A MINIMALIST has revealed how his virtually empty home enables him to maintain a spotless living space with ease.
Krish, known as ' kleankrish ' on TikTok, explained that his clutter-free lifestyle makes cleaning significantly simpler and more efficient.

In a video aimed at those who dislike cleaning, Krish highlighted the benefits of owning less and embracing minimalism, stating: 'It makes cleaning simpler and more efficient.'
Krish shared several of his practices for maintaining a tidy and minimalist home:
For a clutter-free sink area, he avoids hand wash bottles and instead uses a soap dispenser filled with Fairy liquid, which is used for washing both dishes and hands.
Krish only owns one perfume, which he wears daily and for all occasions, calling it his ' signature scent. '
He doesn't own ornaments either, instead choosing to make everyday items the focal point of his décor.
He also offered practical storage solutions: 'I store toilet rolls in a wicker basket and roll up fresh white towels to keep in the shower.
"I only own a limited number of mugs, glasses, cutlery, and plates – just enough for the four people in my household.'
This approach prevents dishes from piling up, particularly for those who eat in their rooms.
All kitchen appliances are stored away in cupboards, leaving the worktops clear.
Whenever Krish needs an appliance, he simply takes it out, uses it, and puts it back.

He adds: 'I don't own a toaster; I use the oven's grill mode for toast.
"The only appliance on display is the microwave, as it's used multiple times a day.'
Krish also shared unconventional ideas, such as using a potato peeler instead of a cheese grater: 'It works perfectly for sandwiches.'
He explained that his family aren't big cheese eaters, so purchasing a grater didn't make sense.
Clean surface hack
Finally, Krish emphasised the importance of clear surfaces, which make cleaning much easier.
Although he understands that his minimalist approach 'might look clinical and isn't everyone's cup of tea,' he believes reducing items 'does make cleaning more efficient.'
Krish's video quickly gained traction, amassing 27.7k views and 56 comments within two hours of being shared with his 80.4K TikTok followers.
One viewer asked: 'What about if you have friends round for dinner or relatives, do you leave cutlery for them?'

Krish replied: 'Yes, we have a separate set stored away for guests.'
