Meghan Markle hints at future fashion line as she expands her lifestyle brand
Meghan, who is married to Prince Harry, has already had a busy year after launching her lifestyle brand As Ever - but it appears she isn't content to stay put and has teased a brand new business venture
Meghan Markle, Duchess of Sussex, is steaming ahead in her entrepreneurial journey, hinting at another potential commercial enterprise on the cards.
The 43 year old wife of Prince Harry hit the ground running this year, introducing her lifestyle brand As Ever to a worldwide fanbase and quickly following up with a Netflix series 'With Love, Meghan' and the inauguration of her podcast 'Confessions of a Female Founder'.
Pairing her business aspirations with a victorious reappearance on social media, Meghan has been creating a distinct place for herself within the lifestyle and wellbeing market. Yet, she seems not to be resting on her laurels, having suggested the idea of introducing a clothing collection in the not too distant future.
During a recent interview with the Fast Company published on May 27, Meghan shared insights into her ambitions to grow her enterprise, moving beyond the instantly popular food items like honey, fruit preserves, and flower sprinkles she launched.
"My heart is very deeply in my home," Meghan remarked to the publication. "Everything comes from being rooted in the love story of your home and garden, and then you can imagine different verticals coming out of that," reports the Express.
Offering a glimpse into As Ever's potential future, Meghan was questioned about the possibility of launching a clothing line - and supporters will be thrilled to learn that it is indeed something she plans to explore.
She shared with the publication: "The category of fashion is something I will explore at a later date, because I do think that's an interesting space for me."
A venture into fashion would be well-timed for Meghan, especially considering her recent success with the debut of her ShopMy page earlier this year.
This innovative platform enables the Duchess to share links to some of her favourite clothing items and accessories, allowing fans to experience a touch of Royal luxury and emulate her signature style.
"A handpicked and curated collection of the things I love - I hope you enjoy them," she stated on the page, adding, "Please note, some products may contain commissionable links."
Meghan is also no newcomer to design, having previously unveiled a capsule collection of women's workwear for the charity Smart Works in 2019, which supports women in finding employment.

Inside Holly Willoughby's future plans as she's left without telly show for first time in years
IT has been an incredibly testing few years for former ITV treasure Holly Willoughby, with her work life as she knew it crumbling around her. For the first time in years the 44-year-old has been left without a TV show - and she's now at a serious crossroads and is poised to start a new chapter in her career. 10 Holly Willoughby is looking to the future now Credit: Getty 10 The star is currently not working with ITV - or Stephen Mulhern Credit: Rex 10 A second series of Bear Hunt will not be renewed Once the princess of ITV, she is currently 'showless' with her beloved ITV for the first time in 21 years. With her time on ITV's This Morning now a distant memory, Holly was looking likely to land a series of lucrative deals with the streamers. But in a further blow - her new Netflix show, Bear Hunt, with Bear Grylls, has been axed. The news comes just weeks after Dancing On Ice was axed and on top of that, she has made the decision to step down from You Bet!, leaving Stephen Mulhern to present alone. She is set to appear briefly in the next series, but will no longer be hosting it. It marks a huge shift in her work with ITV. One option for the star could be a reboot of Record Breakers, which Holly's husband Dan Baldwin is already working on. There is currently no channel attached to the show, which is in its very early stages but sources say it would be a "perfect fit". A telly insider said: "Record Breakers is likely to be a prime time hit and it would make perfect sense for Holly to take the reins. "She has worked alongside Dan before and the pair know what it takes to make great telly." Watch moment Holly Willoughby drops clue over Dancing on Ice's future after series 17 finale She has also been linked to a reboot of Cilla Black's best-known show, Blind Date. The Sun told this week how the ITV classic is being revived - and in a surprise twist will go to global streaming service Disney+. Producers want to keep the tradition of a top British female host, with a shortlist including Claudia Winkleman, Holly Willoughby and Davina McCall. Sources say Holly is also being looked at for a new Channel 4 talent show, currently dubbed Secret Singers, which is searching for raw, undiscovered singing talent. Love Productions - the creators of The Great British Bake Off and The Piano - have already put out a casting call. An insider said: "This is likely to be a heartwarming and hugely popular show for all the family. "They are looking for a the perfect host to make sure it's a huge success and it could be perfect timing with Holly's break in TV." 10 The star has had a difficult few years Credit: Rex 10 She is moving on from her days with Phillip Schofield Credit: Rex 10 Holly had been working on Netflix's Celebrity Bear Hunt Credit: Social media 10 Holly has turned to close friend Christine for support Credit: hollywilloughby/Instagram Holly returned to TV last year after 18 months - she had stepped down from presenting work entirely after discovering a plot to kidnap and murder her. Evil Gavin Plumb was given three life sentences for planning to break into her home, then sedate, abduct and kill her and her husband. It came just months after a very public falling out with her co-host Phillip Schofield, which ended with him leaving the show in May 2023. Changes are happening behind the scenes, too. Holly has a big decision to make with her media company Roxy after it was revealed she owes a huge amount to the tax man. Roxy was set up in 2008 by Holly with husband Dan Baldwin. But it wasn't until 2022 that Holly filed the first annual accounts for her all-female ran company after she made the decision to leave former talent agency YMU in 2020. Roxy Media deals with TV show 'production activities', according to its listing on Companies House. But just three years on, Roxy has now been slapped with a winding up order. 10 Holly and husband Dan are parents to three kids Credit: Refer to Caption 10 Holly is set to work alongside husband Dan more Credit: Getty Action against the company was launched in January and the court was told Holly's company has already settled a bill of £377,000 with the taxman, with an unknown amount still owed. In recent weeks Holly has turned to close friend Christine Lampard for support. Like Holly she has enjoyed long stints with ITV, but has also stepped away from them at times. Sources have said that Holly is inspired by Christine's career and her work-life balance and is hoping to emulate that herself. They said: 'Holly is ready for a rebrand and has definitely been looking at those around her for inspiration.' Addressing her incredibly difficult time, Holly recently told The Sunday Times Style Magazine: 'It's been tough. There's no way of sugar-coating it.' Discussing why she felt moving forward was her only option, Holly said: 'Sometimes things go wrong, but you have to keep going for it because that's all you can do.' And it looks like Holly is moving forward - but not before making some serious changes.

Ginny and Georgia fans fume at Netflix as awkward age leap 'ruins' new series
Fan favourite show Ginny and Georgia has returned to Netflix for an all new series which sees more dramatic storylines than ever but not all viewers are happy with the new episodes Ginny and Georgia fans have all said the same thing about brother's age leap in new series. The show has returned to Netflix for its third series, which viewers have waited two years for. Season three picks up just hours on from season two's finale - but not everyone looks the same. Many have pointed out that Ginny's brother Austin has grown up a lot since the last season. Fans have noticed that the actor who plays Austin looks a lot older than nine-years-old which is what he is meant to be in the show. Actor Diesel La Torraca who plays Austin is actually 14-year-old in real life so is five years older than the character he is playing. Many took to social media to point out the ridiculous age gap thanks to the huge break between filming the two series. The show has not aired for two years but has picked up where it left off in season two meaning there should be no age change in the character. Taking to X, one viewer wrote: "I fear ginny and georgia is going to have to recast the little brother because this is deeply unserious." As a second said: " #ginnyandgeorgiaS3 know they wrong for having this 14 year old boy play his 9 year old character. They let too much time pass in between filming and it's p***ing me off." "It's so ridiculous cause austin being so young made georgia's reckless choices hit harder. Now he looks the same age ginny's supposed to be playing and it just doesn't give the same effect," a fan pointed out. As a fourth added: "Netflix should stop taking 2+ years between seasons because wdym these two scenes are supposed to be only a few months apart? #ginnyandgeorgia." Diesel took to his own TikTok page back in May and shared a video of himself which he captioned: "My tryna convince people that Austin is still 9." The Australian-American actor has acted in several roles already despite just being in his teens which include in The Secrets She Keeps, Lambs of God, La Brea and Little Monsters. Actress Antonia Gentry who plays the main character of Ginny commented on how quickly the actor who plays her little brother has grown up. When season 3 filming began in 2024 she shared a side-by-side photo of herself and Diesel after filming season 1 compared with now which showed how much he had grown. He was originally much shorter than the actress and now he towers above her. Ginny and Georgia first arrived on Netflix back in 2021 and quickly became a fan-loves show. It is now in its third series and has got even more dramatic than before. Series two left off with a murder which mum-of-two Georgia is now being accused of, despite it actually being her son who committed the crime.

Meghan shares video of family trip to Disneyland for Lili's fourth birthday
The montage also features a clip of Archie, six, and Lili meeting Disney princess Elsa, from the film Frozen. Meghan wears a Minnie Mouse hat in some of the snaps featured in the video, while another image shows a two-tier Little Mermaid-themed birthday cake for Lili. The duchess captioned the video: 'Thank you @disneyland for giving our family two days of pure joy!' The footage was reminiscent of photos taken of the duke when he was eight and his mother Diana took him and William to Walt Disney World. At the time, the royal siblings were photographed sitting at the front of a log on the Splash Mountain ride, with adults from their mother's entourage behind them and Diana seated at the back. Meghan's post follows a number of family shots over recent days to mark Lili's birthday. In one, she posted a throwback video of herself twerking in a bid to bring on labour while pregnant with the princess, while another post featured a black and white snap of herself cuddling Lili. In another post, she described how Lili's relationship with Harry was 'the sweetest bond to watch unfold'. She shared two photos of the princess with her father the duke, adding: 'Daddy's little girl and favorite adventurer. Happy birthday Lili!' Lili – the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's youngest child – was born on June 4 2021 and was named Lilibet Diana Mountbatten-Windsor. Lilibet is named after her great-grandmother Queen Elizabeth II.
