They were thrown in at the deep end - quite literally - straight out the gates.
For their first challenge, the celebrities had to jump from a height into the sea before swimming to a buoy in time to be picked up by a speedboat.
The Challenge was brutal for all of them, and so when it came to doing the second mission in one day, Hannah didn't look in a good way.
As the celebrities stood in line carrying their large backpacks, Hannah wavered, closing her eyes and sighing, having told her co-stars on the journey there that she "felt faint".
The famous faces were ordered to move off, but Hannah hung back and told the SAS instructors that she was calling it quits.
Pulling off her numbered black arm band, she struggled as she said: "Sorry, I'm done."
The special forces officer exclaimed: "You're kidding me?!" but Hannah weakly shook her head and said: "Sorry...I've reached a point."
As she was sent away, she was then seen in a piece to camera before embarking on the mission saying: "I am pretty determined. I don't think I give up easily.
"But whether I'll get to the end or not? I mean...I don't think I'll go on the first day, I just wouldn't forgive myself."
Sadly, that's exactly what happened, but she wasn't the only one, as Louie Spence also quit later in the show.
Paul Cattermole's death changed everything… I don't know if I'll sing with S Club again, says Hannah Spearritt
Hannah's exit was leaked ahead of the series starting this evening, with a source telling MailOnline Hannah "truly believed" a stint on the programme could "turn things around for her."
They added: "But sadly she just couldn't hack it and walked on the first day. It was all rather embarrassing."
The Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins line up also include Love Islander's Adam Collard, Tasha Ghouri and Chloe Burrows, Rebecca Loos and former footballer Troy Deeney.

Johnny Vegas admits he had a 'meltdown' amid his ADHD battle as he reflects on the 'most difficult part of his life' and what saved him

has admitted he had a 'meltdown' amid his ADHD battle as the comedian, 54, opened up about the most challenging year of his life. The actor and comedian's upcoming two-part Channel 4 show sees him create a piece of art for his hometown, St. Helens, in Merseyside. However during filming, the star was rocked by a shock health diagnosis as he discovered he had ADHD. Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a behavioural condition defined by inattentiveness, hyperactivity and impulsiveness. And now Johnny has opened up about the 'most difficult time of his life' and how his art saved him. He told The Mirror: 'I went into meltdown, I couldn't function. It seemed insurmountable. I had to get professional help. This has been the most difficult part of my life. But the art saved me.' Explaining how the noise in his brain stops when he is working on his art he continued: 'With ADHD, when everyone else is going to bed, my brain goes, "It's just you and me now". 'It lives to work against you. But the one time the white noise stops, the one time I can focus, the one time that having ADHD is good for you is art. The world makes sense when I am working on my art.' Johnny took a year off work amid his health battle before he returned for his debut art exhibition. His new documentary, titled Johnny Vegas: Art, ADHD and Me, will see the star embark on a 'creative endeavour' that ends up being a 'journey of self-discovery'. The documentary delves into 'an honest and heartfelt conversation about mental health and understanding yourself'. Previously speaking about the new show, Johnny revealed he was once a 'dedicated wannabe ceramicist'. He said: 'I used to sit at a potter's wheel on stage. People thought it was a gimmick but I actually started out as a dedicated wannabe ceramicist. 'Art was my educational saviour. Over years of witnessing what felt like an ongoing decline in educational commitment to the very same arts I felt it was time I threw my hat back into the ring. 'To kickstart a debate about culture in general, whilst giving something of a visual a symbol of gratitude back to my honestly beloved town.' Channel 4 boss Shaminder Nahal revealed the documentary had been filmed over years and added: 'This series brings to life the power of art for everyone – how it can soothe, help, energise and inspire. 'Beautifully filmed over several years by Eddie Stafford, the series showcases Johnny's unique humour, heart and passion – uncovering the intricacies and demands of artistic process along the way. 'It's an enlightening, eye-opening and emotional journey.' WHAT IS ADHD? Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a behavioural condition defined by inattentiveness, hyperactivity and impulsiveness. It affects around five per cent of children in the US. Some 3.6 per cent of boys and 0.85 per cent of girls suffer in the UK. Symptoms typically appear at an early age and become more noticeable as a child grows. These can also include: Constant fidgeting Poor concentration Excessive movement or talking Acting without thinking Inability to deal with stress Little or no sense of danger Careless mistakes Mood swings Forgetfulness Difficulty organising tasks Continually starting new tasks before finishing old ones Inability to listen or carry out instructions Most cases are diagnosed between six and 12 years old. Adults can also suffer, but there is less research into this. ADHD's exact cause is unclear but is thought to involve genetic mutations that affect a person's brain function and structure. Premature babies and those with epilepsy or brain damage are more at risk. ADHD is also linked to anxiety, depression, insomnia, Tourette's and epilepsy. There is no cure. A combination of medication and therapy is usually recommended to relieve symptoms and make day-to-day life easier.

Hollyoaks confirms unexpected reunion for Ste and Rex

Ste Hay (Kieron Richardson) is keen to reunite with Rex Gallagher (Jonny Labey) in Hollyoaks next week – but not without son Lucas' (Oscar Curtis) blessing. Rex, as viewers know, targeted and groomed Dillon Ray (Nathaniel Dass) into a world of exploitation earlier this year while working with sister Grace Black (Tamara Wall) to traffic the teens of the village. He subsequently had a change of heart and turned himself in to the police after boyfriend Ste uncovered what he did to son Lucas' boyfriend Dillon, branding his partner a 'monster'. After some persuasion from Donny Clark (Louis Emerick), Rex decides to inform on sisters Grace and Clare Devine (Gemma Bissix) and next week, he's introduced to Froggy (John Middleton), shocked to realise that he's his granddad. And soon after, Rex is released from prison. Knowing he'll be public enemy number one if spotted, he hides in the shadows upon his return to the village. Ste, meanwhile, attempts to reach out to Lucas, who brushes him off, and later he's left in shock when Rex approaches him. To view this video please enable JavaScript, and consider upgrading to a web browser that supports HTML5 video Despite what Rex did to Dillon – who is still very much struggling in the wake of his exploitation ordeal – it seems Ste is willing to give him another chance, but only if Lucas is receptive, reiterating that they will need to get his son's blessing. While Ste contemplates how exactly to get Lucas on side, Rex arrives at Grace's flat, much to the horror of Clare, who is in an unforgiving mood. Grace, however, is determined to turn over a new leaf and, unwilling to lose another brother, she pleads with Clare to leave Rex unharmed. Later, Ste finds Rex outside The Dog and, with Lucas out for the evening, he invites him over for tea, with the former flames spending the night together. More Trending As is always the case in this village, it doesn't take long for word to spread about Rex. When he pays a visit to The Hutch, the whole village turns against him, understandably refusing to forgive his role in the exploitation of the teens. The question is: will Ste's reunion with Rex prove controversial? How will Lucas react? Not to mention the rest of the village? While Princess was too young to really remember her parents together, she has traumatic memories of the breakdown of Katie's third marriage to Kieran Hayler. In her new ITV2 series - The Princess Diaries - the teen opens up about her younger years and admits: "I did have a counsellor, I do still see her every now and then. "But I don't feel like I can really talk, so I just write everything down in my notes. "I do wish, like, I could have had a more happier childhood. In the sense of like, I had so many things on my plate at a young age." She continued: "I wish sometimes that I wasn't like that and I could have actually had things in the back of my mind so young." Katie, 47, and Kieran were married from 2013 until 2018, when they split following his extramarital affair with Katie's best friend. Speaking to the camera, Princess said: "Obviously I had amazing times in my childhood, I have amazing memories from when I was younger with my mum and my dad, and I also have not so good memories of the time when my mum and Kieran split up, when I was like, 10 years old. "He was in our lives for like five years, so we got really close to him and we loved him. "He did a lot of stuff and when they split up, everything kind of went downhill. Emotional Peter Andre reveals strict rule for Princess and Junior "My mum, obviously being heartbroken, didn't deal with that in the best way, she went through a very, very dark time, which is understandable. "Which is hard for me because I was around adulty things that kids should never see and I think as well, when we needed our mum there, she wasn't emotionally able to be there because she had so much of her own problems going on." Princess added how she would regularly come home from school and "get into bed and cry" over things people were saying or asking in the school ground relating to her famous mum. She added: "I would never go and speak to my dad about it because I obviously have always grown up with 'my mum and dad don't like each other' which is fair enough, they're not going to." I wouldn't say I'm fully, fully recovered from it Princess Andre Princess concluded: "I could speak about my childhood and be absolutely fine, but then once something sets me off and then I actually deep everything, I'm like 'Oh my God, like no'. "And then it makes me think that I'm still not over anything or still not really healed from what's happened. "I wouldn't say I'm fully, fully recovered from it but mum is such a different person and if you put her now to back then, she's genuinely really fixed herself." 6 Princess was close to Kieran and said things went 'downhill' for her mum after the messy split Credit: Getty - Contributor 6 Princess said she has had counselling for what she went through when she was younger Credit: Getty 6 The 18-year-old is super close to Katie and said her famous mum had 'fixed herself' in recent years Credit: Splash The Princess Diaries begins on Sunday at 9pm on ITV2 and will be available as a boxset drop on ITVX.
