The menswear shows this time around may be less hyped, but they still drew male stars from around the world.
Pitti Uomo in Florence kicked off last week, followed by Milan Fashion Week Men's over the weekend.
Currently taking place is Paris, with shows running until June 29.
While the buzz may not match the drama of the womenswear season, there is still plenty of style inspiration on offer – from the runway to the front row.

At Pitti Uomo, tailored classics were reimagined with youthful flair while Milan served up bold statements and directional streetwear.
The energy across all the shows was more refined than frenzied, yet the looks worn by celebrities gave an impact.
Malaysian artiste Hael Husaini was spotted attending several runway events.
He brought a sense of boldness to the menswear circuit, opting for monochromatic tailoring and statement fabrics.
His presence added regional star power to the global fashion stage, proving that style transcends borders.
Thai rapper BamBam, plus South Korean celebrities like Kim Woo-bin and Jinyoung also drew eyes with their impeccable dressing.

Despite the growing prominence of male fashion, the menswear shows have been lagging behind their womenswear counterparts in terms of cultural buzz and mainstream visibility.

Even in Milan, traditionally a stronghold for men's fashion, the lineup took a hit – with major names like Gucci, Fendi and Zegna sitting out this season.
Several other brands also opted out of staging full-scale runway productions.
Instead, a curated selection of guests were treated to more intimate presentations, showroom appointments or digital lookbooks.
This signals a shift towards quieter, more considered ways of showing collections in an increasingly saturated calendar.
The male celebrities that appeared at the fashion weeks, though, still managed to generate significant attention – proving that star power continues to be a driving force in keeping menswear in the spotlight.

A cute video of the mascot hippo Moo Deng simulating an attack during a zoo training drill has gone viral and amused many people online. The Khao Kheow Open Zoo, in Chonburi province near Thailand's capital, Bangkok, published a short film of their emergency response drill on July 21. According to the zoo, it is a rehearsal for a scenario involving an escaped animal. A staff member was dressed as the zoo's superstar, the pygmy hippopotamus Moo Deng, and pretended to have escaped from her enclosure. While on the run, the mascot Moo Deng attacked a member of staff, giving them her famous bite. As staff members cordoned off the area, a team of veterinarians and animal care staff then rounded Moo Deng up and 'sedated' her. As the mascot passed out, a group of staff carried her onto a stretcher and into an ambulance. They then ran a health check on her and made sure she was fit to be returned to her exhibit area. The playful video has gained 53,000 reactions and 1,700 comments on the zoo's social media page, which has amassed 560,000 followers. Many said they were amused by the clip. 'I laughed throughout the whole clip,' one person said. 'It is so much fun. I want it to be on Netflix,' said another. 'Be careful. The hippo is a fierce species,' another joked. 'It is hot and tiring, but the staff in the Moo Deng suit is working hard,' said a fourth. The real Moo Deng was in her enclosure for the duration of the drill, resting after her extravagant birthday celebration event, according to the Bangkok Post. On July 10, Moo Deng celebrated her first birthday. The zoo held a four-day party for her and prepared a 20kg cake made from her favourite tropical fruits. Moo Deng, whose name means 'bouncy pork' in Thai, captured the hearts of fans all over the world shortly after her birth for her naughty and charming character. Her carers have been posting moments of her trying to bite them, playing with a hosepipe, and mimicking her mother, 26-year-old Jona, who lives beside her, eating. She has since inspired memes and products such as blushers and clothing. Many people have also dressed as her to attend events, one of the most famous cosplayers being Chinese-American comedian and Saturday Night Live cast member Bowen Yang. The drill featuring the Moo Deng mascot was part of the zoo's annual safety plan, the zoo's director, Narongwit Chodchoi, said. Chodchoi said the drill 'helps us build confidence among staff and assure our visitors that we are fully prepared for even the most unexpected situations'.

These were Thai films that were made in the late 1990s and early 2000s, but were set in the very distant history of the 1700s and 1800s and with the backdrop of war in Southeast Asia. Since they were Thai films, the stories revolved around wars in which the Siamese were involved. Bang Rajan tells the story of the war between the Siamese and the Burmese in 1767, while Nang Nak is a ghost story during the Siamese-Vietnamese war in 1831. It's fun to watch how history happened, and of course, the excitement of watching aggressive fighting on the screen is very entertaining. But a lot of these historical epics also serve to remind us that war in real life is not exciting or fun. It reminds us of what happened and why we should avoid it.

Hidalgo reveals why he owes his life to Maradona
PETALING JAYA: Like all Argentinian footballers, Kuala Lumpur's new winger Manuel Hidalgo looks up to the late Diego Maradona as an idol and inspiration. But for the 26-year-old, who joined the City Boys on loan from Johor Darul Ta'zim (JDT), his fascination with the 1986 World Cup winner extends beyond the magic he created on the pitch. Hidalgo can even claim he owes his life to the legend, who many hail as the greatest player of all time. To put it poetically, he has been blessed by the ''hand of god'' – a reference to the controversial goal Maradona scored against England in the 1986 World Cup quarter-final. 'I think we (Kuala Lumpur) have an amazing team this year, and we're going to achieve great things for sure. 'We started not so hard, and I think that's good. ''Sometimes when you push too early, the players aren't fresh for the season. I think we'll arrive at the first game at 100 per cent.' Hidalgo is particularly impressed with the atmosphere within the team and the communication between coach Risto Vidakovic and the players. 'It's the best I've experienced in Malaysia by far. ''The connection is very good. We all feel it.' KL have been beset by financial problems in the past, but with changes in the top management, Hidalgo hopes his teammates don't need to wait for their dues. 'I have the luck that I'm part of JDT. When you have JDT behind you, everything is easier. ''They do things how they should be done, on time, professionally.'' Hidalgo also revealed that he is awaiting to be naturalised and hopes to don Malaysian colours one day. 'After December, I will have been in Malaysia for five years. Maybe by then, or next May, I can get something more official. I hope that can happen next year.'
