ALBAWABA - Syrian actress Angy Morad passed away at the age of 33, after suffering a recent health crisis.
The mother of Angy Morad announced the news of her daughter's death in a touching post on Facebook.
She mourned her daughter, praying for mercy for her after she suffered greatly during her illness.
Morad suffered a health emergency and was transferred to a hospital, where she was in critical condition in the last week of January.
The Syrian star's last Facebook post raised worries as she wrote: "I am dying, forgive me."
A Lebanese channel revealed that Angie Murad was infected with a virus during her pregnancy, which caused her health condition to deteriorate and she was transferred to intensive care in a hospital.
The Syrian career started in 2017, and she participated in 11 artistic works before she froze it in 2020. She returned after years of hiatus by participating in the series "Souq Al Haramia" directed by Iyad Nahhas, which began airing on January 19, 2025, written by Alaa Al-Mahna and starring Bassam Kousa, Salma Al-Masry, Tarek Marashli and Muhyar Khaddour.
