Miley Cyrus flashes sideboob in tiny halter top as she steps out in NYC with much-younger boyfriend
Miley Cyrus narrowly avoided a major wardrobe malfunction as she left her New York City hotel with her rocker boyfriend Maxx Morando on Wednesday.
The three-time Grammy Winner, 32, flashes plenty of sideboob while wearing a glitzy sequin halter top that exposed her toned back.
She styled the risky top with belted cutoff denim shorts, fishnet stockings and sexy color-blocked Christian Louboutin boots.
Miley — who recently released a new album — rocked designer sunglasses as she eagerly signed autographs and snapped selfies with fans.
The tattooed star was led to a nearby SUV by her security team as well as boyfriend Maxx, who she's been dating since late 2021.
The drummer, 24, looked stoic in a navy blue Gucci polo shirt, baggy black pants and white lace-up sneakers.
Miley appeared to be heading to Wednesday night's taping of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, where she'll promote her new album Something Beautiful.
Something Beautiful, Miley's ninth studio album, was released on May 30 and has been largely promoted as the singer's 'psychedelic' music era.
The album has received mixed reviews from critics, with Rolling Stone awarding it four out of five stars.
Meanwhile, Pitchfork offered harsh words as they branded Something Beautiful as 'directionless and thematically vague.'
Along with 13 brand new tracks, Miley is also releasing a corresponding film that will play in theaters for one night only in the United States on Thursday, June 12.
Miley has been out in full force to promote Something Beautiful, including a recent appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! and exclusive album listening parties across the United States and Paris, France.
This press tour has also seen Miley partake in some of her most personal interviews to date.
She recently appeared on the New York Times podcast The Interview, where she opened up about her reconciliation with dad Billy Ray Cyrus and his shock new romance with Elizabeth Hurley.
As for her glam, Miley had a noticeable sun-kissed glow to her complexion and her shiny, brunette hair was worn in her natural waves
She eagerly signed autographs and snapped selfies with fans
She said that seeing her dad — who divorced Miley's mom Tish Cyrus in 2022 — move on has allowed her to love both her parents 'as individuals' and that seeing them happy has helped her finally 'grow up.'
'As I've gotten older, I respect my parents as individuals instead of as parents because, you know, my mom really loved my dad for her whole life,' said the pop icon.
She added, 'I took on some of my mom's hurt as my own, because it hurt her more than it hurt me as an adult. So I owned a lot of her pain as mine.'
'But now that my mom is so in love with my stepdad, Dom, who I completely adore, and now that I see my dad finding happiness outside of that too, I can love them both as individuals instead of as a kind of parental pairing. I'm being an adult about it.'
Miley's mom Tish, 58, split from her father in 2022 after 28 years of marriage, and their divorce was finalized in 2023.
She married Australian actor and Prison Break star Dominic Purcell in August the same year.
'At first, it's hard,' Miley noted of her dad's new romance, 'because the little kid in you reacts before the adult in you can go, yes, that's your dad — but that's just another person that deserves to be in his bliss and to be happy. So my adult self has caught up. My child self has caught up.'
Billy Ray, 63, debuted his romance with Elizabeth, 59, in April.
It came after the end of his short-lived marriage to 36-year-old singer Firerose, which was settled in August 2024.
Reflecting on the relentless scrutiny surrounding her famous family and why today's media cycle makes those moments easier to weather - Miley continued: 'The thing I like about the new way that the world works is that everything is so fast, it's forgotten really quickly. In the Nineties when something happened... it would just last for a year. Now it's just gone.
'Social media moves so fast. It just eats everything. Something may seem really important for a couple hours but then there's a meme that goes viral - somebody scats at Walmart or something - and that becomes the next thing.'
Also during her sit-down for The Interview, Miley opened up about why she hasn't had children.
She revealed she isn't 'passionate' about motherhood as she got candid about being child-free at 32.
Miley used a conversation about celebrity make-up brands to explain her position on having children.
'My stepdad asked me the other day, 'Why are you the only one without a makeup line?'' she said. 'I was like, 'Cause that's not my passion.' He goes, 'That's the right answer.' And it made so much sense. It's like, 'I don't have a makeup line because I'm not a makeup artist.''
She continued: 'I feel that way about motherhood. It's just never been something that I've been overly passionate about.'
'It's a lot of responsibility and devotion and energy, and if you're not passionate about that, I don't know how you do sleepless nights and 18 years of what my mum dealt with,' Miley added.
'And when I say 18 years, I mean 33, 'cause I'm still a baby. So I've never felt the burn, you know? And I think for me, the burn is everything.'

The reason why Martin Scorsese no longer likes the cinema
Martin Scorsese, the acclaimed director, has stopped going to movie theatres due to disruptive audience behaviour such as phone use and loud talking. Scorsese expressed his frustration to film critic Pete Travers on his blog The Travers Take, noting that audience noise drowns out the actors, a sentiment that has resonated with many fans online. Travers challenged Scorsese, pointing out that people have always talked in cinemas, but Scorsese argued that past conversations were about the movie itself. Fans online have supported Scorsese's view, lamenting what they saw as the decline in cinema etiquette and their annoyance from phone screens lighting up during screenings. Scorsese is producing a documentary, Aldeas – A New Story, featuring conversations with the late Pope Francis, focusing on the Pope's interest in cinema, education, and community building.

Martin Scorsese no longer watches films in cinemas due to audience bad behaviour
The director Martin Scorsese has said that no longer watches films in theatres because he's so appalled by the behaviour of his fellow cinemagoers. Speaking to US film critic Peter Travers for his blog, The Travers Take, Scorsese reportedly explained that he found himself too distracted by the chat and mobile-phone disturbance from the audience to concentrate on the film. Wrote Travers: 'I asked the maestro why he doesn't see movies in theatres any more and he went all raging bull about audiences who babble on phones during the movie, leave to order snacks and vats of soda, and keep up a noise level loud enough to drown out the actors.' Travers then countered that Scorsese, 82, likely behaved in a similar way when he was younger. ''Come on, Marty,' I said, 'we couldn't keep our mouths shut when we were kids.'' Travers added: 'His [Scorsese's] eyes darkened. 'Yeah, maybe,' he conceded, 'but when we talked it was always about the movie and the fun we had chewing over the details.'' Cinema etiquette is widely perceived to have declined in recent years, with the ascension of streaming, and the legacy of Covid, meaning audiences are now less minded to devote their full attention to the screen. Fights and shouting matches in cinemas have become increasingly common, while food-throwing and constant conversation are normalised. Some films have sought to embrace the general atmosphere of chaos, with The Minecraft Movie's clarion call of 'chicken jockey' signalling the cue for children to run riot. Meanwhile, high-profile stars including Tom Cruise energetically cheerlead for audiences to patronise cinemas and ensure films are watched on the big screen on opening weekends. Scorsese has multiple projects in production, including a Hawaii crime drama starring Dwayne Johnson and a documentary about the late Pope Francis, with whom it is believed he had the final interview.

Donald Trump's granddaughter Chloe, 10, could be the family's next golfing star following her sister Kai's success
Kai Trump may have competition when it comes to being the best golfer in the family - and it's not from her presidential golf-loving grandfather Donald Trump. Kai, 18, who's committed to play collegiate golf at the University of Miami, wowed over the past year whenever she's hit the fairways with Donald and showed off her skills on the course. On Wednesday, she revealed the next up-and-coming golfer of the family in a video on Instagram, where she showed her ten-year-old sister Chloe as she hit the range and fired a rocket of a shot with her driver - and finished with a cool club twirl. SCROLL DOWN FOR VIDEO Chloe's impressive swing came as no surprise given her golfing pedigree. Her granddad Donald owned 18 courses across the globe, and he's also got a huge passion for the sport and frequently enjoyed a round at one of his clubs in Florida. Meanwhile, older sister Kai's got a bright future in the sport ahead of her and she's soon to head to college to continue her rise in the golfing world. She's currently a senior at The Benjamin School in North Palm Beach, Florida, but announced her commitment to The U last year. Miami's got one of the top golf programs in the U.S., previously winning a national championship, and Kai's set to be the new star of the school. Last year, the teenager joined the world of sporting influencers when she launched her own YouTube channel. She also regularly posted golf content, as well as daily vlogs that gave fans an inside glimpse at her life. Kai's the oldest of Donald Trump Jr's five children with ex-wife Vanessa, while Chloe's is the youngest. Kai and Chloe's mom Vanessa's been dating pro golfer Tiger Woods since March.
