BRUNO TONI-GO-LI Bruno Tonioli set to QUIT Britain's Got Talent judging gig as two favourites to replace him revealed
BRITAIN'S Got Talent judge Bruno Tonioli is poised to leave the show after just two series - with the race to replace him likely to be led by frontrunners KSI and Alan Carr.
The ostentatious Italian would find it virtually impossible to film almost two weeks of audition shows taking place this autumn because he's simultaneously committed to filming Dancing with the Stars in the US

Last year auditions took place over one week at Blackpool in October, when KSI filled in for him, and a second week in London in January, which he was able to attend.
Now the auditions will all take place back to back in Blackpool and Birmingham over a single fortnight in October.
A TV insider said: 'The filming schedule in 2024 meant that Bruno could get away with not being present for filming one week of auditions.
'But it would be virtually impossible for him to miss two weeks, because in the final edit, that equates to half the episodes in the new three-month run of BGT, which will air from February of 2026.

'There is absolutely no ill feeling about the situation, it's simply down to changes in the schedule making it incredibly difficult to remain as a full time judge.
'The only hope is if his long-time friend and fellow panellist Simon Cowell steps in to make it clear that he has to be a part of the show, no matter how difficult it proves to be.'
Bruno was hired by Simon in 2023 following the departure of David Walliams from the panel. Alan, who's a long-standing friend of panellist Amanda Holden, was the favourite to replace him.
But Simon stepped in at the eleventh hour and insisted it should be Bruno who got the job alongside him, Amanda and Alesha Dixon.

KSI was a huge hit with viewers when he stepped in for Bruno during last year's Blackpool auditions and when he made a guest appearance during the live semi-finals.
The Sun exclusively revealed earlier last month that there was a shake up in the filming for the next series, which would split the auditions between Blackpool and Birmingham.
The live semi-finals, which account for the second half of the newly lengthened series of BGT, will still be filmed in London next year.
Britain's Got Talent were approached for comment.

Love Island fans ‘work out' why Dejon turned on Meg as villa's strongest couple hit the rocks days before final

LOVE Island fans have 'worked out' why Dejon turned on Meg - with the couple hitting the rocks as the final looms. The pair have been coupled up on the ITV2 show throughout all of this year's series. 4 4 Cracks have now started to form in their dynamic - with the final just days away. Writing online, sleuthing viewers think they know why Dejon has changed his attitude towards Meg. They had an argument at the end of Thursday's episode following a revealing villa game. Fans recalled returnee Blu telling the other boys about what he'd learned while away from the villa. In particular, how Meg and Helena were perceived as "mean girls" by the show's audience. A viewer penned on X: "Dejon saying what he did comes back to blu's comment about Meg being seen as a mean girl. "And to him, while he is a nasty individual, he also thinks he's saving her from being seen as nasty, as the conversation is about the 1/2 of the girls that blu said was popular #loveisland." Another added: "After blu spilled meg is the mean girl, you can see Dejon aborting his winning strategy in real time #LoveIsland #loveislanduk." While a third penned: "Blu told dejon meg was one of the mean girls and now he's picking fights … #LoveIsland." Meg and Dejon's drama began as the couples played a game of Knowing Me, Knowing You. Shock moment Love Islander admits he doesn't know his girlfriend's middle name Each Islander had a board, with the goal being to match with their partner's answers on respective questions. However, Dejon and Meg gave differing answers on the first question - which left him unhappy. The boys were later asked which girl they'd couple up with - if their actual partner wasn't in the villa. Dejon surprised Meg by choosing Yasmin - despite the pair's ongoing friction with Yasmin, Toni and Shakira. As the couple sat by the firepit, they disagreed as to whether Dejon ever shared this information before. LOVE ISLAND 2025 - ALL the dumped stars so far LOVE Island 2025 is in its penultimate week. Here are all the dumped Islanders so far ... Sophie Lee Blu Chegini (has since returned) Malisha Jordan Will Means Shea Mannings Poppy Harrison Caprice Alexandra Megan Clarke (has since returned) Remell Mullins Ryan Bannister Alima Gagigo Martin Enitan Chris Middleton Yas Broom Rheo Parnel Giorgio Russo Emily Moran Andrada Pop Ben Holbrough Tommy Bradley Lucy Quinn Lauren Wood Harrison Solomon (quit) Emma Munro Boris Vidovic Billykiss Azeez While the villa boy insisted he had, Meg was less certain about hearing it previously. I played The Traitors (and was terrible at it)

N ormally, when you and nine work colleagues find yourselves blindfolded in a Soho basement, you know it's probably about time to knock the office Christmas party on the head, but we're just getting started. There's also a man in thick mascara skulking about behind our heads, saying ominous things about lying and killing. Some of us — an unknown number — are to be tapped on the shoulder and lured ever further into the realm of darkness. This is The Traitors Live Experience, based on the centuries-old parlour game that became a smash hit TV show all over the world and is now, almost, a parlour game again, albeit one with extremely high production values and excellent cocktails. It is not yet three years since The Traitors made its first appearance on UK TV, turning a Scottish Highlands castle hotel and Claudia Winkleman's collection of fingerless gloves into cultural artefacts of equal value. It was itself a remake of the Dutch original, De Verraders, which debuted in 2021.

To bring or not to bring wine: that is the question

For most guests, it is polite and right to pick up a decent bottle on the way to dinner GETTY IMAGES In Abigail's Party, Mike Leigh's achingly class-conscious satire of suburban life, Sue arrives at dinner with a bottle of wine in hand. Coming from the old bourgeoisie, she expects supper and duly brings a suitable accompaniment. Unfortunately, the other guests in this leafy fictional corner of London have eaten their 'tea' before arriving and poor Sue is left to starve quietly throughout the rest of the evening. To bring or not to bring: that is the question. It has been a matter of some debate in recent days, as this newspaper's writers spar over the matter of taking a bottle of wine when invited to supper. For most guests, it is polite and right to pick up a decent bottle on the way to dinner, not only as a thank you but as a way of helping to ensure a suitably lubricated and lively evening. But for others, especially those of an aristocratic persuasion, it is unthinkable to go equipped. Bringing a bottle would reveal a fear that the host will not crack open their cellars and share their rare vintages with anyone but themselves. For the truly posh, arriving empty-handed is a vote of confidence in the hosts. It presumes they have paired their food with suitable wines and the delicate balance struck should not be interfered with. • Rosé has peaked, say French wine makers as focus shifts to white This summer's wine hit provides an easy solution to this social dilemma. Frequent visitors to their local supermarket's wine section will recognise the distinctive label of La Vieille Ferme, the affordable drop from the southern Rhône valley. Referred to by cost-conscious Gen Zers as 'chicken wine', thanks to the farmyard poule adorning its label, the brand has gone viral in recent weeks, its rosé regarded as the perfect summer quaff. Any host will appreciate a bottle or two of old cluck — not, of course, for dining but as a simple, unpretentious offering that can be stashed in the fridge for deployment on a lazy afternoon. Problem solved.
