Adobe also confirmed that anything Android and iOS users create on their phones in the Firefly mobile app will automatically be synced with the creator's Creative Cloud account, allowing them to start creating on mobile and pick up on desktop (or vice versa).

There are so many red flags around Trump Mobile and the T1 Phone that it's not even funny
Let's face it, a Trump-branded mobile device was in a lot of ways a long time coming. And if there's anything truly surprising about the T1 Phone unveiled yesterday, it's probably that it's not actually called the "Trump Phone." After all, that would have been a natural continuator of many of the President's failed past products and businesses, from Trump Drinks and Trump Ice to Trump Vodka and Trump Steaks. But I'm not here today to focus (much) on the branding subtlety of a handset some of you might instantly associate with T-Mobile rather than Donald Trump and the President's far less subtle Trump Mobile alternative for the likes of Verizon, AT&T, and yes, T-Mobile . Instead, I'm going to quickly try to identify the biggest warning signs surrounding The Trump Organization's newest business ventures and any reasons I can find to be optimistic about these projects... now that the official website is actually functional. Like I said, we shouldn't be surprised that POTUS is taking matters into his own hands in the war against foreign manufacturing, but if you're the least bit familiar with how today's mobile industry works, you'll instantly realize how unrealistic it is to promise a "MADE IN THE USA" (in all caps, of course) phone when you have zero experience in the field. I'm not sure Google or Motorola could pull off such a task (unless Trump forces them with a 1000 percent tariff or something), while analysts estimated just a couple of months ago that an iPhone manufactured stateside from scratch would have to cost around $3,500 to be (barely) profitable for Apple. But here's where I stop taking Trump's "game-changing" efforts in the smartphone market any more seriously than those "Digital Trading Card NFTs" released by the 47th President of the United States a few years back (yes, that was real life too). Absolutely everyone knows that there's no way the T1 Phone will be "made in the USA" (with or without caps), and that includes Eric Trump. Eric Trump, June 16, 2025 Why promise something that you can't deliver? Perhaps to justify an artificially inflated $499 price point. What happens when the T1 Phone starts shipping and it will become even clearer that the device is in fact made in China, Vietnam, or maybe India? I have no idea, but my popcorn is ready, as I know Eric's explanations will be pure entertainment. At least as entertaining as seeing the T1 Phone slated for an August release on the website and September 2025 availability on the official Trump Mobile platform while knowing full well that both ETAs are actually highly unrealistic. In theory, yes. For instance, The Trump Organization's "transformational, new cellular service" claims to match the nation's "three major carriers" in terms of both 5G availability and speed, which sounds great. It may even be true, but at the end of the day, Trump Mobile seems to be little more than a rebrand of a teeny-tiny MVNO (mobile virtual network operator) called Liberty Mobile Wireless. Unfortunately, there's no way to know if Liberty has more customers than employees at least, but it feels... unwise to pay $47.47 (plus tax) a month for the wireless services of such a shady enterprise. Yes, The 47 Plan includes a lot of neat stuff, from unlimited talk, texts, and data to international calling to "100 destinations" and unlimited 24/7/365 "telehealth via video or phone", but you know where you can get similar features and perks (minus the last one)? The 47 Plan is by no means priced competitively. | Image Credit -- Trump Mobile Let's be real, if any other industry newcomer came out with a $499 smartphone with 12GB RAM, 256GB storage, a 50 + 2 + 2MP triple rear-facing camera system, 5,000mAh battery with 20W charging support, and an unspecified processor in this day and age, you'd either be mocking them out of the market or shrugging your shoulders in complete indifference. One thing you definitely wouldn't do is give them $100 to secure your place in front of the line for a gold-coated phone with the American flag ineptly Photoshopped on its back in the lone official promotional "picture", now, would you? A lot of jokes can be made (and some have already garnered a lot of social media reactions) on Trump Mobile's advertised coverage or shady privacy policy, but humor aside, you should really treat this venture with caution and think long and hard before putting a pre-order in. After all, why not just wait until August or September and at least check out a few more product images (ideally, starring the actual product) first? Apple's Home Hub smart home display leaks in iOS beta code
Apple's long-rumored smart home display may finally be getting closer to launch. New findings hidden inside the latest iOS 18.6 beta suggest that Apple is continuing to work on its iPad-style Home Hub, a device designed to control smart devices, support FaceTime, and possibly mount on walls. As reported by 9to5Mac, a new Apple logo asset found in the beta's code may offer a clue about the screen size of the upcoming device. The file is listed under the path /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/ and named apple-logo-1088@2x~ The "~home" suffix is especially notable, as it points to the internal "homeOS" platform that Apple has been developing for smart home devices. Apple uses these logo files to match different screen sizes across devices. For example, a file named apple-logo-2532 corresponds to the iPhone 13 and 14, which have a resolution of 2532×1170. Based on this naming pattern, the new 1088@2x asset likely refers to a screen width of 2176 pixels. That resolution is in the same range as the iPad mini, which features an 8.3-inch screen with a resolution of 2266×1488. While this does not confirm exact dimensions, it suggests that Apple's upcoming smart display could be close in size—possibly around 7 to 8 inches diagonally. As a stationary home device likely viewed from a distance, it doesn't need the same sharpness. That said, this new product would be entering a smart home space where it faces stiff competition. Google, in particular, has already established a strong presence with its Nest Hub lineup and a more flexible Google Home app. Google's platform also supports a wide variety of third-party devices, something Apple has struggled with. However, that may begin to shift with the broader rollout of the Matter protocol, which aims to create a common standard for smart home compatibility across ecosystems. While these findings do not confirm a release date, they show that Apple is actively developing the device behind the scenes. Its delay may be tied to the company's efforts to improve Siri, which is expected to play a central role in how the hub operates. In a time when Apple is seeking to broaden its product lineup and connect devices more tightly to its services, a smart home hub like this could be a natural next step. New Pixel 10 leak reveals upgraded fingerprint tech and upgraded wireless charging
A new report suggests that the Pixel 10 will be introducing two significant improvements this year, one of which is an enhanced ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and the other being Qi2 wireless charging compatibility. Strap on your seatbelts! Google made a historic change when it introduced ultrasonic fingerprint sensors in the Pixel, finally moving away from the slow and unreliable optical sensors from previous generations. But it seems the upcoming Pixel 10 is said to improve upon the fingerprint experience even further. The report indicates the ultrasonic fingerprint sensor will deliver better speed and therefore responsiveness when dealing with wet or unclean fingers. It's nice to see that even though Google's face unlock system has supported Class 3 biometric authentication since the Pixel 8 — making it secure enough for sensitive tasks like banking and digital payments — the company isn't phasing out the fingerprint sensor. By offering both face and fingerprint unlock, Pixel devices give users greater flexibility and convenience depending on their needs and environment. Google loves teasing Apple with funny ads all the time, and I can see one related to these Biometric solutions being made once the Pixel 10 and Pixel 10 Pro come out. You will still need a case, though... Another notable upgrade for the Pixel 10 is Qi2 support. Unfortunately, though, while the Pixel 10 will be Qi2-ready, users will still need a compatible magnetic case to get the full benefits. This mirrors the approach taken by companies like OnePlus and Samsung, which have also rolled out Qi2 support this year. Also, fun fact: Apple's iPhone 16e is technically compatible with MagSafe, but lacks full Qi2 fast charging support. The Pixel 10 series is also getting a fresh coat of paint. The base Pixel 10 will be available in Ultra Blue, Limoncello, Iris, and Midnight, while the Pro models will — as usual — stick to more muted tones like Sterling Gray and Smoky Green. The foldable Pixel 10 Pro Fold will come in the same hues as the regular Pro models.
