Tom Brady rips an Eli Manning jersey apart in ultimate act of disrespect towards his former nemesis
Tom Brady brutally trolled his former rival Eli Manning on Friday by ripping his New York Giants jersey in half.
The seven-time Super Bowl champion made an appearance at Fanatics Fest in New York City, much to the delight of the thousands of fans in attendance.
Brady spoke to some of the crowd at Manhattan's Javits Center before then taking part in a WWE-style performance later on.
The Fox commentator came out to the theme song of pro wrestler Cody Rhodes wearing sunglasses and carrying a WWE-style championship belt.
But, as he made his way down to the walkway, Brady was presented with a Giants jersey that had 'Manning 10' on the back.
The former New England Patriots quarterback then ripped the jersey in half in a playful dig at Manning.
Brady's actions prompted Manning, who was watching on, to storm the stage and climb on his rival's back.
Their rivalry dates back to their stellar NFL careers, when Manning and the Giants were able to briefly halt the Patriots' dominant run to beat them in two Super Bowls.
The Giants stunned Bill Belichick's team to win 17-14 in Arizona in 2008, despite being heavy underdogs after Brady led his men to a perfect 16-0 regular season.
Then, four years after, the Patriots were stunned by the Giants again when they were beaten 21-17 in Indianapolis. Manning was named Super Bowl MVP that year.
Brady and Manning quickly regained their composure and were later pictured competing against each other in a baseball pitching contest.

Nicolas Jackson apologised after his costly sending-off in Chelsea's Club World Cup implosion against Flamengo. The Senegal striker was shown a straight red card – just four minutes after coming off the bench – for an aggressive studs-up challenge on Ayrton Lucas in Friday's 3-1 defeat in Philadelphia. It came amid a calamitous six-minute spell in the second period in which the Blues also conceded two goals to surrender their half-time lead. Royals score late, hold off Padres
June 21 - Salvador Perez's RBI single snapped a 4-4 tie in the top of the eighth inning Friday night and the visiting Kansas City Royals stopped the San Diego Padres 6-5. Perez's hit knocked in Maikel Garcia, who opened the inning with a single off Jason Adam (5-3) and reached scoring position via Vinnie Pasquantino's walk. Drew Waters tacked on insurance later in the inning with a two-out single that plated pinch runner John Rave. Reliever Lucas Erceg (2-2) got the win despite allowing a game-tying two-run single by Gavin Sheets in the bottom of the seventh that capped San Diego's rally from a 4-0 deficit. Steven Cruz pitched a scoreless eighth and Carlos Estevez worked the ninth for his MLB-high 22nd save in 25 chances despite giving up a leadoff homer to Manny Machado, his 12th of the year. Sheets' hit no-decisioned both starters. Kansas City's Michael Lorenzen went the first 5 1/3 innings, allowing five hits and two runs with three walks and four strikeouts. Pinch hitter Jose Iglesias made it 4-2 in the sixth by poking a run-scoring single to right that plated Xander Bogaerts. Bogaerts finished with three hits, giving him eight straight hits, dating back to Wednesday. The streak ended when he popped out in the ninth.
