Are your earbuds getting a little worn out? We all like to hang onto our treasured earbuds and headphones for as long as possible, because at one point, they probably did a great job. It's okay to just retire them though, and if you're hitting that point in the cycle, or you're just ready to upgrade because you can, then we've got an incredible deal today.

You can grab the amazing Beats Studio Buds+ earbuds for just $100 right now. That's $70 off (-41%) the normal price, but this is a limited-time deal, so it won't be around for long. You'll want to jump on this one quickly to actually make the most of the discount, because you'll regret it if you miss out on these.
These stylish earbuds are outstanding in pretty much every possible aspect of their design. The custom acoustic platform in these earbuds means that you'll be able to hear every single sound in every song you listen to, audiobook you're getting through, or call you have to make. You'll hear the lows deep in your stomach, and the highs in your head. They come with four different tips as well, which means that you'll be able to perfectly fit them into your ears with a high level of comfort.
The battery life is truly absurd as well. Between the earbuds themselves and the case, you can go 36 hours without having to recharge them, and unless you're living in them, you're not going to use that all up at once. They have amazing noise cancelling as well, which means that you can easily shut the rest of the world out, but you can always use the transparency mode if you do need to be more aware of what's going on.
On top of that, they're IPX-4 water resistant, which means that you'll have no problems if you get caught in the rain, or if you work up a sweat while training. All of these things make the Beats Studio Buds+ easily some of the best earbuds money can buy, and they're great value even when they're at the full price of $170. So, being able to nab these while they're 41% off at just $100 is a chance you shouldn't miss out on. Limited-time Amazon prime deals have no timer on them, which makes them a little unreliable in terms of when they run out, so it's best to just go for it.

One Reading International Insider Raised Stake By 44% In Previous Year

From what we can see, insiders were net buyers in Reading International, Inc.'s (NASDAQ:RDI ) during the past 12 months. That is, insiders acquired the stock in greater numbers than they sold it. Although we don't think shareholders should simply follow insider transactions, we do think it is perfectly logical to keep tabs on what insiders are doing. This technology could replace computers: discover the 20 stocks are working to make quantum computing a reality. The Last 12 Months Of Insider Transactions At Reading International The insider, Steven Lucas, made the biggest insider sale in the last 12 months. That single transaction was for US$54k worth of shares at a price of US$1.36 each. That means that an insider was selling shares at around the current price of US$1.33. While insider selling is a negative, to us, it is more negative if the shares are sold at a lower price. Given that the sale took place at around current prices, it makes us a little cautious but is hardly a major concern. Steven Lucas was the only individual insider to sell over the last year. Douglas McEachern bought a total of 41.50k shares over the year at an average price of US$1.75. You can see a visual depiction of insider transactions (by companies and individuals) over the last 12 months, below. Does Reading International Boast High Insider Ownership? I like to look at how many shares insiders own in a company, to help inform my view of how aligned they are with insiders. A high insider ownership often makes company leadership more mindful of shareholder interests. Our data indicates that Reading International insiders own about US$6.3m worth of shares (which is 14% of the company). We do note, however, it is possible insiders have an indirect interest through a private company or other corporate structure. We do generally prefer see higher levels of insider ownership. So What Does This Data Suggest About Reading International Insiders? An insider hasn't bought Reading International stock in the last three months, but there was some selling. In contrast, they appear keener if you look at the last twelve months. But insiders own relatively little of the company, from what we can see. So we can't be sure that insiders are optimistic.
