Public warned 'do not approach' wanted local man
Wiltshire Police has launched an appeal for information to find Lachlan Gardner-Shaw, 25, who lives in Weston-Super-Mare but visits Swindon on a regular basis.
The public have been warned to not approach Gardner-Shaw if they see him, but instead call 999.

A spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said: "We are appealing for help to find wanted man Lachlan Gardner-Shaw, 25, who lives in Weston-Super-Mare but regularly visits Swindon.
"Gardner-Shaw is wanted in connection with several violent offences.
"If you see him, do not approach him. Please instead call 999 quoting the crime reference number 54250099283."

Police searching for victim after man reports stabbing in town centre
Police are appealing for information to help identify a man who may have been the victim of a stabbing. The incident was reported shortly after 2pm on Saturday, 26 July, in Guisborough, when a concerned call to police reported that a man had claimed he had been stabbed. Man left in life threatening condition after being hit by car
A MAN has been left in a life-threatening condition after he was hit by a car in the early hours this morning. The man was walking in the direction of Larkhill on Countess Road, north of Countess Roundabout, when he was struck at 3.24am this morning, Saturday, July 26. The driver stopped at the scene and called emergency services who took the man to Salisbury District Hospital but he has since been transferred to Southampton General Hospital in a life-threatening condition. Police closed one lane throughout the day and it has since reopened. Teenager killed and two seriously injured in car crash after collision with lorry on A4
A 19-year-old woman has died after a car collided with a lorry in Wiltshire, police have said. Emergency services were called to the scene on the A4 Bath Road, Corsham, shortly after 1.30pm on Thursday, after a Hyundai i10 crashed with a Scania tipper HGV. The young woman, who was a passenger in the car, was pronounced dead at the scene, Wiltshire Police said. Her next of kin have been informed and are being supported by officers. Wiltshire Police said the female driver and a male passenger in the Hyundai were taken to hospital with serious injuries. The driver of the lorry was unhurt by the collision at the junction with the B3109, the force said. Officers from the Serious Collision Investigation Team have launched an appeal for anyone who witnessed the crash or who may have dashcam footage from the area at the time. The road, which was closed for several hours while emergency services responded, has since reopened. Wiltshire Police said in a statement: 'We are appealing for witnesses following a fatal road traffic collision in Corsham yesterday (24/07) in which a 19-year-old woman sadly died. 'At about 1.30pm a Hyundai i10 was in collision with a Scania tipper HGV on the A4 Bath Road at the junction with the B3109. 'A female passenger in the car was pronounced dead at the scene.
