her cause of death has not been confirmed. A Food Network spokesperson also commented on the 'tremendous loss'. 'Anne was a remarkable person and culinary talent – teaching, competing and always sharing the importance of food in her life and the joy that a delicious meal can bring,' the statement read. The star is best known for hosting the Worst Cooks in America show which began in 2010, and the Secrets of a Restaurant Chef, which began in 2012. The Worst Chefs show saw Burrell and Beau MacMillan mentor disastrous home cooks into decent chefs.
