Sex toys also were thrown on court during games in Atlanta on July 29, Chicago on Friday and Los Angeles on Tuesday. Police said a second toy was thrown at the game in Atlanta, but it's unclear if that one reached the court.
A man was arrested Saturday in College Park, Georgia, after he was accused of throwing a sex toy onto the court during the Dream's July 29 game with the Golden State Valkyries, according to a police report. The report said he threw another sex toy during the Dream's game on Friday against the Phoenix Mercury.
He was charged with disorderly conduct, criminal trespassing, public indecency and indecent exposure.
Another man in Phoenix was arrested after police say he threw a sex toy in the crowd at a Mercury game on Tuesday. Police say the 18-year-old pulled the sex toy from his sweater pocket and threw it toward seats in front of him, striking a spectator in the back.
Police say the man was arrested on suspicion of assault, disorderly conduct and publicly displaying explicit sexual material.
The WNBA said any spectators throwing objects onto the court will face at least a one-year ban and prosecution from law enforcement.

It's time once again for a new crop of possible future NFL stars to make their way into the league and either hit instant stardom... or to take some time to get used to the speed and physicality. And that means in fantasy football that there's a little more care needed with an unknown quantity like a rookie. That's where we're here to help. These are the fantasy football rankings for 2025, with an NFL Draft class led by a running back or two who could be superstars from the first snap, as well as a two-way talent who could be an amazing football player but not as much of a fantasy stud if he plays more defense (we'll get to that). So let's run through the best rookies you should draft from sleepers to studs: 11. TE Colston Loveland, Chicago Bears The skill set is right there for the rookie tight end to explode. The problem is there are a ton of mouths to feed in Chicago, along with TE Cole Kmet. Temper your expectations but he could end up showing up big in Year 1, maybe later in the season. 10. WR Matthew Golden, Green Bay Packers Good player, less good situation. The Packers are wideout-by-committee by design. But they DID spend a first-round pick on Golden, and the buzz out of training camp is a little hard to ignore. I'll spend a late pick on Golden while having my doubts. 9. RB RJ Harvey, Denver Broncos Don't look at the slightly crowded running back room. This rookie could have tons of upside in Sean Payton's offense, even with J.K. Dobbins around. 8. RB Kaleb Johnson, Pittsburgh Steelers Jaylen Warren is RB1 on this team, but as we've seen before, the Najeh Harris role isn't a bad one to have... and Johnson isn't Harris. Worth a bench stash for sure. 7. TE Tyler Warren, Indianapolis Colts I'm higher on him than most, I think? He's clearly the best tight end of the class, but who's throwing him the football? It's either Daniel Jones or Anthony Richardson. Here's my theory: They'll need Warren as a safety valve. I think he's got top-10 TE potential. 6. WR Emeka Egbuka, Tampa Bay Buccaneers Mike Evans is somehow shoving away Father Time, and while we know Chris Godwin will be back at some point and that Jalen McMillan had moments at the end of last year, Egbuka is making waves already. With Godwin's status up in the air, he's got the chance to make a Week 1 impact and beyond. 5. WR/CB Travis Hunter, Jacksonville Jaguars Hmm. Is this too low? Will his snaps on defense be limited? Will Brian Thomas Jr. keep Hunter's value down? Will your league let Hunter accrue points for both defense and offense if you have IDP? Lots of questions here, but he's exciting regardless. 4. WR Tetairoa McMillan, Carolina Panthers Maybe THIS one is too low. The only thing I have slight pause about is Bryce Young (although he looked better toward the end of last year) and the presence of the aging Adan Thielen. But those aren't huge, daunting queries. He's about to take off in Year 1. 3. RB TreVeyon Henderson, New England Patriots I don't worry about Rhamondre Stevenson here. Henderson is electric and will contribute right away. 2. RB Omarion Hampton, Los Angeles Chargers No matter if Najeh Harris returns from the offseason eye injury. Hampton is in a run-heavy offense where he may have RB2-type stuff right away. 1. RB Ashton Jeanty, Las Vegas Raiders He's a first-round pick in your league for a reason.

Former Jacksonville Jaguars first round draft pick signs with Falcons
Former Jacksonville Jaguars first-round pick CJ Henderson has landed with a new team. According to Ian Rapoport, Henderson is signing with the Atlanta Falcons. Rapoport adds that Henderson picked the Falcons "over several suitors." Henderson was the Jaguars' first-round selection and the ninth overall pick in the 2020 NFL draft out of Florida. After spending his rookie year with the Jaguars, Henderson was traded to Carolina early on in the 2021 season. He appeared in only 10 games with Jacksonville, making one start. Henderson was with the Panthers for the 2022 and 2023 seasons as well, totaling over 1,100 defensive snaps during that span. In 2024, Henderson was with the Pittsburgh Steelers but didn't see any regular-season snaps on defense. For his career, Henderson has played in 49 games and made 32 starts with three interceptions and 16 passes defensed.
