Mindseye trophy list: Know how to unlock all achievements

Time of India2 days ago

If you are the type of player who loves ticking off every achievement in a game, Mindseye has plenty of trophies waiting for you. The third-person shooter comes from Build A Rocket Boy, the studio formed by former GTA V producer Leslie Benzies. Many were expecting a huge open world like Grand Theft Auto, but Mindseye is actually a more focused and linear game. It will take about 20 hours to complete, which makes the trophy hunt a little easier to manage.
There are 30 trophies in total, covering different parts of the campaign. Some trophies will unlock naturally as you move through the story. Others are tied to specific actions, enemy kills, or puzzle solving. A few of them might take some effort, especially the ones hidden behind secret story moments or perfect performance in combat. Still, most of the list is clear and rewarding for players who love exploring every corner.

5 reasons why GTA 6's story should start like GTA 5

(Image via Rockstar Games) GTA 5's prologue was iconic. From the snowy chaos of North Yankton to the shocking betrayal, Rockstar gave players a cinematic, high-stakes intro that instantly hooked them. As hype builds around GTA 6 , many fans believe Rockstar could revisit that storytelling formula, and here's why that might actually make a lot of sense. 1. Rockstar Loves Starting Big Rockstar has a habit of opening games with impact. GTA 5 threw players into a botched bank robbery. Red Dead Redemption 2 started with a freezing, desperate escape. It's a formula that works because there's action, tension, and character development all in the first 10 minutes. Repeating this approach in GTA 6 could set the stage for an emotional and chaotic ride right from the start. GTA 6 Jason & Lucia Official Details from Rockstar Games 2. Perfect Setup for Jason and Lucia's Dynamic If GTA 6 introduces two main characters — Jason and Lucia — an explosive intro could show how their partnership began. Like Michael and Trevor's rocky history, we might get a flashback of a heist gone wrong, a prison escape, or a betrayal. That would not only mirror GTA 5's opening but also help establish their relationship early in a powerful way. 3. Room for a Shocking Twist Early On GTA 5's intro ended with Michael being 'killed,' only for us to learn later that he had made a secret deal. Rockstar might reuse this twist tactic — faking a character's death, hiding a betrayal, or showing the wrong version of events. Starting big allows them to drop narrative bombs that keep players questioning what they just saw. 4. Flashback Intros Work for Dual Timelines Rumors suggest GTA 6 might include flashbacks or time jumps. A fast-paced intro from the past, like their first crime or an event that split Jason and Lucia, could work as a playable memory. Like GTA 5's North Yankton scene, this could become a place we revisit later with new meaning. Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like No Distractions. They know fans love the opening of GTA 5 , but they won't just repeat it. Expect the same adrenaline and character-building, but with fresh storytelling, new locations (like Vice City), and updated mechanics. The bones might be similar, but the flesh will be brand new. Rockstar has proven they know how to open a game with a bang, and GTA 6 is unlikely to be any different. A high-stakes, cinematic intro not only mirrors GTA 5's success but gives players a reason to care about the story immediately. If Jason and Lucia's journey kicks off with a betrayal, a botched job, or an unforgettable escape, fans are going to love every second.

GTA 6 map comparison goes viral; Reddit blows up as fans spot key changes—check details

Rockstar Games has finally released the second trailer of Grand Theft Auto VI, or GTA 6, after a year-long wait for the first trailer. Now the fans are waiting for the game to be launched, ahead of which they have been indulging in numerous rumours and speculations about the leaks, map and content. Amid this, a recent Reddit post on the GTA 6 subreddit has caught the attention of fans, showcasing a side-by-side comparison of maps from the fan-driven GTA 6 mapping point. In the now viral post, one picture is from September 202,2 and the other is from May 2025. The Mapping project is a community-led initiative that is only meant to be dedicated to reconstructing the rumoured in-game map using coordinates pulled from the official Rockstar materials and other speculative data. A Reddit post draws a comparison between the maps The Reddit post includes two pictures, one from September 2022 and the other from May 2025, but what's the difference? Let's find out. The pictures highlight how much the community's vision of the GTA 6 world has evolved over the past three years. The community did the same with the GTA 5 map and got 90 per cent accurate by the time the game was launched, reports Indy100. Fans react to the comparison on Reddit As soon as the post surfaced on social media, it grabbed the eyeballs of fans, and one even posted a comparison of both and said, "GTAV mapping project was insanely accurate to the real thing, especially closer towards release as more trailers were released so im optimistic that the GTAVI mapping project is gonna be accurate as well." While another said, "It really isn't that big; it just looks that big because we're used to seeing airports on the edge of the map. If you cut out GTAV's airport and paste it right next to GTAVI's airport, VI's is only like, 10-20% larger than V's. But the airports also probably do need to be built slightly larger than GTA V, because in GTA V all of the planes got scaled down because the map and airports were to small. if they want to make slightly more accurately scaled aeroplanes and such, they would need to make the runways and such slightly larger too." Leslie Benzies' MindsEye launches to poor reviews and broken gameplay

Leslie Benzies' big return to games was supposed to be exciting. But MindsEye, the debut title from his studio Build A Rocket Boy, has flopped hard at launch. Released on June 10 for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S, the third-person action game has been hit with a wave of criticism on Steam, where it currently holds a 'Mostly Negative' rating based on over 500 reviews. Many expected a polished experience, especially given Benzies' history with Grand Theft Auto and Red Dead Redemption. But instead, MindsEye is riddled with bugs, optimisation issues, and strange visual glitches. Civilians fly through the air, cars explode at random, and ragdoll physics turn mission NPCs into limbs-first horror shows. Some fans even say the game feels unfinished, branding it a rushed product at full price. Bugs, crashes, and confusion lead to refunds MindsEye is a complete technical this game right now at ALL COSTS.- Locked to 30FPS across all consoles and suffers from constant stutter issues- Messy performance on PC (Unreal Engine 5)- Very buggy across the board- Crash issues for many people on both PC… The most common complaint has been the game's optimisation. Even high-end PCs are struggling to run MindsEye without major stuttering. Crashes are frequent, frame rates are capped at 30fps on consoles, and basic controls like driving and shooting feel clunky. Players have shared footage of game-breaking bugs on social media, with one video showing an entire crowd of NPCs floating mid-air. There is some praise for its story and characters. However, many say MindsEye just isn't ready. One player called it 'a complete technical disaster,' while others have started refunding their purchases within hours of launch. Its low Steam player count, just 3,302 purchases at peak, paints an even bleaker picture, especially when compared to games like The Day Before, which had over 10 times that number. Price and developer response raise more questions MindsEye debuts to 2.8k concurrents on Steam. No reviews yet. One player claimed most of the early game is cutscenes to take you past the 2-hour refund mark. The Discord chat is going great. Most streams are paid so far. At $60 in the US and €60 in Europe, players feel the price tag doesn't match the experience. MindsEye is being compared to other 2025 titles like Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 and Kingdom Come: Deliverance II, which delivered far more polish and value. The criticism grew louder when Build A Rocket Boy's co-CEO claimed negative previews were caused by "paid actors," a comment that didn't sit well with fans. Just days before launch, two top executives reportedly left the studio, fuelling more speculation about the game's troubled development. Now, with weak sales and negative press mounting, MindsEye's long-term future looks uncertain. Many believe that even a wave of patches won't be enough to reverse the damage. Some are already comparing it to Cyberpunk 2077's poor launch, but without the hype or the roadmap. Whether MindsEye can recover depends on how quickly and effectively the developers respond. But for now, the dream return of a GTA legend is looking more like a nightmare.
