Jennifer Lopez remains calm as cricket crawls up neck mid-concert
Jennifer Lopez wasn't expecting this particular duet partner. The "Let's Get Loud" singer, who is on her Up All Night: Live in 2025 tour, had a cricket crawling on her during a performance in Kazakhstan on Sunday, Aug. 10. As Lopez, 56, sang and humbly smiled at the cheers from the crowd, the large bug made its way up her black cutout dress and to her neck before she expertly grabbed the cricket and theatrically threw it off. "He was tickling me!" she said. In response to a fan account posting multiple angles of the incident, people praised the singer for making the moment look effortless. A post shared by On The JLo (@onthejlo) Jennifer Lopez suffers wardrobe malfunction on stage "Didn't even flinch! Professional level," one user wrote. "Handled it so well, I would have collapsed right there," another added. Jennifer Lopez has funny response to fan asking for hand in marriage Lopez's tour has made headlines, including a brief wardrobe malfunction in which the Grammy-nominated singer's tasseled skirt belt fell off, leading her to gasp. Earlier in the tour, the actress had a cheeky moment in which she responded to a fan's request to get married. "I think I'm done with that," she quipped. Lopez's Up All Night: Live in 2025 tour kicked off July 8 in Spain with 21 shows. It's set to wrap up Tuesday, Aug. 12, in Sardinia, Italy. The tour precedes a Las Vegas residency of the same name, starting Dec. 30 for four New Year's Eve week shows, and eight more in March 2026 at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace. The shows follow her 120-show Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino residency from 2016 to 2018.

The musician said Colbert's talk show cancellation 'is a symptom of big money.'
Acclaimed musician Jon Batiste has addressed the axing of Stephen Colbert's talk show—and hinted at his friend's next move. Batiste, a Grammy and Oscar winner himself, was bandleader and musical director of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert from its beginning in 2015 until 2022. Last month, CBS announced the show will wind up in May 2026. The news came just days after Colbert had called out CBS' parent company, Paramount, for a 'big fat bribe' after it paid Donald Trump $16 million to facilitate an $8 billion merger with Skydance.

Zach Bryan, country star and Eagles fan, vows to 'never play in Kansas City' in spat with Chiefs fans
Country star Zach Bryan vowed over the weekend he'll fly like an Eagle over Kansas City and never play that town again. The Grammy winner and devoted Philadelphia football fan has been sniping with K.C. Chiefs fans for months and that beef reached a new ball-spiking level after one fan asked why he's "singled out one fanbase" which "sells out his shows." "Please understand I will never play in Kansas City," Bryan responded on X. Bryan played in Chiefs country less than a year ago, Aug. 20-21. performing two gigs at T-Mobile Center, which is just 7 1/2 miles northwest of Arrowhead Stadium, workplace of three-time Super Bowl MVP Patrick Mahomes and Taylor Swift's boyfriend Travis Kelce. Bryan's disdain for the Chiefs doesn't seem to impact the country star's choice to play before fans of other NFC rivals. He's set to play Friday at Golden Gate Park in the heart of San Francisco, where presumably a handful of 49ers fans will be enjoying his music. Then in September, he'll play shows in South Bend, Indiana, and Ann Arbor, Michigan, where some Chicago Bears and Detroit Lions supporters will surely be in attendance. The NFL regular season is a little more than three weeks away, as Philadelphia seeks to defend its Super Bowl title. The Eagles visits Kansas City on Set. 14, in the marquee matchup of Week 2. The last time these two clubs met, Philadelphia hammered Kansas City, 40-22, in New Orleans on Feb. 9 as the Eagles lifted the Lombardi Trophy for a second time and denied the Chiefs a third consecutive title.
