Are ‘Sneaky Links' Couple Colt and Kelsey Still Together?
Netflix dating shows have a special place in our chaotic reality filled hearts, and the latest one to capture our attention is Sneaky Links: Dating After Dark. The new series dropped on the streamer last week and follows a group of singles who think they are entering a sexy motel to explore new connections, however they're actually there to be reunited with their long term booty calls or 'sneaky links' to see if they can make a relationship work with the existing connection. And the one couple people can't stop talking about are Colt and Kelsey. So what's the tea? Are these two still together since leaving the motel? Here's what you need to know. Colt is a 32-year-old freelance model and sales consultant who hails from Nashville, Tennessee. Kelsey was one of the series' late arrivals and is also from Nashville. She's 24 years old and is a model. Ok so Colt entered the show on day one and was greeted with his previous sneaky link Avery, a 26-year-old recruiter, who he had originally 'dated' in Nashville before appearing on the show. They quickly decided that there wasn't anything in their connection worth pursuing. Colt then got to know Angelique, a 30-year-old law student from San Fransisco. They got on super well and were hands down one of the strongest couples in the early episodes, they were even chosen to get the suite alone for themselves for the night. However, in episode four, a number of new arrivals were introduced to the motel, one of them being Kelsey. Colt and Kelsey immediately hit it off (like making out on the first date) and Colt minimized how much of a connection he had with Angelique. As the season progressed Colt ended up seeing both women, publicly committing to Angelique while also talking to Kelsey, calling her at night. However, then Colt started to question his connection and future relationship with Angelique because of their different religious beliefs. Colt also got irritated at Angelique for having Brandon lick cream off her upper Kelsey doing the exact same to Colt's abs. Angelique had enough of the double standards and ended things with Colt. He then fully pursued Kelsey and they grew pretty close very quickly. They did have some issues as the show progressed. Colt could never give Kelsey a proper answer as to whether or not he slept with Angelique, and when his mom came to visit in the last episode, she said she wanted to teach Kelsey to dress more 'modestly.' But at the end of the season, they chose to leave the motel together, with Colt confessing to Kelsey he loved her. Well, right now we're not 100% sure. As per the rules of the majority of Netflix's dating shows, the cast aren't allowed to reveal their relationship statuses until a few weeks after all the episodes have aired, so we may need to wait a while to find out for sure. The pair both live in Nashville, so from a logistical point of view they could make their relationship work. They also both follow each other on Instagram which suggests they are either together, or broken-up but on good enough terms to follow each other. We'll be keeping our fingers crossed for future announcements. Sneaky Links: Dating After Dark is available to watch on Netflix now.

Taraji P. Henson Is A Mom On A Mission In Tyler Perry's ‘STRAW'
Taraji P. Henson steps into the role of a mom with a quest to provide for her daughter by any means necessary in her latest role. In the trailer for Tyler Perry's STRAW, released by Netflix on Wednesday (May 14), the actress takes the lead in the dramatic film. 'I didn't mean to do this, something inside of me broke,' exclaimed the actress in character as Janiya Wiltkinson in the dramatic trailer. 'I told them I need my money to get my daughter's medicine. She's sick. I just need to cash my check. That's all.' The clip continues to detail that the struggling mother and daughter faced eviction as the boiling conflict erupted. Alongside Henson, the film enlisted the talents of Sherri Shepherd, Teyana Taylor, Sinbad, Rockmond Dunbar, Ashley Versher, Mike Merrill, and Glynn Turman. Tyler Perry's STRAW was written and directed by the acclaimed filmmaker and produced by Perry, Tony L. Strickland, and Angi Bones. The official logline reads as follows: 'A single mother's world unravels in chaos as her day goes from bad to worse to catastrophic as she struggles to care for her ill daughter. Pushed to the brink by a world that seems indifferent to her existence, she's forced to confront impossible choices in a society that offers her no safety net.' The movie is set to debut on the streamer on June 6, 2025. Tyler Perry's STRAW is a part of a handful of projects from the 55-year-old set for Netflix due this year, including Madea's Destination Wedding and She The People. 'She's just trying to survive, just trying to be a great mother to her daughter, and then the circumstances in her life cause her to be in this situation,' Perry described of Henson's character, per Netflix. 'I think that a lot of people around the world, no matter if you're a Black woman or not, will be able to relate to that feeling of, 'I'm at my last straw.' Maleah Joi Moon, Tony Winner, Cast As Lead In ‘A Different World' Spinoff Pilot
Netflix's A Different World spinoff pilot officially has its leading cast. Tony-winning actress Maleah Joi Moon stars as Deborah Wayne, daughter of Dwayne and Whitley (Kadeem Hardison and Jasmine Guy). The show is described as a 'sequel to the 1987 sitcom' that follows the couple's youngest daughter as she attends an HBCU. It's not confirmed if she'll be attending her parents' fictional alma mater, Hillman College. The rest of the cast includes series regulars Chibuikem Uche as Kojo, Cornell Young as Shaquille, Jordan Aaron Hall as Amir, Alijah Kai Higgins as Haggins, and Kennedi McClure as Hazel, Deadline reported. The spinoff pilot has been in development at Netflix since 2024. It's a one-off and and not part of a strategy shift at the streamer. Deadline explained, 'The pilot model in general is more often employed in comedy as a proof of concept for tone, chemistry among the ensemble cast, comedic timing and other key ingredients of a successful series.' The pilot is set to film in Atlanta this June with Debbie Allen directing and showrunner Felicia Pride penning the script. The new series is being helmed by Pride. Allen, Mandy Summers, Tom Werner, Gina Prince-Bythewood and Reggie Bythewood will also serve as executive producers. Allen, Werner, Prince-Bythewood and Bythewood all worked on the original series, which was a spinoff of The Cosby Show. It ran for six seasons and initially centered around Denise Huxtable (Lisa Bonet) and her new classmates at Hillman. However, Bonet exited after the first season and the show continued with series regulars Jasmine Guy, Kadeem Hardison, Dawnn Lewis, Darryl M. Bell, Charnele Brown, Lou Myers, Cree Summer and Glynn Turman. More from 'Red Table Talk' Shares First Look Into Their 'A Different World' Reunion Taraji P.
